Dopad potenciálního zavedení IFRS pro SME v ČR v oblasti dlouhodobého majetku

Šebková, Jana January 2014 (has links)
The diploma thesis deals with the impact of different fixed assets presentation standards according to the Czech Accounting Legislation (CAL) and International Financial Reporting Standard (IFRS) for Small and Medium-sized Entities (SMEs). The main goal of the diploma thesis is to evaluate the impact of different presentation standards from CAL and IFRS for SMEs perspective on the values of financial statement items that affect the transparency of the selected financial analysis indicators. The theoretical section of the thesis focuses mainly on fixed assets according to IFRS for SMEs and its comparison with fixed assets according to CAL and IFRS for SMEs. The practical section of this thesis identifies the areas of fixed assets which are described differently by CAL and by IFRS for SMEs and sets them to model cases. Then a quantification of the differences in the financial statements is performed by using model accounting units arising due to different ways of reporting. The quantification is then followed by an evaluation of the impact on selected indicators of financial analysis.

Edward Elgar a jeho violoncellový koncert / Edward Elgar and his cello concerto

Lee, Moises January 2012 (has links)
The repertoire of soloistic for cello is far narrower than those of other concertante instruments. So we tend to think that we know well of all the regularly performed cello concertos, in which the Elgar Concerto is among them. However, besides the concerto itself and some populare songs, variations or marches, there is little knowledge about the and work of the composer. Moreover, we have to take into account the massive influence of Jacqueline deu Pré, whose very personal and passionate performance has become an almost absolute point of refernece, above the annotations of Elgar himself. My work aims to give a broader approach to Edward Elgar ande his cwork, and to give an interpretation proposal, after having consulted the composers´marks and recordings, and contrast it with the opinions of other prestigious cellist ( Han-Na Chang and Kazimierz Michalik).

Návrh a simulace mechanického namáhání propouštěcí branky pomocí CAD nástrojů

SLAVÍK, Roman January 2018 (has links)
The diploma thesis is focused on computer modeling of the mechanics of the release gate used in agricultural practice. The theoretical part describes several computer programs that can be used for this purpose. Specifically, these programs are: SolidWorks, CA-TIA, Solid Edge, Pro/ENGINEER, NX, and Autodesk Inventor. For each program, their basic descrip-tion, user interface and basic features are provided. In the practical part of the diploma thesis a new design of the release goal was proposed. Using Autodesk Inventor Professional 2016, a mechanical simulation of this goal was performed step by step.

Julgamento moral pró-social de meninos e meninas de rua

Koller, Silvia Helena January 1994 (has links)

MRI Guided Analysis of Changes in Tumor Oxygenation in Response to Hypoxia Activated/Targeted Therapeutics

January 2017 (has links)
abstract: A tumor is a heterogeneous combination of proliferating tumor cells, infiltrating immune cells and stromal components along with a variety of associated host tissue cells, collectively termed the tumor microenvironment (TME). The constituents of the TME and their interaction with the host organ shape and define the properties of tumors and contribute towards the acquisition of hallmark traits such as hypoxia. Hypoxia imparts resistance to cancer from chemotherapy and radiotherapy due to the decreased production of reactive oxygen species and also promotes angiogenesis, malignant progression and metastasis. It also provides a powerful physiological stimulus that can be exploited as a tumor-specific condition, allowing for the rational design of anticancer hypoxia-activated pro-drugs (HAP). Accurate evaluation of tumor oxygenation in response to therapeutics interventions at various stages of growth should provide a better understanding of tumor response to therapy, potentially allowing therapy to be tailored to individual characteristics. The primary goal of this research was to investigate the utility of prospective identification of hypoxic tumors, by two different Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) based oximetry approaches, in successful treatment with hypoxia activated therapy. In the present study, I report the utility of these two techniques 1) PISTOL (Proton Imaging of Siloxanes to map Tissue Oxygenation Levels) and 2) use of a hypoxia binding T1 contrast agent GdDO3NI in reporting the modulations of hypoxia pre and post hypoxia activated therapies in pre-clinical models of cancer. I have performed these studies in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and epidermoid carcinoma (NCI-H1975 and A431 cell lines, respectively) as well as in patient derived xenograft models of NSCLC. Both the oximetry techniques have the potential to differentiate between normoxic and hypoxic regions of the tumor and reveal both baseline heterogeneity and differential response to therapeutic intervention. The response of the tumor models to therapeutic interventions indicates that, in conjunction with pO2, other factors such as tumor perfusion (essential for delivering HAPs) and relative expression of nitroreductases (essential for activating HAPs) may play an important role. The long term goal of the proposed research is the clinical translation of both the MRI techniques and aiding the design and development of personalized therapy (e.g. patient stratification for novel hypoxia activated pro-drugs) particularly for cancer. / Dissertation/Thesis / Doctoral Dissertation Bioengineering 2017

Výtvarná realizace knihy Františka Hrubína Romance pro křídlovku / The graphic execution of the book ``Romance pro křídlovku{\crqq} by František Hrubín

DIVILOVÁ, Klára January 2010 (has links)
The main goal of this graduation thesis is graphic execution of the book ``Romance pro křídlovku{\crqq} written by František Hrubín. I propose novel dust cover design, flyleaf, main title, deducation and collection of illustrations suitable for this book. The graduation thesis consists of practical and theoretical parts. Comprehensive reading and deep study of literary work of Frantisek Hrubin preceded the graphic realization of his piece ``Romance pro křídlovku{\crqq}. My aim is to explicate both content and formal aspects. The comparison with a TV adaptation of this piece is mentioned as well. The practical impact in educational process and graphic interpretations made by other artists are discussed in details. The theoretical part contains a description of a graphic execution itself. General difficulties with graphic execution, patterns and hidden obstacles are outlined in a relation to complexity of analysed book. The graduation thesis is concluded by my reflection about passages of poem most suitable for illustrations and selection of appropriate artistic technique.
