This master´s thesis describe actual developer´s project in region Brno. I choose project in Sokolnice near Brno. These are preparing 36 new areas for deveoping a new family Hause´s. I analyssis this project and describe a new draft. This new owner draft have to be more profitable of actual draft. I describe old and new draft´s cash-flow.

The thesis analyses a development project of 21 houses in the village of Podolí u Brna, which was carried out by Kaláb – stavební firma, spol. s r.o. It provides a description of the company structure and focuses on some of their processes, such as risk analysis, investment decisions in the pre-investment project phase, project funding, planning, and time management based on time schedules. The text also takes a close look at all the steps that were taken during the implementation of the Podolí project, and zooms in on regular on-site records monitoring how much work has been actually done. Furthermore, the thesis brings an analysis of the current developer market in Brno, focusing in particular on latest developments in logistics, and office & residential construction. And last but not least, the thesis also observes how prices in the real estate market have developed over the last decade and how new residential units in the Czech Republic have been lately built.

Master’s thesis aims at understanding the process of planning and implementation of development project. It focuses in particular on the description and analysis of various stages of the project, especially in terms of their management and elimination of potential risks. The first part of the thesis deals mainly with theoretical introduction of the topic and definition of basic concepts and methods. The second part of the work is already trying to map a specific development project and to analyze its real progress. This section also proposed other possible approaches to addressing certain specific tasks within the individual phases and the elimination of potential risks that the project actually occurred, including the proposal of optimal process for managing development project.

This thesis deals with the problem concerning the foundation and operation of forest preschools in the Czech Republic. The first forest preschool in the Czech Republic was founded in 2007 and the number of forest preschool has increased to forty-functioning forest preschools. However the forest preschools do not meet the requirements of preschool services. In the Czech Republic is no legislative rules for the operation of forest preschools. Nevertheless the research from abroad confirmed the positive effect on mental and physical development of children at preschool age. Above that the northern countries, Denmark and Germany support the functioning of the forest preschools. The foundation and the operation of forest preschool in the Czech Republic is accompanied with a lot of unclear issues. Because of that, the feasibility study provide a material which will help to future funders to evaluate the feasibility, reasonableness of the project, provide the information which will influence the operation and the foundation of the forest preschool in their neighborhood. The main goal of this diploma thesis is the creation of the bases for the project realization with the output in the form of the web portal for disabled fellow - citizens and people with special needs, e.g. elderly, foreigners etc. Mentioned bases form especially the analytic part of the project and description and realization of the most activities, which are in some way related to the work of the analyst. One of the most important contributions of this diploma thesis is the identification of the issue of disabled people, the identification of current available significant and germane information within the framework and especially the proposal and recommendation for developing the present situation. This diploma thesis forms finally the indispensable benefit for resolution of the whole project, because it contains its substantial part. The thesis is divided into several comprehensive and connected blocks. There are the main goals and reasons leading to choosing this subject described in the introduction, as well as the premises and limitations of realization of this diploma thesis. The author continues with identification of the information needs of possible portal users, whereas the emphasis is placed on the status and number of disabled citizens in the Czech Republic. Another important part of this thesis is the construction and description of the project plan, which includes the activities and occurrences needed for the realization of the overall solution. The remaining structure of the thesis is determined by a sequence of phases and activities described in the project plan. The evaluation of achieved goal's levels and detail identification of the contributions is made at the close of this diploma thesis.

Práce charakterizuje veřejný sektor, příspěvkové organizace a jednotlivé fáze životního cyklu projektu. Zpracovává tři projekty, které hodlá realizovat konkrétní školní jídelna v příštích několika letech. Projekty obsahují plány nákladů, výnosů a výkazy zisků a ztrát. Práce posuzuje ekonomickou výhodnost projektů pro organizaci.

This diploma thesis deals with the issue of rubber waste legislative focusing on waste tyres. The aim of the thesis is a thorough analysis of current legislative including newly prepared alterations with emphasis on specific lingering problems. A project of secondary material recycling, which has been created in current legal conditions, will be introduced. The project is assessed in terms of project managment methodology and the thesis concludes by suggesting an ideal project managment approach for realization of similar projects. Close cooperation has been established during realization of the project. At the same time, relevant government offices have been asked for information on the legislative and the whole issue has been consulted with respective offices. The introduction of the thesis familiarizes readers with basic points connected with project managment and tyres characteristics. Subsequently the relevant legislative related to waste tyres is mapped. The last part of the thesis is devoted to secondary material recycling project and its conclusion suggests the course of each of the project's life cycle stage using knowledge of project managment.

The thesis focuses on issues of project management and the project life cycle in tourism. It answers the question what specifics are reflected in projects financed by the European Union in the tourism sector. The thesis evaluated the benefits of selected projects financed by EU funds for the development of tourism and the development of the Czech Republic through the tourism sector.

Master's thesis concerns ways of obtaining grants from funds from European Union. This grant want to company use for financing of presentation on external trade show. My thesis is about possibilities of financing projects, the procedure of application of grant and next steps - in case of acceptance or rejection of application.

Diploma thesis on strategy of a specific business project discusses a formation of the common European hockey league and its penetration into the European market. Based on an analysis of the newly created project strategy, survey with fans of the Czech hockey team and information obtained from the stakeholders, biggest challenges for the competition were set and recommendations for improvement were proposed.
