The thesis consists of a theoretical and a practical part. In the theoretical part I define characteristics of the project, parts of the project and project life cycle phase. I also describe developers their activities and types of the development projects. I focus on the possibilites of financing these project and risk. In the practical part U present development project its individual parts and finally describe the risk project. The work also contains an analysis of the development logistics market in the Czech Republic focused mainl on the last three years.

My diploma thesis is about New product development procedure in Nestlé Česko, especially for confectionary products. Objective of the thesis is to map and evaluate the process of new product development in Nestlé Česko and give proposals for the improvement of the whole process. At the beginning I'm explaining the theory of project management, including terms like: project, project lifecycle, project management. Then in chapter 2 you can find metodology of project management, including the most known standards of project management. After that is the chapter regarding company Nestlé Česko and its characteristics. In practical part of the thesis I'm describing New product development procedure in Nestlé Česko and at the end of diploma thesis there are my proposals to improvement of New product development procedure in Nestlé Česko.

The master’s thesis deals with project management issues with a focus on the specifics of the construction of new and modernisation of old fossil-fuel and nuclear power plants belonging to ČEZ, a.s. It summarizes the project management methodology and standards and integrates them into a unified information system, thus creating a sound platform that supports all company projects in all stages of their individual life cycles. This thesis analyses the current status of the application support and proposes extensions to the information system, which significantly increase its value.

Dissertation "Project teaching in mathematics in primary schools focused on environmental education" describes the possible uses of the project method for teaching mathematics in primary schools including environmental focus. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part focuses on educational area of mathematics and its applications in the core curriculum, possible teaching methods, characteristics of project teaching and its historical development. The thesis is focused on the analysis of processes in project management in the automotive sphere. After a short introduction of selected company is discribed life cycle of engagement. In the analytical part of thesis is metodically designed procedure for the analysis of ongoing processes in lifecycle of engagement.
