Králíková, V. Market Analysis for fraudulent seminar and final works in the Czech Republic. Diploma thesis. Brno: Mendel University in Brno, 2017 This diploma thesis analyzes Czech market with fraudulent seminar and final works. It creates an image of subjects, supply, demand and the overall market functionality. The literary research explores fraudulent behavior, risks faced by students, and legal aspects. The practical part is based on the analysis of companies that work on the order, the questionnaire survey to obtain the primary data and the in-depth interviews.

The objective of the thesis entitled The Comparison of the Horsemanship Method and the English Riding Style is to characterise the horsemanship method and the English riding style on the basis of literature search, to describe and compare the two methods in the monitored groups of horses as regards the ground work, saddle breaking and under-saddle work, and to generally compare horsemanship and English riding. The literature review describes the characteristics, principles and recommended training practices for the two methods under comparison. The practical part of this thesis compares the two methods of horse training. A comparative report has been created as a supporting tool to assess the training of ten horses. The assessment and subsequent comparison were based on four aspects: the physical and the mental aspects of the horse, the rider's confidence in the horse, and time in order to consider all the factors involved in horse training. Furthermore, the thesis characterises the monitored horses and the training used, providing a comparison for each of the training stages – ground work, saddle breaking and work under saddle. The thesis concludes by providing a general comparison of the two horse training methods. Horsemanship showed better outcomes as regards the physical and the mental aspects of the horse as well as the rider’s confidence in the horse. On the contrary, the horses trained using the English riding style took less time to train. The biggest differences were observed in the early stages of training.

The diploma thesis with the name The Draft Implementation of Teleworking deals with the introduction of a methodology for implementation of tele-working in Czech company and with a creation of proposal for possible improvement of already established model work in the selected foreign company. It describes the important steps that should contribute to the successful establishment and functioning of the distant work, theoretical knowledge, legislation, benefits and limitations associated with distance work and the thesis also calculates the costs and savings belonged to the implementation of teleworking.

Tato práce se zabývá Evropskou strategií zaměstnanosti a popisuje koncept Flexicurity. Na příkladech Dánska a Nizozemí ukazuje klady a zápory tohoto konceptu. Dále vysvětluje různé významy slov flexibilita a jistota na trhu práce. Hodnotí rovněž úroveň flexibility a jistoty na českém trhu práce a možnost aplikace Flexicurity v České republice.

The aim of the study is to compare the ergonomic characteristics of swiveling forwarder cab with standard fixed cab. There are compared data measured during the operator's workshift inside both types of cabs. Part of the operator's shift proceeded after dark, while the effect of different workload and two different types of reflectors was evaluated. Additional reference measurements were carried out during the work with the simulator of harvester technology. The measured data representing the progress of physiological functions of the operator, responsive to the degree of the workload. A prerequisite is a system and an integrative approach and orientation about how interdisciplinary processing, in particular with regard to link topics, such as health and safety at work, stress and strain. The contents of the theoretical part of the work gives an overview of the background and the most important knowledge on the basis of study and analysis of available relevant literature of our and foreign provenance, formulates hypotheses basic research assumptions and the method of authentication. Data obtained using the measuring apparatus Biofeedback 2000 x-pert are evaluated in the practical part. The intention of the discussion is to compare the results with data in the literature, indicate the open questions and options of the application. The conclusions are incorporated into a broader context and compared with available literature.

The aim of this thesis on the topic Psychological and social aspects of unemployment, is to try to find out whether it is possible to look at the issue of unemployment from the viewpoint of individuals who have this experience positively and find on this unfavorable situation beneficial aspects, although unemployment is seen mostly as a very negative experience. Meeting this objective will be achieved through questionnaire survey and semi-structured interviews. In case of need the measures to improve the living situations applicable to future needs of the unemployed will be proposed. This survey will be preceded by a literature review, where the unemployment will be characterized from the point of causes and impacts, which has on society and on individuals, based on professional literature

The thesis analyses the situation of the labour market in Ústí nad Labem region. The attention is primarely aimed to the developmental trends in the emloyment and unemployment and to the analysis of expenditures on the state politics of employment in the region during the period from 2000 to 2014. The basic elementary characteristics are used for findings of the basic trends in the development of indicators.The part of the work is the interregional comparsion of the main labour market indicators, inclusive of the average values in the whole Czech Republic. The great emphasis is placed on the determination of the problem area of the labour market in Ústí nad Labem region and the suggestion of the solution leading to the amelioration of the current situation.

The thesis deals with the problems of unemployment, focusing on unemployment risk groups on the labour market in a particular region. Pardubice region is the selected region. Analysis of unemployment is made for the period 2000-2015. The position of the Pardubice region is specified as part of a nationwide trend. The basic Elementary characteristics of the time series are used to determine the basic trends in the developments of indicators. In the next part of the work a questionnnaire survey is made among the residents of the selected area, which is a survey of views on unemployment in residence place and personal experience with unemployment and employment
