Výsuvná zadní náprava malého městského automobilu / The rear axle of a small urban car

Fišer, Petr January 2014 (has links)
This Master’s thesis is dedicated to innovative structural design of the supporting frame rear axle of a small urban utility vehicle. The frame allows you to change the wheel base by sliding rear axle so the car can be used in its short or long version. The main part begins with description of the design solutions and continues with selection of a solution and description of its main parts. The work is finished by description of the production the rear axle.

Konstrukční návrh trubkového rámu Formule Student / Formula Student Tubular Frame Design

Ratiborský, Pavel January 2014 (has links)
This thesis deals with the design of the tubular frame for the Formula Student car competition. The first part is a brief introduction to the competition and used variants of frames. The main part starts with a list of restrictions by the rules and other necessary installation components. The central part is devoted to the draft modifications and their assessment in terms of torsional stiffness by FEM analysis. The final section presents the resulting frame design with respect to the required properties. The work is concluded final evaluation.

Dětské terénní vozidlo na elektrický pohon / Children Terrain Electric Vehicle

Sedlář, Martin January 2014 (has links)
The master’s thesis is focused on a conceptual design of a children terrain vehicle with electric drive. At the first part there are described children terrain vehicles rules, electric drives, regulations for a frame test and types of suspension. Then a suitable electric engine, an accumulator and other important parts of the vehicle are chosen. The following part describes the frame construction and its stress-strain analysis using Finite element method. The last part of thesis describes the suspension construction and front suspension kinematics solved in a multibody software. The result of thesis is a vehicle conceptual design created in CAD software Creo, supported by results of the stress-strain and kinematic analysis.

Návrh zakřivení rámu dveřního křídla / Design of Door Frame Curvature

Merkl, Martin January 2015 (has links)
This diploma thesis deals with the design of door frame curvature, meant for rail vehicle. Flat glass is adhesively bonded onto the curved door frame and due to the elastic deformation the door frame bends backwards. Hence the door frame must be bend with reserve so that the elastic deformation is covered. Finite element analysis of currently manufactured door with constant curvatere has been carried out, with this analysis it has been checked that the chosen problem approach is suitable. Design of door frame curvature is then made for door frame with combined curvature (different for lower and upper part of door frame). The aim of this thesis was to design the curvature so that after glass is bonded onto it, the door frame will have the right dimensions.

Torzní tuhost rámu vozidla Formule Student / Torsional Stiffness of the Formula Student Chassis

Petro, Pavol January 2016 (has links)
The master´s thesis is focused on chassis design of Formula Student car. It´s describes not only design of frame but also mounting of suspension components like arms, rockers and dampers. During whole design process was using finite elements method calculations, to achieve determined value of torsional stiffness and prevent local deformation of frame structure during drive. Value of torsional stiffness is also verificated by measurement and in last chapter is described influence of torsional stiffness on vehicle dynamics.

Rám valníkového přívěsu / Platform trailer chassis

Huf, Jiří January 2016 (has links)
This thesis deals with stress analysis of tandem platform trailer TVL10. The first part is devoted to description of trailers and their parts. The second part presents and evaluates the results of measuring acceleration and vibration of the trailer, and it describes the concrete chassis of a tandem trailer. There is included an analysis of the existing structure, design modifications and stress calculation and evaluation of newly designed chassis structure. The thesis is developed in cooperation with PANAV, a.s.

Design of Diaphragm Wall Affected by Excavation from Both Sides / Návrh podzemní stěny ovlivněné výkopem z obou stran

Kočičková, Veronika January 2017 (has links)
The aim of this thesis was simplified design of diaphragm wall affected by excavation from both sides. This wall is a part of temporary shaft that serves for exchange of tunnel boring machines and at the same time it is a permanent structure of an adjacent metro station. Part of the thesis deals with description of construction sequence of diaphragm walls, excavation of the shaft, excavation of the adjacent metro station and following construction of metro tubes and backfilling of the shaft. Inseparable part of the thesis is assessment of geological conditions and geotechnical parameters. Furthermore, a study on temperature loads on struts was carried out and the results of the study were used for design of the struts. To fulfil the requirements of the assignment several models of the shaft structure and adjacent metro station were built in program Plaxis and one model of the diaphragm wall of the shaft was created in program Geo5. The model outputs were subsequently compared to each other. Furthermore a model of lateral support frame was created in program Scia Engineer. Outputs from programs Plaxis and Scia Engineer were used as a basis for design checks of the structure. The design checks were done according to Eurocodes. The diaphragm wall and the lateral support frame were designed to support the loads considered in this thesis. In order to simplify the calculation variable loads from construction machines were not considered and the only variable load considered was the temperature load on struts. Lateral support frame was also designed to accidental load – loss of a strut.

Technické obrazy v kontextu umění nových médií / Technical Images in Context of New Media Art

Skotáková, Linda January 2011 (has links)
The diploma thesis "Technical images in context of new media art" is focused on the topic of technical images in the gallery environment and their position in the broader context of new media art. The text is divided in five chapters, which describe technological constitution of both moving and statical images, their impact on traditional conception of genres in art, authorship and our concept of an artwork as original. The thesis will analyze the relationship between the perceiving person and technical images and related topics of interpretation and interactivity in new media art. In the first part the definition of a technical image and its kinds will be described as well as the question of frame in connection with specific relationships between image and digital technologies. Second part of the thesis concentrates on means of expression of technical images, their genre classification and ways of perceiving image itself. Theoretical points of the thesis will be accompanied by practical examples of artworks presented at the DOX Centre for Contemporary Art in Prague in past two years. Key words: technical image, frame, digitalization, genre, original, image perception
