This paper is focused on application and modification of PRINCE2 methodology for project management of regional project Solvency II. This paper also define environment which is determining for the project and define legislation which is connected with internal regulation system. Work shows practical examples of documents created solely for purpose of the project and specified points in project which should be in focus in case of any similar project will happen in future.

The aim of thesis is to propose a sales system of new preparing residential project "Vítkovka" and assess its feasibility. The theoretical part defines the use of methodological apparatus, describe general characteristics of development activities, its history and ongoing processes on residential development. The analytic part focuses on description of the project and its surroundings, elementary business plan, competitive analysis, SWOT analysis and designing a sales system of development project. The conclusion summarizes the findings and makes recommendations whether to implement the project and which system of sales unit to use.

The master thesis is focused on the topic Project Management. In the theoretical part the literary research is elaborated. The practical part of the thesis provides an analysis of the current state of the project company ZETOR TRACTORS a.s.. On the basis of knowledge of the system, the arrangements are proposed to improve it.

The diploma thesis deals with meteorology of project management and discipline application in the environment of the company, which is Panthers Otrokovice floorball club. The aim of this work is to evaluate the current state of the club's website, to analyze weaknesses and weaknesses. Based on these analyzes and requirements, new websites will be created. The final part of the diploma thesis will be devoted to the benefits of these plans.

Tato diplomová práce analyzuje současnou situaci ve firmě v oblasti projektového řízení při výstavbě solární elektrárny. A pokusí se na základě norem a metodik projektového řízení navrhnout konkrétní kroky, které povedou ve firmě ke zlepšení řízení projektů. Práce je rozdělena do dvou hlavních částí - teoretické a praktické. První část popisuje společnost ZTC Holding SE a zabývá se teoretickými základy řízení projektů, je zde definován management a jeho funkce, řízení projektu, popis projektu, popis činnosti projektového manažera a jeho týmu. V této části je také teorie časové analýzy projektu, včetně metody Critical Path Method (CPM) a Ganttova diagramu. Druhá část se zaměřuje na analýzu vnějšího prostředí pomocí analýzy PESTLE, analýzy SWOT a analýzy vnitřního prostředí 7S. Tato část také pojednává o přesném vymezení projektu, jeho cílů, které jsou definovány metodou SMART. Tato část končí definováním konkrétních rizik, která se mohou vyskytnout během životního cyklu projektu. Závěr diplomové práce je zaměřen na celkové hodnocení navrhovaných postupů, které by měly zlepšit výkonnost ZTC Holding, SE.

The aim of this thesis is to propose the financing options for the project 'Views of Ha-ná'. The project counts for financing from structural funds of EU primarily. In case the applicant doesn't acquire the requested funds from EU, fund source alternatives are dis-cussed. In the theoretical part of the thesis I deal with the tools and aids of EU in current programme period 2007-2013, the branches of EU and with the village Skalka, which wants to carry out this project.

My diploma thesis I have divided on two parts – theoretical and practical. The goal of my work is to show the method how to project in construction and demonstrate it in a particular construction company and illustrate a solution to a specific order. I would like to describe and handle two different contracts, focus on the selection process, form of processing some data, contractual arrangements or necessary resources.

The thesis points out all possible risks that are subsequently secured in a project of firming unpaved roads in cadastral unit Říčky. The theoretical part summerizes the details of the project, risks evident especially during the pre-insvestigation phase of the construction project and ways of solving the possible risks. The practical part deals with the identification of the particular project, includes listing of the risks and concludes with their prevention.

The theoretical part focuses on the description of the analytical methods for examining the business environment, which will afterwards be used to analyse the current state of a company's position in the second part, analytical part, of this work. In the analytical part are identified the same errors during the project implementation. In the last part of the own proposals are presented measures that could eliminate errors and streamline process of the project implementation.
