The topic of this dissertation thesis is a debated issue called "homeoffice and homeworking", which originates from "atypical and flexible forms of work/employment", which are not captured in our labour code as a relevant section that describes legal foundation for setting up standards for employees, nor the employer. The Selected topic comes out of current needs of labour market, ergo needs from the companies, employers and employees. These needs are rising from changes and implementations of new terms and conditions for working out of employers work place, it also originates from demands of young population for more flexible and "free" working time. It comes hand in hand with industry revolution called Industry 4.0. The thesis is brainstorming about changing the established terms of atypical forms of work, if they even still are "atypical" or did they become a new standard for employment relations. Dissertation thesis describes to date atypical forms of employment and mutually compares them together. This diploma thesis examines the role of the regional branches of the Employment Office of the Czech Republic in the framework of applying the active employment policy. It thematically focuses on the tools of active employment policy used by the Employment Office in the Region of Ústí nad Labem. Particular attention is paid to retraining, community services and programmes of socially beneficial jobs. At these chosen tools it has been ascertained if the regional branches of the Czech Employment Office have an effective system of efficiency evaluation and which of the tools they consider most effective. Then the tools of active employment policy in the Region of Ústí nad Labem have been reviewed from the point of view of their applicability by the most endangered groups and it has been ascertained which tools of active employment policy were in this sense most effective and which groups they were focused on.

This diploma thesis focuses on the role of the Labour Office in the implementation of active labour market policies. The theoretical part analyses the existing legislation and related legal regulations pertaining to the state employment policy. Next, the thesis examines the Labour Office, the European Social Fund and the individual active labour market policies. The practical part deals with the active labour market policies implemented by the Labour Offices in the Central Bohemian Region. In particular, it concentrates on the community service and suggests the best possible solution to the problem. The thesis assesses the funding of individual active labour market policies in the Central Bohemian Region in terms of efficiency. A quantitative research method using evaluation of a questionnaire survey was carried out in order to determine the success rate of monitoring when establishing cooperation between Labour Offices and employers. The conclusion of the thesis assesses the obtained results.

The thesis explores the production of sound for animated film – its specifics as well as aspects of realization and of preparation and audio dramaturgy. It examines how they impact storytelling and the extent to which it is possible and useful to work with them from the very beginning of development of an animated film. The thesis also presents the practical and creative possibilities of cooperation between director and sound designer, alongside factors that may have a positive or negative influence in this regard. It draws on literary sources, interviews with the makers of animated films and knowledge acquired by the author in the field of directing and screenwriting of animated films. The thesis confirms the importance of the role of sound in animated film and its positive influence on the resulting quality of AV work (unless it has been omitted from the start of the filmmaking process). It summarizes the basic approaches that allow animators to work with sound in animated film as a fully-fledged narrative component.

The aim of the thesis is an analysis of vulnerable groups of population in the Czech labour market, focusing on their characteristics, causes of their riskiness and proposed solutions. The theoretical part of the thesis includes evaluation of the role of The Bureau of Labour and temporary help agencies in mediation of employment to individuals at risk. In the empirical part of the thesis, which is aiming at the group of people under 25 years of age and graduates, the development of youth unemployment in the Czech Republic and EU member states is analysed on the basis of evaluation of Eurostat statistical data. To determine the profile of the aforementioned group and to confirm or refute the presumed causes of riskiness of this group (mentioned in theoretical part), a questionnaire survey has been conducted through The Bureau of Labour in the three regions of the Czech Republic. The benefit of this thesis is recommendation of appropriate policy to remedy the unsatisfactory position of youth in the labour market. From the methodological point of view a method of analysis of statistical data, a method of comparison, a method of structured interviews with experts and questionnaire survey has been used.

This thesis focuses on identification of the current problems of the South Korean labour market and proposing the possible solutions. The first part contains the theoretical basis of labour force participation, basic concepts and definitions. This chapter provides a comprehensive overview of economic theories, which represent a necessary background for understanding the specific features of the choices of women and older workers between work and leisure activities, or retirement. The second part deals with a detailed analysis of the current state of South Korean labour market, by identifining the historical perspectives, by comparing the market indicators with OECD countries and confronting the local working conditions with the ILO standards. The final part identifies the causes of the current labour market problems of South Korea by applying the theories and determinants described in the first chapter. The last part also proposes potential solutions in the form of specific reforms and measures pursuable in the environment of the local labour market.

The topic of this thesis is artistic, cultural, sport and advertising activity of the child. Firstly, the attention is paid to the development of the protection of the child labor and to the detailed international regulation. The thesis deals with the most important international documents signed within the framework of international organizations, such as the UN, Council of Europe and International Labor Organization. Next chapter focuses to the European regulation, in particular Council Directive no. 94/33/EC on the protection of young people in work. In the following chapter the thesis is focused on the detailed analysis of the legal regulation in the Czech Republic. The final chapter is a brief overview of the legal regulation of the children activities in France. The goal of this paper is to provide a comprehensive overview of the legal regulation of the child artistic, cultural, sport and advertising activity in the context of historical and international development.

The purpose of this master thesis is to implement the requirements of standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 18001) for integrated management system in a selected company as a need of follow-up certification. Theoretical part of the thesis presents management systems of quality, environment, health and security at work, approaches to these systems and their requirements, use and contribution of their implementation in an organization. Practical part describes stages concerning implementation of an integrated system in a small company: management decisions, expectations related to the certification, insuring of necessary resources, analysis of the initial stage with regard to fulfilling the requirements of standards, solutions of an implemented system. The conclusion assesses the implemented system, including problematic parts and benefits for the company. The company is ready for the certification. The appendix shows the most important documented procedures of integrated management system in the company.

The thesis deals with the topic of penalties alternative to the imprisonment. Given the fact the theme of alternative punishments is very large, the dissertation specialises mostly in a penalty of community services. In the thesis the alternative punishment is presented from the point of view of the occupation whose main task is to contribute to the penal justice and to solving penal conflicts. The domain that the Probation and mediation service of the Czech Republic has represented since 2001 stands on the frontier of the social work and the law and brings out the need to define the context of its own use, role, theoretical grounds and last but not least operational procedures, mechanisms and principles of a professional work. The penalty of community services started to be used in our penal justice in 1996 and it has gone through great changes ever since. The thesis describes in details the historical evolution of this punishement. First forms of an alternative treatment of offenders, especially the probation was developing late 19th century and in the beginning of the 20th century chiefly in countries of Western and Northen Europe.
