Diplomová práce se zabývá zpracováním a zhodnocením vhodnosti a reálnosti strategie malého podniku. V praktické části je vyhodnocena externí a interní analýza včetně analýzy SWOT. Hlavní bod práce spočívá v zhodnocení reálnosti strategie zavedení centrálního skladu a zřízení vlastní sítě obchodních zástupců, které si kladou za cíl rozvoj obchodních aktivit na současném trhu. V rámci strategie na podnikové úrovni je vybrána a představena strategie globální expanze na Slovensko.

In this study, pro-environmental behaviors are investigated by studying if one's primary information sources about environmental issues either from their social network or the media influence this behavior. Data was collected from the 2002 Detroit Area Study with a total of 267 respondents. Three indexes were constructed to separately measure all seven pro-environment behavioral items, five conservation behavioral items, and two consumption behavioral items. A complex sample model was utilized in these analyses. Findings suggest that information sources are correlated to self-reported environmental behavior. As predicted, the people whose primary information source was social network were more likely to obtain higher scores on all three separate indexes than those individuals who primarily received information about environmental issues from the media.

This article presents an analysis of the pro active social behavior construct based on the sociallearning theory. Self efficacy is briefly reviewed and discussed in the context of Bandura' s conceptual work. Reference is made to cognitive variables such as values and beliefs, as fundamental principies in the development of the pro active social behavior. I examine che distinctions between fears of failure, success, and rejection as they relate to the process of self sabotage. Comments are made on the transformation of meaning and its benefits on fear extinction. Finally, I briefly describe the principies of the associative neurophysiological conditioning as a therapeutic program for the management of emocional states by the individual. / Este artículo presenta un análisis del Comportamiento Social Pro Activo utilizando como modelo la teoría del aprendizaje social. Se revisa el concepto de autoeficacia, originalmente propuesto por Bandura, y se hace referencia a variables de tipo cognitivo tales como los sistemas de valores y creencias. Se examinan las distinciones entre el temor al fracaso, al éxito, al rechazo, y su relación con el proceso de autosabotaje. Asimismo se discute la importancia de la transformación del significado y sus beneficios en la extinción del temor. Se presenta un modelo conceptual del control de los estados emocionales y sus implicancias en el proceso de la acción. Finalmente, se describen las premisas fundamentales del Condicionamiento Neurofisiológico Asociativo como un programa terapéutico que facilita el manejo de los estados emocionales de la persona.

This diploma thesis concerns design and creation of a navigational system as a tool for pilots of helicopters and ultralight planes. Choosing required functions is critical part for realization of this project. The paper also contains description of draft of application.

This master’s thesis is focused on design of centrifugal casting machine. Thesis includes the sorting and description method of centrifugal casting with overview of available machines. Proposal of parameters of centrifugal casting machine is done. Thesis includes technical-economic review of projection proposal for main parts of the machine. Design parameters are calculated and plan of machine is done. Safety assessment of proposed of machine variant is done. 3D model and drawings are included in thesis.

A technology of a polishing jig which is made on a CNC lathe with the use of the GibbsCAM system. On the 3D model of the part a NC code of the program is made. This code is imported into the machine and verified for single production. After the production measurement is done. Economic evaluation of the production is calculated for the workpiece price.

El presente trabajo es un análisis del potencial de desarrollar y comercializar Formulac Pro en el mercado nacional vía la cadena de Boticas Arcángel como canal exclusivo. Formulac Pro es marca propia de Albis. Para ello se presenta un bosquejo de cómo está el panorama global y nacional de la alimentación de los recién nacidos, el potencial del mercado y los principales competidores del sector. Posteriormente se toma en cuenta los factores externos e internos detectando las fortalezas, debilidades, oportunidades y amenazas del sector, con la información obtenida se desarrolla el plan estratégico tomando en cuenta las ventajas y fuerzas competitivas del sector, determinando posteriormente los objetivos a alcanzar para lograr un exitoso lanzamiento del nuevo producto en este mercado competitivo. El mercado de las fórmulas lácteas esta en constante crecimiento y presenta un alto potencial de desarrollo de la mano con la penetración del mercado ya que en la actualidad los padres de familia buscan tener a la mano productos que fortalezcan la nutrición de sus hijos. Esto se ve reforzado con el crecimiento de la capacidad económica de las familias y de las nuevas tendencias del mercado, como es el caso de las madres trabajadoras que necesitan de productos de alta calidad con beneficios para él niño y que implique un corto tiempo de preparación. En este sentido Formulac Pro brinda beneficios adicionales para satisfacer a los consumidores potenciales, asimismo se contará con la amplia red de distribución que la cadena de Boticas Arcángel tiene a nivel nacional, el cual además le dará un gran potencial de ventas y la oportunidad de mayor participación en el mercado. / Tesis

Theology of the Sacrament of Reconciliation in Časopis pro katolické duvhovenstvo/Časopis katolického duchovenstva The theme of this thesis is a theological reflection of the sacrament of reconciliation, as it recorded in Časopis katolického duchovenstva [Journal of the Catholic Clergy] throughout the whole period of its publication in the years 1828-1949. In the first part a short history of the journal is presented. The second part examines, in the chronological order, individual articles and shows how selected authors deal with the studied issue, which aspects they stress and on what conception of the sacrament of reconciliation they build their argument. In the exposition of these articles their authors are also briefly introduced. Author of this thesis has chosen several fundamental perspectives for his analysis and for his structuring of his treatment of individual articles. These approaches to texts were: author's own basic stance, the establishment of the sacrament, its historical development, parts assigned to the penitent and to the priest, the effects of the sacrament of reconciliation and author's conception of this sacrament.
