Genomförd undersökning under en tvåveckorsperiod i två gymnasieklasser, där den ena klassen gavs läxor och den andra inte. En enkät om elevers syn på och erfarenheter av läxor användes för en kvalitativ komplettering av det kvantitativa materialet. Den viktigaste slutsatsen är att läxor som företeelse behöver problematiseras mer, och att det krävs en samsyn bland alla lärare på skolan om läxornas syfte, utformning och uppföljning. / Investigation during a period of two weeks in two senior highschool classes, where one class was given homework and one was not. A survey regarding students view on and ecperiences of homework was used as a qualitative complement to the quantitative material. The most important conclusion is that homework as such needs to be problematized more, and that a shared vision amongst teachers is needed regardong the purpose, form and following up of homework.

The theme of my graduation theses was Marketing market research of a selected company. The firm was manufacturing corporation HBSW Inc. Byňov. The aim of the thesis was take the requirements of consumers and take the market potentials with bottled water. I solved the questions e.g. what influences the end user (for example: price, advertising, flavour, packaging) and farther structure of the end user (form example: age, sex, education, employment). I studied the professional books and the digest of these books is in the second part of my work. The questionary had twenty-three questions. Eight questions appertained to the shopping behavior, ten questions appertained to the consumer behavior, and five questions appertained to the consumer. I used the questions with an opened end and the questions with a closed end. The obtained information was processed in the computer programme MS Excel and Statistica 6.0. I ascertained what new flavours would the consumers like, which flavours are the most popular, how to change the consumption of the packaged water depending on the season. After the data evaluation and data presentation I suggested the solution for the selected company. I believe that this research helps the company HBSW Inc. in the next steps and decision.

This diploma thesis deals with voice technique of teachers at primary school. The first, theoretical part, concerns the importance of voice, describes individual parts of the voice system, the speech emergence and its development. It focuses on teachers' (as they are expected to be the vocal professionals) voice preparation. This text considers teachers to be the competent people/voice professionals with general as well as specific skills and knowledge, it is related to voice techniques. Furthermore, the theoretical part deals with voice disorders and vocal hygiene. The practical part is focused on teachers' particular knowledge and skills in the field of voice training - it is explored how they influence the quality of teachers' speech expression. The questionnaire survey proved that higher level of the named specific skills and knowledge is connected with lower occurrence of teachers' voice disorders (H1). The next two hypotheses were not confirmed: Teachers, who passed through voice training, don't suffer with less voice problems than teachers (H2), who were educated in this field; neither keeping the rules of voice hygiene influences less voice disorder occurrence of teachers at the primary school (H3).

The goal of Master's Thesis on topic Segmentation of antiperspirants and deodorants is to discover differences in consumer's behaviour, determinate and describe segments of consumers based on these differences and propose marketing strategy for the most attractive segments. Theoretical part describes market segmentation in general, process of segmentation and segmentation criteria. Analytic part characterizes Czech market of antiperspirants and deodorants, analyzes ACNielsen market data and discovers marketing communication of key producers. The main part of Thesis focuses on the process of segmentation -- market determination, key segmentation kriteria setting, questionary, segments determination and main characteristics. At the end two most attractive segments are chosen and marketing strategy for them is proposed.
