The diploma thesis ?Project as an educational method for teaching physics ?deals with the possibilities of using project-based method for teaching physics at primary schools. Not only does it contain the theoretical background of project-based teaching, but also deals with practical issues in the form of an implementation of a chosen project ?Physics and physical education?. The aim of said project was to evaluate the efficiency of project-based teaching as far as the knowledge of pupils and didactical and organisation issues are concerned. The first part of this work deals with the possibilities of project-based teaching in Czech Republic, its historical development and pedagogical-psychological analysis. The second part states the topics of my own projects (including my own implementation of one of these projects) and also contains some secondary didactical materials.

The subject of the thes is is the development project AZ Tower, implemented by Brno developer PROPERITY Ltd. The thesis describes the process of construction, manager's work and management risks of the project. It also describes organizational structure of the company and project management process. The work also includes an analysis of the developer market in Brno, focusing mainly on logistics, office and residential development. The thesis tracks construction of new flats and property market development as well.

Diplomová práce mapuje problematiku outsourcingu a jeho využití pro zvyšování výkonnosti podniku. Práce si klade za cíl nastínit důvody, které vedou podniky k outsourcingu a upozornit na skutečnosti, na které je třeba brát zřetel při rozhodování o outsourcingu. Dalším cílem práce je vytvoření určitého návodu, jak postupovat v jednotlivých etapách outsourcingového projektu tak, aby podnik předešel případnému neúspěchu spolupráce s externím dodavatelem. Neméně důležitou částí diplomové práce je posouzení výhod a nevýhod, které plynou z vyčleňování činností mimo podnik.

Projekt zavedení dobrovolnického projektu ve vybrané instituci a zhodnocení procesu přípravy a reálnosti jeho uskutečnění v praxi. V teoretické části je práce věnována výkladu pojmosloví souvisejícího s problematikou dobrovolnictví pro seniory. V první části jsou popisovány pojmy dobrovolnictví a dobrovolník. Dále se práce věnuje historii dobrovolnictví v České republice. Další důležitou částí práce je právní úprava dobrovolnictví v České republice. Problematika sociálních služeb je objasněna v další kapitole. Teoretická část je zakončena předpoklady dobré integrace dobrovolnického projektu do organizace. V úvodu praktické části je popisován Domov pro seniory Boskovice. Na tuto část navazují přípravné fáze projektu s vlastní realizací, zahrnující i jeho financování a rozpočet. Následně je nastíněno doporučení pro samotnou realizaci projektu.

The master's thesis focuses on project management. The basic terms of project management, the lifecycle of a project and project stakeholders are decribed in the theoretical part of the thesis. The EVM method and survey are characterized in the methodological part of the thesis. Afterwards Komerční banka, a.s. and its project management practice are presented. The essential part of the thesis consists of the analysis of a selected project and a survey in Komerční banka, a.s. The final part of the thesis presents recommended measures resulting from the analysis.

Kiekvienam darbui daro įtaką kokie nors rizikos elementai, dėl kurių to darbo atlikimas gali nukrypti nuo norimo plano. Projekto rizika dažnai yra neištirta, todėl vadovui sunku ją valdyti. Todėl magistrinio darbo problemą galima būtų formuluoti kaip rizikos faktorių identifikavimo ir jų įvertinimo prieš pradedant vykdyti projektą bei jų sekimo projekto vykdymo eigoje būdų ir metodų paiešką. / The paper presents investigation of risk management of the engineering company in project performance. Therefore effective risk management is very important for the company. The theoretical model for project risk management system has been composed on a base of the general sequence of the process in consideration of all aspects of engineering projects. Nevertheless the model is suitable for improvement of the management of any activity based on projects. The innovation project plan for implementation the risk management system based on this model has been worked out for the company. The efficiency of the system is evaluated on forecasted savings, expressed as percentage from company turnover. The investment is found consistent in five years prospective, but the sensitivity analysis discovered it being most sensitive to the efficiency of the system and its cost. Therefore several alternative scenarios have been modeled and the probability analysis provided.

The theme of the Master thesis is "Innovation of educational methods at primary school in Panimávida with the main focus on ecology". The literature review outlines the basic terminologies regarding the topic and describes approaches and methods for teaching environmental education. The main work analyses socio-economic and environmental needs of Maule Region (Chile) and suggests a project concept of development cooperation focused on ecology and environmental education. The conclusion then evaluates the overall contribution of the project and its use in practice.

The thesis is focused on two chosen standards of project management such as IPMA and PMI. The document covers fundamental terms of connected with the topic of project management. There is also a description of both institutions including their history and structure. The comparison of both standards and their certifications according to chosen indicators is based on the analysis of above-mentioned theoretical background. The thesis is based on information contained in official IPMA and PMI materials.

The thesis focuses on the topic of developing the Llaquepta community in Peru through implementing Community Based Tourism. Given that the main interest of this paper is the socio-economic development of the community, while preserving its environmental and cultural values, this thesis verifies if this method is a suitable vehicle for develop-ment and what benefits it could bring to the community and under what conditions. The thesis also proposes and plans the process of Community Based Tourism imple-mentation and verifies the feasibility and sustainability of the project.

The thesis is focused on Project Management issues, specifically on Project lifecycle in the Československá obchodní banka a.s. After a brief introduction of the company, it describes the organizational structure and the existing Project lifecycle, which is applied in the company. This state is analyzed and at the end of each phase there are drawn identified weak points. Based on an analysis and using theoretical knowledge of international standards and methodologies of Project Management is designed an own draft proposal of the Project lifecycle project, including input and output documents, RACI matrix and process model for each stage. After evaluation of the own solution by project managers there is created a set of proposals and other recommendations.
