The aim of this diploma thesis „Actual division of multifunctional building in Dolní Bečva“ is to consider possibilities of real division of estates as a way of joint ownership property settlement. Theoretical section of the thesis explains selected terms that are necessary for expert work on real division. Practical part of the thesis proposes real division of estates, namely value estimation regarding current condition, construction alterations including respective expenses assessment, and finally value estimation of divided parts and ensuing property settlement.

The aim of this dissertation is to propose adjustments of five chosen locations leading to increase safety and to improve financial requirements. Problematic locations can be found in the region of Ústí nad Orlicí. The work contains three variants to improve every area.

Tal proposta deve-se ao fato de subsidiar o trabalho docente e também de grande parte da classe discente dos dias de hoje encontrar muitas dificuldades de aprendizagem na área de exatas em geral. Com a preocupação em relação a qualidade de ensino ofertada nos dias atuais e, de acordo com os currículos estaduais e base nacional comum curricular (BNCC), propomos a realizar um estudo bibliográfico sobre o tema e aplicar sequências didáticas abordando o assunto com alunos da primeira série do ensino médio. De maneira diversificada, fazendo uso das tecnologias e materiais concretos disponíveis na unidade de ensino a qual pertence a turma, realizamos um trabalho minucioso a fim de diagnosticar as principais defasagens de aprendizagem, as maiores dificuldades, e identificar em tais alunos qual seria a melhor forma de oferecer, de fato, um método eficiente em busca de uma aprendizagem significativa. As atividades propostas foram adaptadas levando em consideração as particularidades e ritmos de aprendizagem de cada aluno, nos preocupando também com a inclusão social, em como atender alunos com dificuldades extremas, o que é de grande desafio para os profissionais da educação nos dias de hoje. Dans ce mémoire, nous nous intéressons à une nouvelle classe de distributions instrumentales informatives dans le cadre de l'algorithme Metropolis-Hastings. Ces distributions instrumentales, dites en équilibre, sont obtenues en ajoutant de l'information à propos de la distribution cible à une distribution instrumentale non informative. Une chaîne de Markov générée par une distribution instrumentale en équilibre est réversible par rapport à la densité cible sans devoir utiliser une probabilité d'acceptation dans deux cas extrêmes: le cas local lorsque la variance instrumentale tend vers 0 et le cas global lorsqu'elle tend vers l'infini. Il est nécessaire d'approximer les distributions instrumentales en équilibre afin de pouvoir les utiliser en pratique. Nous montrons que le cas local mène au Metropolis-adjusted Langevin algorithm (MALA), tandis que le cas global mène à une légère modification du MALA. Ces résultats permettent de concevoir un nouvel algorithme généralisant le MALA grâce à l'ajout d'un nouveau paramètre. En fonction de celui-ci, l'algorithme peut utiliser l'équilibre local ou global ou encore une interpolation entre ces deux cas. Nous étudions ensuite la paramétrisation optimale de cet algorithme en fonction de la dimension de la distribution cible sous deux régimes: le régime asymptotique puis le régime en dimensions finies. Diverses simulations permettent d'illustrer les résultats théoriques obtenus. De plus, une application du nouvel algorithme à un problème de régression logistique bayésienne permet de comparer son efficacité à des algorithmes existants. Les résultats obtenus sont satisfaisants autant d'un point de vue théorique que computationnel. / In this master's thesis, we are interested in a new class of informed proposal distributions for Metropolis-Hastings algorithms. These new proposals, called balanced proposals, are obtained by adding information about the target density to an uninformed proposal distribution. A Markov chain generated by a balanced proposal is reversible with respect to the target density without the need for an acceptance probability in two extreme cases: the local case, where the proposal variance tends to zero, and the global case, where it tends to infinity. The balanced proposals need to be approximated to be used in practice. We show that the local case leads to the Metropolis-adjusted Langevin algorithm (MALA), while the global case leads to a small modification of the MALA. These results are used to create a new algorithm that generalizes the MALA by adding a new parameter. Depending on the value of this parameter, the new algorithm will use a locally balanced proposal, a globally balanced proposal, or an interpolation between these two cases. We then study the optimal choice for this parameter as a function of the dimension of the target distribution under two regimes: the asymptotic regime and a finite-dimensional regime. Simulations are presented to illustrate the theoretical results. Finally, we apply the new algorithm to a Bayesian logistic regression problem and compare its efficiency to existing algorithms. The results are satisfying on a theoretical and computational standpoint.

Este estudio tiene como finalidad reducir la tasa de incumplimiento en la entrega de pedidos; para ello, se propuso la implementación de herramientas Lean como la metodología 5S, la aplicación del TPM y el uso de pruebas de errores (Poka Yoke). Estas herramientas permitirán contrarrestar las causas principales del problema disminuyendo los retrasos y aumentando la productividad. Es importante indicar que, según el Programa IndustryWeek, programa que proporciona información clave, análisis de tendencias como conocimientos operativos, investigación y reconoce cada año a las plantas líderes de fabricación, mencionan que las plantas de clase mundial totalmente logradas informaron una entrega a tiempo del 90% o mejor. Sin embargo, el KPI de los pedidos entregados a tiempo en la empresa metalmecánica es 53.12 %. La validación de la propuesta desarrollada se llevó a cabo mediante una simulación. Con los resultados obtenidos, se pudo concluir que se logró reducir el tiempo en el sistema en 15%, aumentando así la tasa de entrega a tiempo. También, se mejoró otros aspectos como el tiempo productivo (46.88%), porcentaje de utilización (9.11%) y las unidades defectuosas (13.89%). El problema descrito en esta investigación puede darse en muchas empresas del mismo sector metalmecánico e incluso diferentes, es por ello que este estudio puede servir de ejemplo para dar solución a los problemas de otras industrias e incluso incentivar a lograr mejoras más significativas mejorando las herramientas aplicadas en la presente investigación. / This study aims to reduce the rate of non-compliance in order delivery; to do this, it was proposed to implement Lean tools such as the 5S methodology, the application of the TPM and the use of error testing (Poka Yoke). These tools will help counteract the root causes of the problem by reducing delays and increasing productivity. It is important to note that, according to the IndustryWeek Program, a program that provides key information, trend analysis such as operational knowledge, research, and recognizes leading manufacturing plants each year, they mention that fully achieved world-class plants reported a timely delivery of 90% or better. However, the KPI of orders delivered on time in the metalworking company is 53.12%. The validation of the developed proposal was carried out through a simulation. With the results obtained, it was possible to conclude that it was possible to reduce the time in the system by 15%, thus increasing the delivery rate on time. Other aspects were also improved such as productive time (46.88%), percentage of use (9.11%) and defective units (13.89%). The problem described in this research can occur in many companies in the same metalworking sector and even different ones, that is why this study can serve as an example to solve the problems of other companies and even encourage more significant improvements by improving the applied tools in the present investigation. / Trabajo de investigación

The main purpose of my thesis entitled "The legislative process - the role of Members of Parliament" is to analyze the process of preparing, making and passing laws by the Parliament of the Czech Republic, focusing on the role of Members of Parliament in the legislative process (including comparisons between members of the coalition, opposition and non- attached) and provide a comparison theory, therefore, the possibility of the constitution and other laws and actual practice.

El presente estudio tiene la finalidad de explicar la influencia de las fases de la transformación digital en las dimensiones económica y funcional de la propuesta de valor de los centros educativos privados en el Callao en el año 2021. El diseño utilizado para la investigación es de tipo transversal, no experimental, que tendrá un enfoque cuantitativo, con un paradigma positivista mediante la recopilación de información con la utilización de encuestas tipo Likert dirigidas a los directivos y administradores de los centros educativos. El instrumento se basó en investigaciones previas de artículos indexados relacionados a la transformación digital y la propuesta de valor. La fórmula de muestreo fue utilizada en base a una población finita y conocida, que tomó como muestra a los 49 centros educativos que representan una participación considerable de alumnado en el Callao, según los datos obtenidos del Censo Educativo del Ministerio de Educación. De esta forma, el resultado de las pruebas estadísticas del Coeficiente de correlación Rho de Spearman (Valor = 0.679), indica que existe una correlación positiva entre la transformación digital y la propuesta de valor, es decir, las variables planteadas para el estudio. / The present study aims to explain the influence of digital transformation phases on the economic and functional dimensions of the value proposition of private schools in Callao in 2021. The design used for the research is non-experimental, cross-sectional type, using a quantitative approach and a positivist paradigm through the collection of information with Likert-type surveys that target school directors and administrators. The instrument was based on previous research of indexed articles related to digital transformation and value proposition. The sampling formula was related to a finite and known population which took as a sample 49 schools that represent a considerable student participation in Callao, according to data obtained from the Educational Census of the Ministry of Education. In this way, the statistical tests result of Spearman's Rho correlation coefficient (Value = 0.679) determines that there’s a positive correlation between digital transformation and the value proposition, the variables proposed for the investigation. / Tesis

El Perú se encuentra en una posición económica estable, con una tendencia de crecimiento del PBI superior al 4% anual, en el 2017 las calificadoras de riesgo soberano coincidieron en otorgar la calificación de BBB+ (S&P), A3 (Moodys), BBB+ (Fitch), por la reducción de vulnerabilidad a los choques externos económicos, estabilidad (coherencia política) y jurídica, todo ello contribuye a un escenario favorable para el crecimiento de las inversiones. (MEF, 2017) Es en este escenario, la importancia de considerar la participación de las micro y pequeñas empresas (MYPE) como eje fundamental generador de empleo, con más del 80% de la fuerza laboral ocupada del país permitiendo así la redistribución del ingreso a los sectores medios y de bajos ingresos; fomentando el desarrollo económico de la nación (cerca del 25% del PBI esta sostenido por las MYPE), teniendo en cuenta lo valioso de la actuación de las MYPE en la economía nacional se hace necesario elaborar e implementar políticas de financiamiento (con tasas de interés competitivas, bajas en costo, y flexibles para su adquisición), que contribuyan a su crecimiento y desarrollo; considerando al banco de la nación como socio estratégico participe de este fin. Bajo este orden de ideas en el presente trabajo sustentaremos la propuesta para un Nuevo Instrumento Financiero denominado “Préstamo Multired – Micro y Pequeñas Empresas”, que sin duda permitirá el crecimiento económico en términos de rentabilidad y el valor de marca del Banco de la Nación, en el mercado financiero peruano bajo el enfoque del Benchmarking. / Peru is in a stable economic position, with tendencies to GDP growth of more than 4% per year. In 2017, the sovereign risk rating agencies coincided in granting the rating of BBB + (S & P), A3 (Moody’s), BBB + (Fitch), by the reduction of vulnerability to external economic shocks, stability (political coherence) and legal, all this contributes to a favorable scenario for the growth of investments. (MEF, 2017) It is in this scenario, the importance of considering the participation of medium and small enterprises as a fundamental axis that generates employment, with more than 80% of the labor force, the redistribution of income to the middle and low income sectors; promoting the economic development of the nation (close to 25% of GDP is supported by medium and small companies), taking into account the value of the meditation of medium and small enterprises in the national economy. Debido a la pandemia ocasionada por el COVID - 19 muchos negocios se vieron afectados teniendo que optar por medidas que iban desde reinventarse, cerrar o trabajar de forma remota. Muchas personas vieron la coyuntura como una oportunidad para poder crear emprendimientos o los que ya tenían uno potenciarlo, aprovechando las herramientas digitales que fueron un gran aliado para muchos. Sin embargo, se pudo evidenciar que gran parte de estos emprendedores desconocen temas que eran de mucha ayuda para sus negocios y les podrían otorgar mejores beneficios, es por eso que en base a esta necesidad encontrada hemos propuesto iniciar un plan de negocio centrado en una plataforma (App) denominada INNOVA EMPRENDEDOR, donde emprendedores constituidos y no constituidos puedan ingresar con la finalidad de poder acceder a los servicios que ofreceremos que van desde asesorías profesionales, tips hasta noticias más recientes con la finalidad de poder solucionar las principales interrogantes que puedan tener. Asimismo, para poder llevar a cabo la realización del trabajo se realizaron una serie de acciones entre las cuales se encontraban, determinar la propuesta de valor del negocio, entrevistas a expertos y usuarios para la validación del BMC , generación de experimentos para conocer la intención de compra de los potenciales usuarios a través de webinars, encuestas y anuncios en Instagram. Finalmente, a través del plan financiero se pudo conocer la viabilidad que tenía nuestro proyecto, puesto que se obtuvo un VAN de 236, 111 y un TIR de 30.0974%. / Due to the pandemic caused by COVID-19, many businesses were affected by having to opt for measures that ranged from reinventing themselves, closing or working remotely. Many people saw the situation as an opportunity to create ventures or those who already had one to promote it, taking advantage of digital tools that were a great ally for many. However, it was possible to show that a large part of these entrepreneurs are unaware of issues that were very helpful for their businesses and could provide them with better benefits, that is why based on this need we have proposed to start a business plan focused on a platform (App) called INNOVA EMPRENDEDOR, where incorporated and unincorporated entrepreneurs can enter in order to be able to access the services that we will offer that range from professional advice, tips to the most recent news in order to solve the main questions they may have. Likewise, to carry out the work, a series of actions were carried out, among which were, determining the business value proposition, interviews with experts and users for the validation of the BMC, generation of experiments to know the intention of purchase of potential users through webinars, surveys, and advertisements on Instagram. This diploma thesis focuses on the analysis and solution of selected transport modes of the town of Šlapanice in the South Moravian Region. This work contains an analysis of transport modes, especially for road transport, parking and cycling and proposes their optimization to increase safety, fluidity or comfort for residents. The first part describes the current state of road, rail, public and bicycle transport. In the second part, the work focuses on road transport, evaluated in terms of traffic safety and compliance with legislative requirements with a proposed solution. Furthermore this work solve parking, when the town of Šlapanice was divided into functional zones according to use and shortcomings were found in selected localities with stating the proposed solution. In the last part, the cycle routes are solved, their shortcomings are found and solutions are given.
