This thesis deals with the linking of school education with museum educational activities. It focuses primarily on the possibility of primary schools. It assesses how the museum can be used in the implementation of educational activities. He draws attention to specific forms of educational activities at the museum. In Detail, it is focused on defining the various teaching methods that can be prioritized in museum education. The thesis describes the role of museum education program, which is applicable in the project classes at school. The entire work points out apparent effort to integrate extracurricular learning opportunities taking place in the museum with school hours. Museum learning is seen as complementary and expanding the classroom. Yet he constantly emphasizes the uniqueness of the museum. Museum with a different environment from the school can offer a remarkable experience associated with teaching.

The aim of diploma thesis is to guarantee all requirements, which are necessary for providing a correct service of tax advisory. The main aim is devided into three parcial aims: description of development proces, analysis of related tax issues and to provide a development trends estimation. Methods used in this paper are recherche of related sources, interview with overal 13 consultants, analysis and folowing synthesis of reached knowledge. In comparison with another papers on similar topic, this text puts accent on practical aspects of development company taxation. Because of more precise understanding of commented issues, thesis provides chronological structure instead of classic thematical structure, used in most of similar papers. Thesis accomplished all the established objectives so it is efficient educational instrument mainly for a bookkeeperes and tax advisors, who needs to gain a knowledge of development as such, and it´s taxation.

This Diploma thesis deals with possible connection a Drama Action Methods (Drama education) through the First Stage of Primary School Education. The Diploma thesis is divided into two parts:Theoretical and Practical ones. The Theoretical part is focused on issues concerning of using the Drama Action Methods as a teaching instrument at the First Stage of Primary school. The Practical part is focused on searching for topics just suitable to be part and parcel in the Framework Education - Programme for Elementary Education generally, where the Drama Action Methods as efficient as possible would be profitable. The diploma thesis aims to present the method of the project financing on an example of Nursing Home Project. The thesis is focused on examination whether it is possible to finance the private project regarding services of general economic interest just from operational revenues and allowed state aid. The thesis describes regulations of social care system in the Czech Republic and European regulation and directives regarding the state aid. The last chapter is designed as a feasibility study of the whole project. The feasibility study contains model of future project's cash flows. The horizontal and vertical analyses of financial statements of non-profit organization are also part of the thesis.

The diploma thesis deals with accounting issues of property development. The main aim of the thesis is to determine why financial statements based on Czech accounting rules of some property developers are significantly different. Additionally this thesis define how various aspects of property development influence accounting. Theoretical knowledge is shown from practical side by using the example of a fictional case study.

Although there is a growing influence of psychology and human resources in modern management, this area is being often neglected in theory and particularly in praxis of project management. This area offers a big potential for improvement of performance of project teams and increase of teamwork efficiency. Therefore this thesis is focused on human factor in project management and the opportunity for using psychology, especially the theory of motivation and teamwork. There were set more main goals of thesis they can be split in two groups. In the first group there are research goals aimed on teamwork in project teams managed by agile or traditional methods, establishment of project teams, characteristics of projects suitable for agile approach and implementation of agile methods in a company. The proposal of solution of identified problem areas belongs to the second group of goals. According to the research results agile project teams are closer to psychological concept of team, whilst traditional project teams are closer to work groups. Therefore agile project teams have better potential for being more efficient and performing higher than the project teams managed by traditional methods. Another finding in this thesis is regarding setting up the project teams and their daily work. Although agile methods seem to be more efficient from the teamwork perspective, they don't offer general solution for all problems in project management and their usage is not necessary suitable for all kinds of projects and company environment. That's why the characteristics of appropriate projects for being managed by agile methods were also investigated. Successful implementation and application of agile methods is strongly influenced by company environment and other factors that were identified in theoretical part of the thesis and subsequently verified by the research. The thesis brings a lot of verified information regarding work in project teams and emphasizes the significance of management, motivation and development of project teams. For identified problem areas with significant potential for improvement were prepared two solution proposals included in final parts of the thesis. The first solution is a model for implementation of project methodology in a company; the second one is a model aimed on project team performance increase. Both proposed solutions offers specific tools and techniques ready for application in company environment.

This master thesis suggests a new design methodology used for creating web pages, with an emphasis on User Experience (UX). The thesis does not focus on specific web technol-ogies, but it rather concentrates on the process of preparation and design of websites. When applying such a process, the websites will not only meet clients business objectives, but it will also satisfy users requirements. The theoretical part of this thesis summarizes the information about User Experience De-sign, defining its processes, terms, tools, tasks and roles associated with it. The outline may serve the developer and the client as a guide when realizing a project or creating a demand for one. The main aim of the practical part is to introduce a new methodology for creating websites focusing mainly on the UX. The methodology is proposed by the author himself, based on his many years of experience in the field, and tested on a real project which is also present-ed in the practical part.

This thesis deals with the definition of the project and thematic teaching as a tool for improvement of class environment and relationships between students. The thesis defines the concept of class environment and identifies some causes of changes in class environment, together with methods of its measurement. It identifies some desirable relationships between students that are influenced by the class environment and on the other hand those relationships that influence the environment. The motivation is briefly described, it is divided in two groups: inner and outer motivation and it is observed in terms of behaviour and learning. The thesis also mentions several ways of working with the collective in terms of key competences set out in The Framework Educational Programme for Basic Education from June 2017. Specifically, it describes the project, thematic teaching, classroom appearance and drama education as one of the possible methods and techniques for working with a collective. Subject of this diploma thesis is a design of a newly built accommodation and relaxation centre Resort Sázava. The structure is located on a sloping plot near town Sázava, in Kraj Vysočina. The locality is situated in preserved area Žďárské vrchy. The facility is divided into three buildings by their function. The buildings have rectangular shapes and have gabled roofing. The resort offers services of accomodation, boarding, conferences, relaxation and sports. The whole facility was designed in architectural study along with its functional linkups. Object SO 01 with restaurant and conference rooms was designed in detailed design documentation.

The subject of my diploma thesis is an elaboration a design documentation for a newbuilding of a nursing home. The building will be located on the town part Brno - Bystrc. The building will serve to accommodate seniors and ensure their quality and dignity. The building is designed as a detached house with a oartial cellar and three floors. Part of the building are also garage spaces situated in 1S, accessible by both the elevator and the walkway. The mainentrance is in height level a ground floor. External loadbearing structures are made of ceramic. The ceiling structure is made of Spiroll boards due to a larger span between supports. The building is roofed with a flat roof. The staircase is reinforced concrete. When processing, it was given the emphasis on the layout design, architectonic and technical arrangements and on a safe usage of the building. The drawing documentation os processed in the AutoCAD programme.
