The master’s thesis is focused on the assessment of the current state of the selected parts of the information system Zenit at company Nuvia a.s. and the proposal of their modernization. In individual parts of the thesis, there is defined theoretical basis, the assessment of the current state and the proposal of innovation of the current state.

This master thesis deals with a proposal of development strategy of family business Vinařství SPRINGER a.s. The first part of the thesis defines theoretical concepts of the topic. The second part is devoted to an analysis of the current state of the chosen family business and in the last part of this thesis, based on the analysis, is created a proposal of development strategy of this family business.

The project elaborated design of injection mould for production of corner cover, which serves to protect a reprobox from mechanical damage. The production possibilities were considered at the beginning. The injection molding technology was chosen from available technologies. The first part of the thesis is theoretic, plastics and injection molding are investigated. The choice of suitable polymer and the entire draft of mold is in the second part of thesis. The final mold is two-cavity with cold runner system. The technical and economic assessment of the proposal is carried out in the last part of thesis.

The work deals with the optimization of trusses construction building and transport machinery. The goal was to create an algorithm that can design an optimized design. The simulation took place on two experiments involving 52 sets of different entries, which are processed in detail into graphs. One-dimensional target mass or price function is used as part of optimization, but there is also an incorporated multidimensional purpose function. The finite element variation method for the beam system is used for the strength calculation of the truss structure and the genetic algorithm is used for optimization. At the end of the work, specific steps are formulated that lead to the most appropriate algorithm settings.

En el presente trabajo de investigación, el objetivo es poder ofrecer una nueva idea de negocio, en nuestro caso, nuestra idea de negocio se llama “Mi Receta Facilita” y es una plataforma en donde se puede conseguir recetas de diferentes tipos como de almuerzos, postres, cenas, etc. Nuestra propuesta de valor es que en nuestra plataforma pueden encontrar las recetas con las medidas exactas, con videos tutoriales de las recetas y con una herramienta de geolocalización para que los usuarios puedan encontrar los lugares (bodegas, minimarkets, supermercados) más cercanos a ellos en donde puedan conseguir los ingredientes de las recetas. Los usuarios pueden acceder a nuestra plataforma vía página y app, y mediante una suscripción mensual. Para el desarrollo de nuestra idea de negocio, hicimos diferentes tipos de investigación y experimentos para así poder saber qué es lo que más nos servía o beneficia para nuestro tipo de negocio. Lo que buscamos satisfacer es que los clientes puedan tener una plataforma amigable en donde puedan encontrar recetas fáciles y rápidas de hacer, ya que actualmente las personas no tienen el tiempo suficiente para poder hacer recetas muy elaboradas, sino que, al tener corto tiempo, lo que ellos necesitan es poder tener a la mano recetas fáciles. Para la validación de nuestro problema, lo que hicimos fue realizar entrevistas a posibles usuarios y así saber con más detalle cuáles eran sus necesidades. Hicimos varios experimentos para este trabajo de investigación y por último hicimos un plan financiero que nos servirá para saber si nuestra idea de negocio es rentable. / In the present research work, the objective is to be able to offer a new business idea, in our case, our business idea is called "Mi Receta Facilita" and it is a platform where you can get recipes of different types such as lunches, desserts, dinners, etc. Our value proposition is that on our platform they can find the recipes with the exact measurements, with tutorial videos of the recipes and with a geolocation tool so that users can find the places (wineries, minimarkets, supermarkets) closest to them in where they can get the ingredients for the recipes. Users can access our platform via page and app, and through a monthly suscripción. For the development of our business idea, we did different types of research and experiments in order to know what best served or benefits us for our type of business. What we seek to satisfy is that customers can have a friendly platform where they can find easy and quick recipes to make, since currently people do not have enough time to be able to make very elaborate recipes, but having a short time, which they need is to be able to have easy recipes on hand. For the validation of our problem, what we did is interview potential users and thus find out in more detail what their needs were. We did several experiments for this research work and finally we made a financial plan that will help us to know if our business idea is profetales. / Trabajo de investigación

This paper contains an introduction that describes the current situation of the problem and its energy supply improvement. It discusses everything from power substations to trolleys which are fed through sections. There is a reference to the network operating deficiencies and possible solutions. The second part describes the development of these networks and their modernization in a growing city. It is verified by calculation if were our considerations good and proposed network will be normally reliable and capable. The final part deals with the economic balance of the project and its various alternatives. Development of energy networks and facilities cost many finance and these investments do not show immediately. Future will be paid off because as soon the changes come less problems may occur.

This diploma work analyses the private building company KOS Consult Ltd., in the concrete the up to now way of making business, especially the function of company’s management. The particular economic analyses are utilized and on their base the new project for management development is worked up. This should lead both to the advancement of competitive strength and obtaining and consolidation of company’s position in the marketplace.

This Master’s thesis´ topic is “Business Plan Proposal: Photovoltaic Power Plant” and it has been assigned at Brno University of Technology, Faculty of Business and Management. The target is to create business plan proposal based on real business case that would be actually used not only as summary of all the necessary information for the project owner but also as information source for potential investors and other stakeholders of the project. Except the above mentioned, thesis demonstrates the knowledge of the energetic sector’s environment, ability to implement the legislation, use particular managerial tools and to prepare the technical and economical valuation to make decision making easier and to catch the investors´ eyes. The project concerns construction and operation of the photovoltaic power plant in the Czech Republic.

The master's thesis is focused on forwarding information to the general public. In the first part of the thesis there is described the present status of this topic. Further there is accomplished a survey. This survey tries to demonstrate that it is possible to increase an effect of forwarding information thanks to information technologies. In the last part there is described how it can be implemented in a real world.

Předmětem diplomové práce je průzkum vztahů společnosti IN CAR centrum s.r.o. s jejími velkoobchodními odběrateli. Na základě shromážděných teoretických východisek a analýzy současného stavu společnosti je navržena strategie vedoucí ke zlepšení úrovně poskytovaných služeb a zkvalitnění spolupráce s partnery. Cílem diplomové práce je navrhnout marketingovou strategii pro velkoobchodní činnost, která povede ke zlepšení současné situace a celkovému ozdravení společnosti.
