Téma diplomové práce jsem si zvolil ?Srovnání stylů řízení u zahraničních a u české policie?. Při zpracování této práce jsem využil zkušeností z Německa, z různých spolkových zemí, kde policie (ale i jiné instituce státní správy) prošla, zejména v posledních 10 letech, velkými změnami, kdy hlavní příčinou a motorem změn byly napjaté veřejné rozpočty a krácení finančních prostředků pro státní správu. Forma diplomové práce je rešerše knihy ?Modernes Management in der deutschen Polizei ? Erfahrungsberichte aus der Praxis?. V knize jsou popsány zkušenosti se zaváděním reforem (Nových metod řízení) jednak pracovníků policie a jednak vědeckých pracovníků, zejména z vysokých škol. Na závěr práce jsem uvedl snahu o zavedení Nových metod řízení u Policie České republiky, která se soustředila na model EFQM - European Found Quallity Management a pokusil jsem se srovnat modernizační snahy u policie v Německu a v České republice, což bylo současně cílem diplomové práce.

Diplomová práce analyzuje poskytování rozvojové a humanitární pomoci Arménii zejména z hlediska jejího přispění k ekonomickému rozvoji země. Nejprve jsou zde výše zmíněné pojmy vymezeny a charakterizovaná problematika poskytování rozvojové pomoci obecně. Další část je věnována situaci v Arménii ? analýza historie a současné ekonomické situace, včetně problémů, které Arménie řeší. Dále je zde popsána rozvojová pomoc plynoucí do Arménie a uvedeny příklady problémů jednoho regionu a nástin projektů, které tyto problémy řeší. Na závěr je poskytovaná zahraniční pomoc Arménii zhodnocena.

This master thesis focuses on multilingualism and interculturality in international projects and work environments. More specifically, it is oriented towards the context of European research projects. The aim of this thesis is to do a qualitative research on the perception and experiences with linguistic and cultural diversity of project partners who are working on European research projects that are funded by the biggest European Research and Innovation programme called Horizon 2020. In the theoretical part, the most important notions such as European research projects, interculturality, communication, multilingualism and lingua franca are defined. After the description of my research method, I proceed to the practical part that is devoted to the presentation and interpretation of interview results.

Dissertation is dealing with grant project influence evaluation on Tmans community management and devevelopment. Tman is interesting because of its placement near Koneprusy Caves and national natural sight Zlaty kun. From this area originates foundation stone which was used during National Theather building in Prague. Dissertation is divided into two parts. Territorial self-government, scope of authority, authority itself, community management and budget process is defined in theorethical part. Theorethical part is also dealing with European Union related basic terms definition and financial resources from European Union in 2007-2013 a 2014-2020 program period. Practical part is describing community Tman, its position, history, demographical indicators and community management organisation. It is followed by community management analysis and its income and expense part. It continues with national and European resources grant project overview. There is detailed project characteristic and evaluation available for selected projects. On the end of practical part is evaluation of questionnaire survey which is focused on citizens knowledge about community management and grant projects and about their influence on Tmans community management. Conclusions were determined based on analysis and questionnaire survey.

This thesis, called Assessment of the impact of grant projects on the economy and development of the municipalities Litovel and Prikazy, compares the selected municipalities on the basis of the impacts of the provision of public subsidies on their economy, development and the quality of life of their inhabitants. The aim of the thesis is to analyze what factors influence the way how the municipalities exploit the potential of subsidies for their development. Therefore, the analysis compares two municipalities with very similar starting conditions (they are located in close proximity and in the same region) and the main difference between them is their size. In the theoretical parts the key concepts are defined such as municipality, its competence, bodies and economy. Building upon that, the practical part analyses the economy of the specified municipalities and impact of grant projects on the economy. Furthermore, the most relevant projects are presented. In order to achieve comparability of selected municipalities, a survey among their inhabitants has been realized. Concluding, the thesis compares the impacts of realized grant projects in both municipalities on their economy as well as their development and the quality of life of local inhabitants.

This diploma thesis tries to give to the reader basic informations about project method. It´s possible to find here the history of project method, most distinguished personalities of this method, appurtenances of project and the way of processing the project. From this diploma thesis itˇs possible to draw both theoretical description and motivation to involvement teh projects into the education. In the end of the thesis there are additionally exemplifications of two concrete projects.

Diplomová práce se zabývá partnerstvím veřejného a soukromého sektoru - PPP, z angl. Public Private Partnership. Práce je zaměřena na oblast cestovního ruchu, ve které je vzájemná spolupráce velmi důležitá, neboť v cestovním ruchu dochází ke každodennímu střetu veřejného a soukromého sektoru. Práce ukazuje význam této spolupráce na pilotních projektech České republiky, splňujících definici PPP, a na projektech založených na principu partnerství, které jsou v cestovním ruchu daleko častější. PPP pomáhá rozvíjet infrastrukturu, která je tolik potřebná pro rozvoj cestovního ruchu, a je příležitostí pro regiony a kraje, jak realizovat projekty, které by nemohly provést tradiční cestou.

This specific study entitled: "Health Promotion Projects as part of Education'', consists of a theoretical part containing the voices of various authors on the issue of health promotion in schools. Firstly, the basic concepts that are contained in the body of my work were explained and thanks to this, the reader will be better acquainted with these. In the following chapter I described characteristics of health promotion projects and gave several examples. The principles of health promotion in schools was also dealt with because they are closely related to the topic. Since my primary focus was on how projects in schools are actually implemented, I covered this in a subsequent chapter by giving concrete examples of projects that have already been implemented in schools. It was also important to mention the implementation process of health education into the primary school curriculum and thus I finished the theoretical part of the work and followed it up with a practical part. I used interviews as a research method and these were conducted at primary schools where one of the health promotion projects had been implemented in the past.
