The Dissertation on theme: "Transformation of Proceedings of Knowledge of Basic Information about Life in Nature, Society and Relations between Them ( Natural Science) and Basic Relations to the Mother Country, the Language and History in the Educational Programme in Time and Practice." My dissertation was compiled as free proceedings of a solution of problems of educational programmes for pre - school and basic education. In the theoretical part of this study my work contemplates the General Programme of Pre-school Education and the General Programme of Basic Education, it compares their philosophy, sources and construction. It analyses coincidences and differences, resulting from intention from two different grades of education, linking up with each other. My work takes into consideration the gained level of skill of all activities for the defined age group of children and the extent of their responsibility for pupils and teachers. For seven years program VyšeHrátky, in production of studio Damúza, is developing good quality entertaining and educational program for schools and families.Till this time there were no theoretical records and publications of that activity. This thesis includes theories which come as inspiration and background to VyšeHrátky. Diplomová práce vytipovává konkrétní veřejné výdajové programy pro financování rozvojových aktivit navržených v programu rozvoje mikroregionu Účelové sdružení obcí Slavkovský les. V teoretické části dává přehled o všech aktuálních vypsaných veřejných výdajových programech. V praktické části analyzuje a popisuje stav vybraného mikroregionu a vybírá konkrétní možnosti, kde může mikroregion žádat o podporu pro financování svých projektů.

This thesis presents and discusses theoretical roots and background of Instrumental Enrichment. Reuven Feuerstein's Instrumental Enrichment was originally designed to overcome cognitive difficulties of culturally different children and adults in after second war Israel. Today this program is used all over the world in wide educational contexts. We introduce this program as a part of large body of research and knowledge in so called "thinking skills" domain too. This thesis also presents data from one year evaluation of this program as a tool for improving cognitive abilities and thinking skills of culturally and socially disadvantaged children in Czech primary school. Research design or our study refers to pilot (never published) evaluation study of Instrumental Enrichment in Czech Republic. It was prepared as a comparative, pre-post experimental design. We were interested in differences between experimental and control groups in performance on assessment battery before and after intervention. Assessment battery consisted of measures of cognitive abilities and IQ, school attainment tests and measures of self-esteem. Práce je zaměřena na vyhodnocení realizace Operačního programu Průmysl a podnikání, s důrazem na ukázku jeho praktického naplňování a představení principu podpory prostřednictvím programů Prosperita a Klastry. Vyhodnocení je provedeno jak na úrovni Zlínského kraje, kde je pomocí statistiky doloženo využívání programů podpory, tak obecně z celorepublikového pohledu, kde jsou popsány dosažené úspěchy, problémové oblasti a v neposlední řadě naplňování sledovaných indikátorů směřující k naplnění cíle OPPP. Práce dokazuje, že se OPPP stal dobrým nástrojem podpory podnikání v regionech ČR, že se programy podpory setkaly se značným zájmem a že dojde k naplnění stanovených cílů operačního programu.

Analýza implementace programového financování v resortech obrany ve Slovenské a České republice.Práce je dělena na teoretickou a praktickou. Praktická část obsahuje zkušenosti se systémem plánování, programování a rozpočtování v letech 1995 až 2000, část programového financování podle platné legislativy v ČR od roku 2001. Obě části mají analýzu doplněnou o přehled výdajů v jednotlivých letech. Slovenská část obsahuje zkušenosti s implementací od roku 2004, kdy resort obrany přešel na výkonové rozpočtování, doplněno o přehled výdajů v letech 2004 až 2006.Závěrečná kapitola obsahuje celkové doporučení s programovým financováním a závěrečné srovnání systémů v ČR a SR.

RAČOCH, P. Proposal for efficiency improvement trainee programmes for university economics and managements graduates in the Czech Republic and Austria in selected sectors. Diploma Thesis. Brno: FRRMS MENDELU in Brno, 2014. The diploma thesis is focused on analysis of trainee programmes, trainings and internships provided to university graduates in the Czech Republic and Austria. The aim is to compare trainee programmes arranged by marketing agencies, IT, pharmaceutical and construction firms. It analyses the educational system development, the trends and the position of graduates on the EU labour market and describes trainee programmes. The proposal of recommendations for trainee programmes improvement was elaborated based on the research results.
