Diplomová práce v teoretické části přibližuje oblast komunitní práce, komunitních projektů a komunitního plánování. Dále teoreticky popisuje roli informací v organizaci a vliv komunikace na její chod. V praktické části popisuje vybrané procesy a s nimi spojené dokumenty a doporučuje možná zlepšení, včetně zapojení moderních informačních technologií. Představuje všechny role a předkládá organizační strukturu. Samotná metodika se zaměřuje na práci s informacemi, dokumenty a bezpečnostní politiku organizace. Metodiku lze zobecnit i pro další organizace podobného typu. Práce dále doporučuje zefektivnění interní komunikace a navrhuje detailní strategii komunikace externí.

The thesis is focused on the employment of the university graduates in the labor market. The theoretical part is attention to the activities of the human recourses from the perspective of the labor law. Especially, when the company wants to employ an new employee. It focuses on the methods of the recruitment and the selection of future employees. Furthermore, it defines the terms associated with the creation of the employment and the requirement of the employment contract, considering of valid and statutory regulations. The practical part is used for mapping the situation in the labor market in Czech Republic focuses on the university graduates. Thought statistical analyzes the data of the Czech Statistical Office and Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs were found affecting factors that cause unemployment of these graduates. Further, was found that university graduates are still the most attractive, the most active and least vulnerable group on the labor market. So, it is confirm the assumption that with higher education grows the chance to be successful.

Diploma thesis deals with problematic of unemployment, mainly with its psychological and social aspects. Unemployment became a common element of modern capitalist society. Impacts of unemployment are not only economical, but mainly psychological and social.
There is an importance of work for human defined in this thesis and also difference between work and employment explained. The theoretical part of this thesis also deals with definition of unemployment and its basic types and vulnerable groups. Equivalently there are mentioned impacts of unemployment in the psychological, the social and the healthcare levels. Attention is also put on impact of social support, state policy of employment and on development of unemployment in the Czech Republic, in the European Union and in the Vysočina Region, where the research took place.
Empirical part offers subjective opinions of unemployed and employed persons collected in realised interviews based on in-depth interviews technique. The main goal is to find out how these persons perceive the problematic of unemployment. Information collected in this survey were compared with data from academic titles of literature. Finally there are possible starting-points to smoothen impacts of unemployment suggested.

I would like to understand the importance of an actor in a movie. I choosed Serge Reggiani, a french actor, who never became a star number one. Reggiani went through a lot of important movies in principal or small roles. What it really means acting in a movie, what brings freedom to an actor in front of a camera and is one actor able to play different characters in every other movie. A diversity and length of his filmography, different directing styles he went through will help me to concretize attitude of an actor and perception of his „different“ characters by audience. I would like to bring up some acting metodes in cinematography in my work too.

This Thesis, called Care for Employees, Corporate Strategy addresses the issue of care for employees in practice. This Dissertation analyses its level in the particular, observed company and it is composed of two main parts. The first part explains the theoretical bases which are needed to understand the context of the issue, based on the studied literature. It acquaints the readers with the Labour Code and defines basic concepts such as working mode, working environment, personal development, human resources department, company s strategy, and many others. The second part describes the selected company, including its system of care for employees. The level is determined through a questionnaire focusing on the employee development, communication, working conditions, and working environment, catering, corporate culture, job evaluation, and employee benefits. The results are clearly processed and evaluated in tabular or graphical form. On the basis of the results, problem areas are determined and proposals leading to improvement of the care for the employees and the overall satisfaction are then processed.

The status of women on the labour market and motherhood The main objective of this thesis is to analyse the position of women in the labour market in selected countries representing different models of family policy. The analysed countries are the Czech Republic, France, the Netherlands, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom. As first step, there are introduced conditions for the reconciliation of work and family life in selected countries and in the context of legislative of European Union. As second step, there are analyzed the level of fertility and the position of women in the labour market. There are also examined impacts of reconciliation of work and family not only on reducing the impact of parenthood on women's employment, but also on the level of fertility. The last part of this thesis deals with the evaluation of the respondent's opinions from International Social Survey Programme 2012 by average scores and binary logistic regression. Topics of analysed questions are the employment of mothers with young children and the division of roles in the family. The results confirmed that in countries with better conditions for the reconciliation of work and family there are smaller impacts of parenthood on women's employment also there are higher fertility rates. Next part thesis was oriented on financial analysis, mainly was focused on ratio indicators of the financial analysis. In the practical part were made rating utilization of production of factors in agricultural companies. At first was assessed a financial situation companies, during the period from 2005 to 2010 using the indicators of the financial analysis. Next was performed analysis utilization of production of factors. One chapter was devoted structure of production. In last chapter were given production function and cost function.

The aim of this thesis is a detailed survey and processing of a part of the Ostřice stream catchment and comparing the changes with current cadastral map and with state map derived 1 : 5000. Location is situated in cadastral area Horní Planá. As a method for detailed surveying electronic tacheometry was chosen. Computing and graphic work was performed in geodetic software KOKEŠ. The result of this work is the cartographic original executed at a scale of 1 : 500.
