This diploma thesis deals with the design of a kindergarten in the village of Horoměřice. It is a basement detached house on a flat terrain. The building of the kindergarten with a rugged ground plan has two floors and is covered by a flat vegetation roof. It is divided into social, hobby, economic and school management sections. The building is designed to meet the requirements of building solutions of nearly zero-energy buildings. The project is processed using the computer program ArchiCAD.

This diploma thesis is exploring the plan for the construction of kindergarten in the city of Velíková. The kindergarten is located in the north part of the properties with numbers 528/1 and 63. It is a two-floor building with partial basement. The building is designed for three classes with the total number of pupils being 54. In the western part of the property a car park is designed with 18 parking spaces in total. From the layout perspective, on the first floor, there are two classes and a utility rooms for the employees. All rooms have a separate entrance, so that there is no obstruction or interference. On the second floor, there is one class and a school staffroom situated. There are storage and a technical facility located in the cellar. The building’s supporting system is made from sand-lime bricks. Reinforced concrete panels Spiroll create the roof construction. This diploma thesis deals with designing of a leisure sport centre in Partizánske in Slovak Republic. It is a detached object on a flat terrain. The object of the leisure sport center has two floors, or specifically the sport center stretches through two floors. In the building there is a cafe with bowling, three badminton courts, five squash courts and commercial area intended for massages. The object is designed from constructive system from lightweight concrete block. The second part is constructed from precast concrete frame with infill wall from lightweight concrete block. The ceiling in one part of the object is designed to be assembled of prestressed precast floor slab and in second part of trapezoidal sheet. The roof is made like flat green roof with extensive grassing. The work includes project documentation for the construction.

The subject of the diploma thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for construction of the Orlík Resort. The buildings are detached and are set in a slightly sloping terrain in the cadastral area Kožlí u Orlíka. The main building has two above-ground floors and one underground floor. In the basement, there is a utility room for the whole building and warehouse. Furthermore, the hall is divided into a section for men and a section for women. In these sections, visitors have a dressing room with cabins with showers and toilets. Then there will be a choice of two exercise halls, two massage rooms or a large gym area. On the ground floor, the building is entered via lee to the vestibule and into the spacious hall. In the entrance, there is a reception with storage area and a room with a kitchenette and toilet. The building is also accessible via a second staircase and large glass sliding windows. There is a conference room with adjustable size, a social hall, warehouses, toilets for women and men as well as an office. For employees there is a day room with kitchenette, changing rooms and showers separate for men and women. The upper floor contains two terraces. These are green roofs, where one is partially fitted with tiles, and there is a recognized reinforced concrete skeleton. There is a cleaning room on each floor. There are also processed two apartment houses, illuminated by roof skylights, which are on the plot four times. All buildings are designed from the reinforced concrete skeleton with lined sandstone blocks. The ceilings are made of prestressed hollow panels, and the roofs are green. Apartment house No. 1 is symmetrical and contains two apartments. There is a storage room, lee, vestibule, utility room, toilet, room, bedroom and a large kitchen with living room and terrace access. The large bathroom has a bathtub, glass shower and one sliding door that closes the room with urinal or toilet. Apartment house No. 2 is divided into three apartment

My diploma thesis occupies with project documentation for building of house with the day care, with conformity of legal regulation and technical standards. My work solves the buildings dispositions with proposal of right construction system and supporting system with using right materials, important for me was the integration into near built-up area on the periphery of town. My diploma thesis evaluates the building from the point of view of building physics. It verifies warm-technical and sound-isolating properties of constructions, from the suggested materials and it verifies the materials with standards values.

This diploma thesis is focused on design and postprocessing of project documentation for two storey, cellular basement kindergarten in Měrovice nad Hanou. The target is to create operational dispositive solution which takes account of everyday operations. The operation consists of two class, a multipurpose hall, an operating section and a part of teachers. The buiding is designed from construction system Porotherm. It is built with warm flat roof and the building is based on strip foundations.

This diploma thesis deals with the technical design of extensive replacement of overhead lines by high voltage cables in the given distribution area. In its first part the thesis is focused on the survey of the concerning legislation and technical standards, which must be followed during making technical design documentation. It also mentions the processes which precede the replacement itself. There are also the operational differences between the overhead lines and the high voltage cables in the first part, too. The second part is focused on the technical description of the given area, the technical design of the replacement by high voltage cables and the realization of calculation, which is important as a base for further realization of technical arrangements. The consideration of technical feasibility and economic efficiency are also contained in the second part.

This diploma thesis deals with establishing a new sales portfolio named ZaseRýže Clothing from ZaseRýže company. The theoretical part of the thesis includes definition of terms from the field of strategic analysis and project management. The analysis of the current situation of the surroundings and inside the company was carried out in the analytical section. In the design part is elaborated a plan for project realization using project management methodology.

This diploma thesis deals with the design of a two-storey extension of a penzion house in Sebranice near Boskovice. The building is located on a flat terrain and is adjacent to the existing building of a country house. The building has a ballroom, new facilities for the existing building, wellness, garage, reception, meeting room, dining room and seven accommodation units for temporary accommodation for a maximum of 18 people. The vertical load-bearing structures are designed from a structural system of ceramic blocks of the HELUZ systém, the building are based on foundation strips. The ceilings and stairs are monolithic reinforced concrete. The roof is sloping, saddle, formed by a purlin system. The work contains project documentation for the construction.

The present Master´s thesis aims at designing an evolutionary scheme of secured power supply at nuclear power plants with VVER 440 reactors during design basis accidents as well as design extension conditions. In the first part of this thesis, concepts relating to the defence in depth of nuclear reactors, operating modes of the blocks as well as types and possibilities of electrical power supply and electric circuits of the block are defined. Although the present thesis deals with PWR 440 in general, special emphasis is put on the Czech NPP in Dukovany, where there are four PWR 440 reactors in operation, and on the possibilities for enhancing the defence in depth in this area. The second part of the thesis deals with the difference in station blackout definitions before and after Fukushima; not only the differences in situation evaluation are dealt with, but a solution is also proposed to make the system of secured power supply system during design basis accidents as well as design extension conditions more robust. This option has been selected out of a number of possibilities based on the evaluation of reliability, availability and cost-effectiveness of the proposal.
