The diploma thesis deals with sustainable tourism in Zambia and its use for reducing poverty in Zambia. The first part focuses on the definition of basic concepts relating to sustainable tourism, the characteristics of tourism in Zambia, Zambia tourism profile, SWOT analysis and the factors that influence the development of tourism in Zambia. Another section is devoted to the potential environmental and socio-cultural impacts of tourism in Zambia and represents the key documents in the field of sustainable tourism adopted by the Zambian Government and projects related to sustainable tourism development in Zambia.

The topic of this master thesis is an analysis of development and authorial performance What are you staring at?!, in which the authors collaborated with homeless women. The theses will discuss not only the therapeutic and social aspect of the project, author's approach, the specifics of artistic attitude but also analysis of the phenomenon from the theoretical perspective.

This diploma thesis aims at evaluating the impacts of specific tourism projects implemented in LAG Šumavsko. The main theme of the thesis is to focus on the achievement of the objectives of the projects, their subsequent sustainability, functionality, sense and their perception by the applicant and local citizens. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused on defining basic concepts, terms and areas related to the evaluated projects. In the practical part of the work, attention is first focused on LAG Šumavsko, further there are described the resolved projects and their subsequent evaluation. The basis for the evaluation of the projects was the conducted interviews with the applicant and selected people from the public. This paper describes and reflects the specific problematic theatrical events and art projects that I realized at the time of the socio-political crisis. In these events, I recognized the theater by participating and being involved in action. Gradually I gained experience that harbor some questions in theatrical practice. I describe four events and two projects. The first event responded to the tragic death of deceased persons and dogs in Florence, Prague. The last project took place in the urban area of a Roma "ghetto" in Usti nad Labem. I move to different places, situations and themes. Within these sequence of events I was searching for what theater can be and how this medium can be used responsibly. I experienced how it can survive while challenged by the dangers that threatens theater routines, consumerism and banality. How do I let him fall, but appear in his power to change lives, identify and create.

This diploma thesis gives the reader a theological and practical understanding of the sociocultural conditions under which the project TUSCH, as model of cooperation between professional theatres and schools, is realised in Germany. The thesis contains a brief explanation of other TUSCH projects across Germany before it focuses on the TUSCH project in Hamburg, which is used as an example to characterise the social aspects of the project?s foundation as well as the changes the project has undergone in the past ten years. The thesis describes the organisation and leadership as well as the practical development of the project. It allows the reader to gain detailed insight into the current situation of Hamburgs theatre companies and schools. In the thesis are described the forms as well the ways of an inventive work at schools, leaded by theater lectors and professional artists.

The diploma thesis is treated as an user manual for a special graphical editor LogoMotion, which is part of Imagine programming environment used to teach computer science at primary school and which allows you to create or edit images and animations for the shape of the programming robot, so called turtle. Part of the manual is also working with the shape of this turtle, which consists of commands of Logo language. It also includes a description of several ways in which the images in the shape of turtle can be changed - for example, the shape acquisition of other turtles. The manual is intended for teachers who want to work with pupils using graphics to diversify the teaching of programming. It contains a lot of demonstrating and interesting tasks that help pupils to fully penetrate into the different areas of this topic.

The master thesis deals the development of HIV / AIDS in the Czech Republic and optimization methods of prevention in primary schools. The thesis is divided in the theoretical part and the practical part. The theoretical part analyzes data from the scientific literature and resources in the emergence of HIV infection, the modes of transmission of HIV, the development of AIDS, the investigative methods, the possibilities for treatment and prevention. The practical part of the research is based on an investigation which was carried out through interviews with professionals dealing with primary prevention of sexual transmitted infections. The aim of research was to find out whether there is sufficient quantity of primary prevention programs, how they are presented to pupils. The outcome of research suggests that education at the elementary school is not what it could be. In conclusion, recommendations are made to optimize education in practice. This master thesis is focused on international-legal analysis of the relationship between development projects and environmental migration. The relationship between development projects and environmental migration is from the point of view of the international law almost unexamined and unregulated area, so this is the reason why I chose this theme as the topic of my research. The aim of this thesis is to analyse this relationship in respect to the international law and to search for an appropriate international legal instrument to regulate this relationship. The outputs are the answers to the following research questions: What is development project and what is environmental migration? What are the legal aspects of the relationship between development projects and environmental migration? Is it possible to treat this relationship in international law? Why is this area neglected by international law? Would not it be better to create a separate international legal framework for resettlement caused by development projects? Diplomová práce se zabývá organizacemi neziskového sektoru v ČR se zaměřením na nestátní neziskové organizace realizující projekty v subsaharské Africe. Věnuje se analýze neziskového sektoru, charakteristice jednotlivých neziskových organizací, legislativnímu zakotvení základních typů neziskových subjektů a zachycení jejich vývoje. Popisuje možnosti realizace projektů v oblasti vzdělávání v rozvojových zemích, hodnotí vliv a reálný přínos pro obyvatele těchto zemí, zejména obyvatele Etiopie a Ugandy. Věnuje se působení některých organizací v rozvojové spolupráci a načrtnutí rolí těchto organizací ve společnosti.

Práce se snaží zhodnotit možnosti využití metodiky RUP při realizaci projektu vývoje konkrétního informačního systému s danými parametry. Těmito parametry jsou malý rozsah, webová platforma a technologické prostředí PHP 5. V úvodu se práce zaobírá úlohou metodik při vývoji software, následuje představení metodiky RUP. Dále je probírána metodická podpora specifických charakteristik projektů. Vlastním přínosem práce je vytvoření vlastní instance metodiky RUP vhodné pro definovaný projekt a na základě zkušeností s metodikou pak zhodnocení využitelnosti metodiky RUP pro daný projekt a návrh změn metodiky.
