The present Master thesis deals with a transfer of the production process from Asia to Europe. The aim is to provide a life cycle of the project, its phases and the respective actions, an analysis of the risks associated with this transfer, a successful start-up of series production and the design of the internal audit as a standard of control for setting a stable and quality manufacture of the product in the Brno production plant.

This master’s thesis describes the project proposal using project management methods. It also deals with the possibility of funding the project, which is calculated with the cooperation of the European Union. The project proposal is developed to suit the requirements of a specific program when applying for grants. The main output is the specification of the project focusing on the planning stage, including risk analysis and project budget.

The subject of the diploma thesis is economic evaluation and risk assessment of investment projects. The theoretical part deals with the life cycles of the construction, the characteristics of the development project, its investor and the risks associated with the implementation of the project. The output of the diploma thesis is the elaboration of economic evaluation and risk assessment on a selected development project.

The thesis has been devoted to the topic of preparation and evaluation of commercial developer's projects. Theoretic section of the thesis describes all the phases of preparation and realization of projects based on their chronological sequence; special attention is paid to evaluation of economic efficiency of the projects. The topic dealt in the practical section is based on results of survey carried out among relevant entities at the developers' market. Analysis of results of the survey carried out among multiple developer companies has revealed imperfections within their work. This thesis is trying to specify guidelines to eliminate them. Questioning among the other entities was aimed at analysing the view of a bank, a construction company and a facility management regarding the issue of developer projects and at making use of the findings to set some recommendations for the developer. Goal of the thesis is integration of attitudes of all the entities involved aimed at making use of the findings to specify a set of recommendations that should improve developer's work.

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou předložených projektů v rámci programu JPD 3. v úvodních kapitolách se věnuji fondům Evropské unie v obecné míře a postupně přecházím na Evropský sociální fond, programové dokumenty České republiky a konkrétně popisuji jednotlivé priority a opatření výše zmíněného programu JPD 3. Významnou část mé práce tvoří analýza předložených projektů v rámci tohoto programu.V návaznosti na předložené projekty analýza dále pokračuje další praktickou částí, která se zaměřuje na projekty neschválené a schválné. Součástí práce jsou také postupy předkládání a samotného hodnocení žádostí. Cílem této práce je pokusit se najít hlavní příčiny neschválení projektů a formulovat jistá doporučení pro budoucí potenciální žadatele

Diplomová práce obsahuje informace o přínosech a perspektivách bioplynových stanic v zemědělství. Zprostředkovává čtenářům údaje o možnostech realizace výstaveb bioplynových stanic za spoluúčasti EU, přibližuje proces žádosti o dotaci v rámci Programu rozvoje venkova ČR pro období 2007 -2013, prokazuje ekonomickou efektivnost těchto projektů a poskytuje návod pro vypracování projektu jako klíčové obligatorní přílohy žádosti o dotaci.

This dissertation deals with the economic evaluation of Public Private Partnerships (PPP) projects. Generally, PPP projects are evaluated using the evaluation methodology, which is called Value for Money (VFM). The aim of this dissertation is to propose some changes in the Value for Money methodology, which is used in the Czech Republic. All proposed changes should lead in to more frequent PPP realization in the Czech republic, whereas there should be no reduced requirements regarding the economic efficiency of this kind of projects. The Value for Money demonstrates the difference between two ways of project realization. The first one is conventional public procurement project, which is based on the separation of financing and providing of design, construction, operational and maintenance phase of the project. The second way is the Public Private Partnership project, where one private subject, in principle the Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV), provides all the project phases mentioned above. That means the PPP projects are usually very large, expensive and long-running. Value for Money methodologies are used in many countries, where the PPP projects are prepared and realized. Of course, the methodologies differ based on the legislative, institutional and economic environment. In the Czech republic the VFM methodology was created and published in the 2008. But the utilization of the methodology is very marginal. That means there are very limited experiences, which allows changing the methodology without causing enormous costs for submitters or advisors. All the proposed changes are formulated based on provided research. The research consisted in the analysis and comparison of Value for Money methodologies in selected countries and in the determination of key Value for Money drivers in PPP projects in the Czech republic, which allows identifying the specifics and specialties of Czech PPP market. Using these outputs some changes were formulated. The most important and fundamental changes are the change of the structure of the evaluation methodology, the change in the qualitative evaluation questions formulation, the change in the quantitative PSC methodology and the changes in the legislative environment.

The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is devoted to project management and foundations of information systems and information technology. The practical part of this thesis is a case study about an already closed project which handles implementation of a new information system in LeasePlan Czech Republic, Ltd. The main outcome of the case study is a comparison of project processes with the processes of the PRINCE2 methodology. The partial aim of the study is to identify the main threats that were found in the project. The outcome of this thesis is to propose recommendations and templates for the selected documents that can help manage and improve future projects in the company.

The aim of the thesis was to analyze the selected project management company, including a review of the objectives of the strategy. Market environment has been investigated and followed the SWOT analysis, from which I draw the appropriate consequences. The result landed proposed solution in the form of an investment plan. The development of a Project Management Plan that defines the philosophy of the investment project, an integral part of the timetable for the progress of work and cost analysis jendotlivých divided into development phases of the project.
