Analytical (theoretical) part of this graduation paper introduces the reader to the theory of competitiveness and teamwork. It draws attention to fundamental issues that may not be ignored in the process of building a competitive position in the market. Synthetic (application) part of the graduation paper uses the findings from the analytical part. To the Readers, especially executives of the company, presents basic information for deciding on the theme "Enhancing competitiveness through the development of teamwork."

How the statistics indicate the number of children with behaviour disorders is growing. If each tenth child with these problems attended specific institutions ten years ago, today it´s nearly each fourth child. The grow of aggressiveness is typical for all our society, not otherwise it is at children. For that reason I concentred the research not only on findings of infant population´s experience with privation´s behaviour but also on family´s attitude towards these problems. Last but not least I judged utilisation rate of preventive programmes provided by the educational facilities.

This thesis is devoted to a closer comparison of Universities with an accreditation for physical education teaching in the Czech Republic. These Universities I compare in four basic problem areas which are history, accredited study programmes, personnel constitution and material facilities of individual departments. This thesis is based on sources valid for academic year 2011/2012. The results of this work are also confronted with the information contained in the thesis from the year of 2002 which is written on the same topic.

This thesis investigates the use of share funds for development of infrastructure services in the agro-tourist farm Michlová Hut with emphasis on the possibility of reconstructing the former pond as water area for recreation. In this thesis an analysis of tourist attractions in the area, was evaluated in tourism infrastructure and the survey was to determine the interest of visitors in recreational water area. The assessment questionnaire is interested in surface water confirmed subsequently was therefore analyzed the possible co-financing from EU funds. In conclusion, however, showed that although the pond by the visitors found the application of farm and its reconstruction would increase the attractiveness of the farm for visitors to the appropriate EU funding currently is not.

The main aim of the thesis titled Regional policy and its effects on the level LAU2 is to identify the effects of the instruments and measures of regional policy based on the analysis development of selected municipalities, namely municipalities Třeštice and Knínice that are part of microregion Telčsko in the Vysočina. The theoretical part deals with regional policy and changes in its concept, problems of EU funds, strategic documents and possible ways of financing development projects from national and regional resources. The practical part deals with socio-economic analysis of the municipalities and create a list of received grants. Effects of various project groups to changes of socio-economic indicators are assessed on this base.

This diploma thesis deals with Conduct disorder among pupils at the secondary school. It consists of two parts - theoretical and practical one. The theoretical part will be explained in detail the issue of behavioral disorders in children at the secondary school. There are also included chapters dealing with under-age-limit alcohol drinking and smoking since the thesis is focused on such topics. Alcohol and smoking addiction is among others reflected in questionaire investi within the practical part. The aim of the thesis is to find out what type of alcohol is mostly consumed by lower secondary school learners, in which way the information about drugs are transmited by teachers and how much learners are interested in such information. The subject of the thesis "SME support programs and their use in South Bohemia region" is an analysis of SME support programs, assessment of the current status of implementation of aid programs aimed at this segment of business in South Bohemia region and prediction of the 2014-2020 programming period. There is also analyzed the Operational Programme Enterprise and Innovation, which is primarily aimed at supporting small and medium-sized enterprises. confidering the allocation of financial resources it is the most important subsidy program for the development of this segment.

The need to provide preventive programs is highlighted by professionals across medical disciplines. Preventive programs help improve health, are an effective strategy to reduce healthcare costs, and specifically contribute to improving the quality of life of population. After all, prevention is the first thing we can do and it does not cost us anything but time. In addition, once a disease outbreaks, it may be already too late. All health insurance companies establish a prevention fund which helps to cover prevention programs for the insured. The VZP insurance company offers programs dealing with cardiovascular diseases, obesity, diabetes mellitus, vaccination, prevention of infectious diseases, medical and spa holidays, pregnancy screening tests, etc. My thesis aims to explore the use of prevention programs by the insured of the VZP insurance company. Based on the stated goal of my work, I have defined following assumed hypotheses. H1: Women use the prevention programs more than men do. H2: Insured persons who have obtained university education benefit from the preventive programs offered by the VZP health insurance company more than the insured persons without higher education. I chose qualitative research and a questionnaire survey as a suitable method for testing the set hypotheses. As a result of the research, the first hypothesis was confirmed, namely that women use preventive programs more than men. The second hypothesis was not confirmed. It has not been proven that preventive programs are used more by university educated insured persons. The thesis is focused on prevention and provides an overview of preventive programs, which are currently provided by the VZP insurance company. Therefore it is beneficial not only for VZP insured persons but also for all who are interested in prevention, and can also serve as a study material.

This diploma thesis focuses on the problems of primary prevention in the domestic violence area. Concretely is the author focusing on the influence of the primary school prevention in the domestic violence area on creating of presumptions for school age children emotional stability construction. In theoretical part author specifies the term "domestic violence", deals with theory of violent behavior inception and tries to point out the negative effects of violent behavior on the single family member. In the next chapters is author focusing on children as forgotten victims of the domestic violence and survey zones of exposure in the children's development, witch is acutely hit by this problems. The role of the school on the framework of primary prevention in the domestic violence area and problems of domestic violence concerning cross-sectional themes is last chapter content. Empiric part of thesis is formed by quantitative investigation, which was realized within questionnaires. Author tries to find out, whether the children's participation on the school preventive programs has the effect on the emotional stability creating. The widespread epidemic HIV/AIDS still remains a confirmed and terminal disease without any currable vaccine and therapy. The only means of protection to resist an infection and HIV spread is a patient´s education, motivation and proper prevention, whose essential tool for everybody is getting information. Especially young people are threatened by the attack of that infection, so mainly basic school should participate in the HIV/AIDS prevention. The first aim of my thesis is to find out, whether and what preventive activities are accomplished at basis schools in Pilsner Region. The research work has a qualitative character. The applied method was a questionaire which was sent and applied to 31 organizations associated in Forum of non-governmental organizations at National Comisssion for HIV/AIDS problem solving in 2006. Another applied method was the derived analysis of data and documents. The second aim of my thesis was to find out basic pupil´s knowledge about HIV/AIDS infection. A qualitative research was chosen to achieve objective results. A questionaire was a research method. 319 pupils from 8th and 9th classes created a selective group. HIV/AIDS problems are always included in some school subjects at all the basic schools. Tution of the appropriate topic is provide only by school teachers and outweighs the use of supporting preventive programmes. Increased demands on school teachers education about HIV/AIDS result from that fact. Basis school pupils have basic knowledge about HIV/AIDS infection. Most pupils acquired information about HIV/AIDS at basic schools. Pupils consider a condom to be a hundrer-per-cent protection to resist veneral diseases. Despite the knowledge of this danger pupils don´t feel threatened by HIV/AIDS infection. Results of my thesis proved that as for information handover, the prevention accomplished at basic schools is efficient. Pupils´ have information about HIV/AIDS. If they act up to them even in possible risky situations that is another question. Since it is a serious problem, it seems to be necessary to keep acting this prevention whose part should be not only the information handover, but also the action at pupil´s behaviour and their responsibility.
