The diploma thesis deals with the topic of concept building process in 2D geometry. The topic is aimed at preschoolers and school-aged children. The theoretical part describes the stages of human development and the cognitive stages of development. Then there are characterized the term concept, the concept building process and the stages of the language development in mathematics. The following part describes two theories about the building knowledge in Maths and the levels of thinking in geometry according to the van Hiele model. The last one chapter of this part describes the geometry curriculum within the primary school education. The method of qualitative research - participated observation - was used for the practical part. This part describes the research that consists of seven experiments. The aim of the experiments was to observe the development of children's and pupils' ideas about 2D geometric shapes. Many activities were prepared for the research. On the basis of the activities reflection the activities were changed or completed. The experiments are described by means of the phenomena that appeared. Further, it analyses current position of the company and proposes the solution of how to implement quality management system using project management methods.

Diploma thesis focuses on the design of a project solution for the creation of internet shop for a selected company with using project management methods. The thesis describes the theoretical knowledge about project management and analyses the corporate environment, based on which is created a proposal for solution of a project for successful realization of the new e-shop.

The objective of this diploma thesis is study of cooperation between Probation service Liberec, which represents public sector, and the NGOs as representatives of civil sector. These organisations provide means for people who are sentenced to punishment of community service. The aim of this study is identification of a model of cooperation, show the development of this model since its beginning in 2002, and finally, to introduce the external environment that influences this model. The theoretical basis crucial for this thesis is a Bryson, Crosby and Stones's concept of Governing Public-Nonprofit Collaborations. They focus on governing structure, governing processes, rules and external environment, which makes the structure of my study. The design of the research used in this diploma thesis is a case study. Data were gathered by method of semi-structured interviews of probation workers and by analysing of documents related to laws, methodical standards and other resources.

In the diploma thesis "Personal Prelature Opus Dei" I deal with the Personal prelature of Catholic Church, Opus Dei, formally known as The Prelature of the Holy Cross and Opus Dei. Founded in Spain in 1928 by the Catholic priest St. Josemaría Escrivá de Balaguer, Opus Dei was given final Catholic Church approval in 1950 by Pope Pius XII. It is the only personal prelature of Catholic Church in the world. Its founder was canonised by the beatific John Paul II. It is extended in a lot of countries of several continents and has ten thousands members and other ten thousands favorers. As of 2010, members of the Prelature numbered 90,000. The main spirituality consists in teaching that the holiness can be reached by the work in the spirit of gospel and announced the dignity of everyone. It supports the traditional catholic teaching. Its members have the total liberty. They are not obliged their membership, can undertake any function in the world and they follow only their conscience. To main actions belongs the support of education in the areas, where they have the representation and the classical charity action, mainly with the children and young people. The subject of the Master´s thesis is “Construction and technological solutions to the apartment building Zderadova“. The content is a solution of the whole project from a commercial, construction-technological and time costingness side. The purpose was a preparation of all works before starting an execution.

The diploma thesis concerns with public procurements of transport constructions in the South Moravian Region. The work is focused on the analysis of the bill of quantities selected public procurement, which consists in observance regulation No. 169/2016 Coll., of the determining the scope of documentation of public procurement and the bill of quantities, supplies and services with a bill of quantities. The conclusion of the thesis deals with the evaluation of the analysis and it focuses on the cause and effect of deficiencies in bill of quantities.

The broad subject of this diploma thesis would be the Czechoslovak Secret Police (StB) during the years 1945-1969; and, more narrowly, certain aspects of its organization and activities in relation to the then applicable legislation. The overriding objective, which was reflected in this legislation, was the protection of the Communist political system, the regime. This regime protection goal clearly influenced the evolution and organization of the StB and the related policies on the imprisonment of those individuals that represented a threat to the State and the State System. Similar general principles and policies have basically remained in effect into the current period. The paper begins with an Introduction and Preface, which take a look at the events and nature of the society in this post-World War II period. This material is derived from an examination of historical source materials. The remainder of the paper is divided into four additional Chapters with related subsections. The diploma thesis deals with industrial regions in Czech Republic. It is focused on delimitating industrial regions of selected centers in years 1991 and 2001. This was achieved by collecting relevant statistical data from 1991 and 2001 Population and housing census. Regional effect of these centers, based on commuting to industrial sector, was also examined. The author evaluated main changes of centers and their industrial estate in the period of transformation. He found the cause of these changes and identified crucial factors which nowadays affect commuting to industrial sector.
