This thesis will deal with the project to support German Language in the Czech Republic known as "Šprechtíme". In the context of Czech language policy of the past two decades the author focuses first on the questions related to the creation, formation and promotion of the project. The author also aims to determine whether the project got into the subconscious of the Czech public (Prague and the border region) and whether it fulfilled the expectations of its creators. In this thesis both methods of qualitative and quantitative research (Interview, written questionnaires) will be used. This diploma theses deals with the Most! series presented by the Czech television in 2019. The purpose of this theses was to find out how the Most! series distinguished from standard Czech series production. In the theoretical part of this theses the Most! series has been put in the Czech series context and concrete distinctions have been investigated. It has been found out, that the most important distinctions have lain in characters, creatively used filming locations and the main theme. Also it has been found out that the Most! series can be considered quality TV so it was endowed with higher quality than other Czech series. Practical part of the theses has been divided into two parts. The purpose of the first part has been to investigate the media reflection of the series using quantitative methods of research. Alongside this research another quantitative analysis of the Czech series Policie Modrava has been made to gain data to comparision. It has been found out that the Most! media reflection contained more published articles from wider media spectrum and it differed mainly in topics and journalistic genres. En esta investigación se ha desarrollado un método basado en el análisis de un corpus que facilita la identificación semiautomática del vocabulario especializado, combinando criterios cualitativos y cuantitativos, y en función de las variables de frecuencia, distribución, restricción y representatividad de una unidad léxica en el dominio especializado. Se ha diseñado y recopilado un corpus lingüístico especializado del inglés escrito, profesional y académico, de la Ingeniería de Telecomunicaciones (5,5 millones de palabras).El repertorio obtenido comprende las formas especializadas, con diferentes grados de especialización, estadísticamente más significativas y representativas. Entre ellas se encuentran términos puramente técnicos que no aparecerían en otro dominio, y unidades léxicas propias del lenguaje general, del académico y de otras áreas del saber que adquieren un significado especial en las telecomunicaciones.La caracterización léxica se complementa con el estudio de las relaciones sintagmáticas, mediante la exploración de los colocados contiguos, colocados significativos, combinaciones especializadas y clusters. / A corpus-based method has been developed to facilitate the semi-automatic detection of specialized vocabulary, by combining qualitative and quantitative criteria in relation to the variables of frequency, distribution, restriction and representativiness of a lexical unit in a specialized domain. The specific corpus designed and compiled for research purposes covers the academic and professional written English of Telecommunication Engineering (5.5 millions words).The obtained lexical repertoire is a list of the statistically most significant and representative specialized forms within a range of different degrees of specialization. There are both highly technical terms restricted to the domain and lexical units from the general, academic and other subject areas language, which activate a specialized meaning in telecommunications.The lexical characterization is completed with the study of sintagmatic relations by exploring adjacent collocates, significant collocates, specialized combinations and clusters.

In the years of 2009 and 2010, an observation of chosen quantitative and qualitative measures of several hybrids of corn took place at PS Humpolec and ZD Hosín. Quantitative measures were evaluated based on dissection of individual plants, qualitative measures then through common laboratory methods. In the field experiments at PS Humpolec, an observation of the seeding quantity and nitrogen load took place. The seeding quantity influenced with very high size of effect all agronomical and seed figures, except for the number of rows in the cob, where only high size of effect was observed. The quantity of 85 thousand seeds per hectare seems to be optimal. The nitrogen load influenced with very high size of effect the weight of the cob, with high size of effect the number of cobs and the weight of grains in the cob. Other measures were not affected. The year influenced with very high size of effect the length of the plant, the number of leaves, the weight of the cob; with high size of effect the height of the first cob on the plant and with considerable size of effect the number of cobs on the plant and the length of the cobs. Other observed measures were not affected by the year. Optimal nitrogen load that can be recommended is 110 kilograms per hectare. The best digestibility was noted with 100 thousand seeds per hectare and 110 Kg of nitrogen per hectare, or with 70 thousand seeds per hectare with no nitrogen. In the operational and half-operational experiments at ZD Hosín, differences between chosen hybrids were observed. Based on the results, the best one that can be recommended for these environmental conditions is Karacho, with FAO 260. Hybrid Karacho achieved the highest yield of matter in both years and in the year of 2010 it also achieved the best digestibility.

The purpose of this study is to examine the differences and similarities regarding verbal politeness in greetings and requests in Swedish and the Chilean variety of Spanish. A survey with 12 questions, both open-ended and closed-ended, has been distributed to 20 native speakers of the two languages. Thus, the questions have been analyzed both quantitatively and qualitatively. The results show that the perception that the Swedes and the Chileans have about verbal politeness is similar, since the speakers of both languages see it as a way to show respect towards others. The study also shows that Swedes and Chileans share a similar view upon politeness, i.e. as a social norm that facilitates social interaction between people.

The relevance of this work consists that possibilities of financial management are still insufficiently studied by working capital of the enterprise and sources of his formation for management of the large industrial companies. In this regard in work are investigated theoretical and methodological bases of management of working capital, the structure of working capital of the PJSC Electrozinc enterprise is analyzed and on this basis problems of management of working capital at the enterprise come to light and concrete ways of their solution are proposed. / Актуальность данной работы состоит в том, что возможности финансового управления оборотным капиталом предприятия и источниками его формирования еще недостаточно изучены для целей управления крупными промышленными компаниями. В связи с этим в работе исследуются теоретическую и методологическую основы управления оборотным капиталом, анализируется структура оборотного капитала предприятия ПАО «Электроцинк» и на этой основе выявляются проблемы управления оборотным капиталом на предприятии и предлагаются конкретные пути их решения.

Title: Influence of movement training on motor performance in children Objectives: The author set out to verify whether beach volleyball influences the basic elements of health-related fitness ("HRF"), develops motor literacy in selected children of upper school age, and if so, how. Methods: The author employed empirical quantitative and qualitative research. The basic motor literacy level was identified using the UNIFITTEST (6-60) testing battery. The quantitative analysis relied on evaluating a video recording. The analyzed sample comprised children aged 13 who regularly play beach volleyball, and children of the same age engaging in no regular motor activity. Results: The author concluded that beach volleyball influenced strength, speed and endurance of the basic elements of HRF in members of the sample. At the same time, beach volleyball contributed to cultivating their motor literacy without negative impact on their school attendance.
