The main goal of this diploma thesis was to find similarities and differences in the development of two basic macroeconomic indicators GDP and the unemployment rate. Indicators were analyzed quarterly. Development of Inflation, government spendings, scheduled tax charges, influence FDI on productivity of labour, were taken as relevant factors in the development of analyzed indicators.

This thesis is quantitatively investigating how packaging of mobilephone cases limit the consumer's willingness to pay, package evaluation and product evaluation. The tactile sense is central in this study. The empirical data in this thesis have been collected via a survey of 300 people in three different groups, each one half woman and half man. The reason why the surveys are devided half woman, half men is because the theory of this study show that women have a larger need for touch before buying. Need for touch is also a concept that is different between each individual and therefore need a for touch scale is included in the survey. Lastly the study did found some interesting conclusions that product packaging has an impact on willingness to buy and product evaluation.

This thesis analyzes product mix and marketing mix of the brand Vichy in the Czech market of dermocosmetics. The thesis is based on the method of scientific description and analysis. The conclusions are the main output of this work. The first part is theoretical and serves as a base for a practical part. The theoretical part focuses on the most important aspects related to the marketing mix analysis and portfolio analysis. The brand Vichy, market, industry of dermocosmetics and target audience are introduced in the practical part. This part also deals with several analyses (SWOT, marketing mix, brand portfolio, sales) with focus on the skin care product category. The practical part contains specific recommendations based on marketing and market analyses in the previous chapters.

This paper is focused on economic development of the People's Republic of China during the last decade. The aim of this paper is to analyse the economic transformation and identify key factors holding back the economic growth. In the theoretical part of this paper there will be a short introduction of China. Some Chinese social and economic specifics will also be explained. The end of this chapter will be focused on historical economic reforms and current goals for the economy. Next chapter will be focused on analysis of the economy in the last decade using the official available data. In the conclusion of this paper there will be presented findings and key factors holding back the economic growth of China.

The aim is to demonstrate the connection between tourism and culture as well as highlight their link to economic and social spheres. Another objective is to confirm or disprove the following two hypotheses. Hypothesis 1- Cultural product is the main motivating component to participate in tourism. Hypothesis 2- Cultural product develops potential of tourism. Objectives and hypotheses were evidence by research, statistical data, strategic document, internet sources and consultations with experts. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The practical part is focused on the cultural product in Hořice, where the situation of cultural tourism is mapped. The hypothesis were confirmed by practical example of cultural product in Hořice and through expert knowledge of research and literature and statistics.

The thesis titled Analysis of the integration of product placement in the audiovisual work "I wake up yesterday," focuses on the use of marketing tools product placement in this particular film. The theoretical part defines the issues and their types of promotion. Characteristics of effective legislation in the Czech Republic and related European Union regulations. Pricing for product placement and the possibility of measuring effectiveness. The practical part deals with concrete examples on the matter after legalization in the Czech Republic. The work deals with the number of occurrences of brands in the audiovisual work. Furthermore, the work focuses on, whether product placement was used in accordance with the law and what proportion of occupied product placement in the total broadcast time. What percent was used for active or passive product placement and the share of the dominant and nondominant expresses shot on the product. Furthermore, it is also concentration on realism brands.
