Návrh koncového efektoru pro kolaborativní robot / Design of end effector for collaborative robotTaoufik, Ismael January 2020 (has links)
This diploma thesis deals with design of end effector for collaborative robot which manipulates with RFID labels. The first part of this thesis is theoretical and deals with collaborative robots and end effector for these collaborative robots. The second part of this thesis is practical and begins with selecting the suitable collaborative robot to tackle this issue and then there are presented several variants of end effectors where is again chosen the suitable one. In the next step there are made design calculations for the chosen variant followed by verifications consisted of practical tests of functionality and CFD simulation. According to made verifications is developed the final construction solution of the chosen end effector variant that includes a commentary about the construction documentation. The next step consists of making risk analysis used for reducing the risks leading to increase the workplace safety. In the last part is made an estimation of the cost of eventual production of one piece of the end effector protype.

The content of my diploma thesis is to develop necessary steps to set up a business. The first part describes the theoretical background, which primarily focuses on the characteristics of individual analyzes, including model CANVAS. The second part focuses on analysis of the market in which will the business operate, followed by characteristics of external environment and then I try to capture the principle of offered product, which is the subject of future business venture. In the design part of my work, I approach variable solutions of individual business models that are closely linked with the results of the SWOT matrix analysis. In the next section,i perform a comprehensive evaluation of the various options based on the principle BSC and at the end of the practical part I design the necessary steps to set up a business that uses the resulting business model.

Linjett Segelbåtar konstruerar och producerar högkvalitativa segelbåtar på Rosättravarvet. Detta arbete syftar till att presentera en bättre mekanisk lösning till den nedgångslucka som Linjett har idag. Förbättringen består i att sänka produktionskostnaderna, underlätta montering och service men framförallt öka livslängden på mekanismen. Nedgångsluckan är den vertikala ”dörr” som skiljer utsidan från insidan på en segelbåt. I Linjett’s befintliga lösning så skjuts luckan ned i en balja under durken och försvinner undan på ett väldigt smidigt sätt. Tack vare en gasfjäder görs den annars ganska tunga luckan viktlös och kan lämnas halvöppen vilket kan vara väldigt praktiskt, det är en typ av funktion som den nya lösningen måste bibehålla. Arbetet har följt en generisk utvecklingsprocess. Koncept från en idégenerering har ställts mot varandra med hjälp av en pughmatris och en multiomröstning. Det vinnande konceptet har sedan förbättrats i en iterativ process för att uppfylla målen i så hög utsträckning som möjligt. Under vidareutvecklingen har fokus legat på att minimera antal komponenter genom DFA (Design For Assembley). För att motivera lösningen har monteringsscheman ställts upp och kompletterats med en självkostnadskalkyl. Dessa detaljstuderas och utvärderas för att agera beslutsunderlag till Linjett. Den presenterade lösningen använder konstantkraftsfjädrar för att bära upp luckans vikt. Dessa fjädrar ger lång livslängd i dessa utsatta miljöer och har ett förhållandevis lågt inköpspris. / Linjett Segelbåtar constructs and produces high quality sailing yachts at Rosättravarvet. This rapport aims to enhance the mechanical solution of the companionway door that Linjett is using. The enhancement consists in lowering production costs, simplify the mounting and service but most important, raise the lifetime of the mechanism. The companionway door is what separates the outside from the inside on a sailing yacht. Linjett has a special solution were the companionway door slides in under the cockpit floor and disappears in a clever way. Thanks to a gas spring the otherwise heavy door becomes weightless and can be left at any desired height which can come in handy. This is one of the function that the new solution must maintain. The work has followed a generic developmentprocess. Concepts from a brainstormingsession have been evaluated and compared in a pughmatris and a multivote. The winning concept has then been improved in a iterative process to fulfill the goals in the best way possible. During the enhancement of the concept there has been a strive to minimize the number of components throughout DFA (Deisgn for Assembley) To motivate the solution a mounting schedule was produced which in turn were complemented by a cost price calculation. These were studied in detail and evaluated to create a basis for decision making to Linjett. The presented solution uses constant force springs to carry the weight of the companionway door. Springs of these type provide long lifetime in these harsh conditions and is reasonably priced.

This diploma thesis is focused on a comparison of construction cost of the house made of classic materials with the equivalent made of natural building materials and consequently on comparison of both construction variants. In order to perform those tasks, the used natural building materials were defined. Furthermore, the specific options of usage of these natural building materials as well as the used composition structures were introduced. The thesis concludes with a price calculation of the constructions made of natural building materials which were not available in the common budgetary software. The appendix of the thesis contains budgets for the first variant, where the house is made of natural building materials, and also for the second variant, where the house is made of classic materials.

The main goal of this Diploma´s Thesis is to make a model for calculation of water and sewer rates for the company Vodovody a kanalizace Náchod, a.s. when sticking to the set criteria both from the side of VaK Náchod, a.s. and law regulations. Based on the theoretical part an analysis of customer sensitivity to the price changes using the data for last 20 years follows. Findings from the first two parts are used in risk analysis in next part. The created model calculates the water and sewer rates based on the information from the company accounting system in the way to generate sufficient financial resources to fulfill the renovation plan of infrastructural property plant and equipment and to transfer given amount to the company funds. In addition, the model monitors whether the legal condition of maximal allowable increase of profit per m3 is met. In the customer sensitivity to the price changes part the price elasticity of demand for water and sewer rates is calculated based on the data from 1995 to 2015. The assumption of inelastic demand is confirmed. Risk analysis part is deals with potential risk regarding the demand and prices. Potential impacts for the most significant risk are quantified. The analysis uses knowledge gained in the first two parts. It was confirmed that potential risks are exiting but do not have any significant impact on the going concern of VaK Náchod, a.s. The created model has been already used for the calculation of prices for the year 2017. Customer sensitivity analysis to the price changes and link to the potential risks is an additional information for VaK Náchod, a.s. which validates that nowadays, there are no significant threats which could affect the demand and water and sewer rates significantly.

The software Maxwell is being used for the analysis and optimization. On the basis of the obtained results is designed a model and a design drawing of the generator. The end of the thesis deals with the issue of connecting the generator to the mains supply and price calculation of the investment return.

The aim of this Master’s thesis is to design a steam condensing turbine with three bleeds. First, a heat balance of the steam cycle is calculated, followed by thermodynamic and stress calculation of the turbine blading and design of a gland steam system and drain system. A price proposal is suggested for the given steam turbine. In the end, a design drawing of the steam turbine is constructed.
