Concevoir l'intervention pour l'autopoïèse organisationnelle : l'apprentissage comme condition / Intervention design for the organizational autopoiesis : learning as condition

Carta, Gianna 31 May 2018 (has links)
This thesis presents the design of a model for an ergonomic intervention with developmental and autopoietic aims. It is based on the organizational change of an entity in charge of the signalling devises maintenance for the Parisian subway. Its developmental goal is to empower actors to redesign their work processes in an enabling, autonomous and sustainable way based on the emerging needs of a transversal activity that is to be imagined. The intervention was conceived and equipped as a formative process. The Developmental Laboratory (LD) impels two levels of cross-sectional investigation. The LD1 concerns the production work or even the redesign of maintenance processes (functional dimension). The LD2 deals with the practices underlying the previously organizing process (metaflective dimension). The place ofthe analysis of the activity and the roles of the enabling ergonomist appear as key elements to translate the developmental potential of the actors (ergonomist included) and their practices into actual production.

Modeling and formation controller design for multi-quadrotor systems with leader-follower configuration / Modélisation et conception de lois de commande pour le vol en formation de drones aériens avec une configuration leader-suiveur

Hou, Zhicheng 10 February 2016 (has links)
In this thesis, we address a leader-follower (L-F) formation control problem for multiple UAVs, especially quadrotors. Different from existing works, the strategies, which are proposed in our work, consider that the leader(s) have interaction with the followers. Additionally, the leader(s) are changeable during the formation. First, the mathematical modeling of a single quadrotor and of the formation of quadrotors is developed. The trajectory tracking problem for a single quadrotor is investigated. Through the analysis of the flatness of the quadrotor dynamical model, the desired trajectory for each quadrotor is transferred to the design of the desired at outputs. A flatness-based trajectory tracking controller is, then, proposed. Considering the double-loop property of the closed-loop quadrotor dynamics, a high-gain attitude controller is designed, according to the singular perturbation system theory. Since the closed-loop quadrotor dynamics performs in two time scales, the rotational dynamics (boundary-layer model) is controlled in a fast time scale. The formation controller design is then only considered for the translational dynamics: reduced model in a slow time scale. This result has simplified the formation controller design such that the reduced model of the quadrotor is considered instead of the complete model. Since the reduced model of the quadrotor has a double-integrator characteristic, consensus algorithm for multiple double-integrator systems is proposed. Dealing with the leader-follower formation problem, an interaction matrix is originally proposed based on the Laplacian matrix. We prove that the convergence condition and convergence speed of the formation error are in terms of the smallest eigenvalue of the interaction matrix. Three formation control strategies with fixed formation topology are then proposed. The flatness-based formation control is proposed to deal with the aggressive formation problem, while the high-order derivatives of the desired trajectory for each UAV are estimated by using an observer; the Lyapunov redesign is developed to deal with the nonlinearities of the translational dynamics of the quadrotors; the hyperbolic tangent-based bounded control with composite nonlinear feedback is developed in order to improve the performance of the formation. In an additional way, a saturated switching control of the formation is investigated, where the formation topology is switching. The stability of the system is obtained by introducing the convex hull theory and the common Lyapunov function. This switching control strategy permits the change of the leaders in the formation. Inspired by some existing works, such as the anonymous neighbor-based formation control, we finally propose a weighted neighbor-based control, which shows better robustness than the anonymous neighbor-based control. Simulation results using Matlab primarily illustrate our proposed formation control strategies. Furthermore, using C++ programming, our strategies are implemented on the simulator-experiment framework, developed at Heudiasyc laboratory. Through a variety of tests on the simulator and real-time experiments, the efficiency and the advantages of our proposed formation control strategies are shown. Finally, a vision-based inter-distance detection system is developed. This system is composed by an on-board camera, infrared LEDs and an infrared filter. The idea is to detect the UAVs and calculate the inter-distance by calculating the area of the special LEDs patterns. This algorithm is validated on a PC, with a webcam and primarily implemented on a real quadrotor.

The quality in public health care still is an incipient movement in Brazil. Resource inadequacy in investments and improvement, but also lack of efficiency and effectiveness, weak reception of the users, low impact of the health actions in the population problems, are still evident failures. It is extremely necessary and imperative to point intervention measures to change this reality. It is not enough to improve the capital investment, it is also necessary to improve the organizational procedures to reduce expenses, cut out waste, rework, and reduce the variability of work processes. What should move the public administration is then the good use of the budget, and not the increase of profits like in the private companies. This way, the public health area is an unique ambient to improve changes in management techniques. This dissertation has the purpose to show how the Quality Management and the method of Process Redesign can be a good strategy to the Organizational Development in University Public Hospitals, through the experience in UNICAMP Clinics Hospital. The reality founded redesigning processes in HC UNICAMP, was a great number of easy changes to implant in the established processes. The changes let improve the areas interface, and create an interaction routine between suppliers and clients, with shared decisions between many services. A great jump happened because interfunctional and inter-professional themes were more accessed and discussed. The Quality and the Processes Redesign also contributed to change the organizational culture through: improvement of the internal integration between many organizational levels; leadership qualification; changes in the workers and administrators conscience; creation of an intense collectivist movement. A great portion of public health organizations must reduce costs, and improve the quality in services. This way, the reproduction of this model is still a challenging proposal / Mestrado / Gestão da Qualidade Total / Mestre Profissional em Engenharia Mecanica

In order to evaluate UX in software applications, several technologies (tools, methods, techniques) have been proposed that range from using questionnaires to employing biometrics to gather quantitative and qualitative data on users’ experience. However, there is a need for research in the development of specific UX evaluation technologies that are easy and comfortable to use from the point of view of users, while supporting software engineers in the correction of the aspects that cause poor experiences. Additionally, new UX approaches should be proposed for evaluating mobile applications, as there is still a shortage of methods for this type of applications, which is rising in demand. This doctoral dissertation proposes an alternative approach for evaluating mobile applications called Redesigning for EXperience (REX), which intends to be less intrusive for users when extracting UX data, while generating reports containing design suggestions for improving the UX. We assessed the acceptance of the initial versions of the REX approach from the point of view of users and software engineers in two studies. When compared to 3E, a qualitative UX evaluation method, the results showed that REX was perceived as more fun, useful and more interactive. Additionally, software engineers considered REX useful and easy to understand, while suggesting improving its report to facilitate its understanding and increase its use. After working on the improvements opportunities from the empirical studies, we developed a tool support for the REX approach called the REX report generator. Also, we carried out an observational study to verify to which extent the REX approach could be applied in a real software development project. Thus, REX was employed by users to evaluate a mobile educational application and a discussion meeting was held with the software development team to discuss the improvement suggestions provided by REX to support the redesign process. The findings from the observational study indicated the satisfaction of users to report their experience with the REX approach, while the members of the development team agreed with the usefulness of the REX report and its improvement suggestions. By providing design suggestions, we aim to support software engineers in improving the UX of the developed mobile applications, thus increasing their quality and acceptance in the market. / .

Propuesta de rediseño geométrico de la Av. Primavera desde la Av. San Luis hasta la Av. De Los Precursores implementando una ciclovía para mejorar el espacio vial / Proposal of geometric redesign of Av. Primavera from Av. San Luis to Av. De Los Precursores, implementing a bicycle lane to improve road space

Manrique Recharte, Mauricio Roberto, Tarrillo Ramos, Greta Caroline 22 October 2021 (has links)
Currently, the road space of the streets of Metropolitan Lima is designed in an inefficient way with respect to the inclusion of all users of urban transport. Urban mobility presents problems that lead to an inadequate connection between citizens. For this reason, the present research topic consists of carrying out a geometric redesign of Av. Primavera from Av. San Luis to Av. De los precursors, which will include a new exclusive lane for bicycles. In the first place, surveys are carried out in a certain area to find out the interest of the population in the proposal, later determining the future demand in order to obtain the population that would use the bicycle after a certain number of years. Subsequently, the design of a bicycle lane within the analyzed section is proposed through a geometric redesign of the existing road space with the use of the Autocad and Sketch-up design programs. In addition, a comparison is made of the space allocated for green areas, cars, cyclists and pedestrians by areas and sections of the current scenario and the proposed scenario in order to guarantee an improvement in the road space. Finally, the proposal is validated through an analysis of the travel time and the urban tree area, so that it can be verified that there is no negative effect due to the geometric redesign. / Tesis

Pérez Gutiérrez, Gianfranco, Ramos Lazo, Bryhan Frankgdiff 29 November 2020 (has links)
Road transport represents one of the main axes for the development and expansion of a country. However, there are several factors why this important resource is not developed with total efficiency. One of these is represented by the high population density in urban centers and its rapid annual growth, giving rise to one of the greatest negative effects in cities that do not put more effort into urban management and planning, traffic congestion. Annually, the increment of the vehicle fleet responds to the demand for a greater number of people who have as one of their main needs to travel from one place to another, for different causes. This generates that the quantity of vehicles increases uncontrollably, making that the quality of the road systems is not the most optimal. One way to measure the quality of transport systems is by their travel times. In Latin America, the average travel time is 64 minutes. Within this statistic is the city of Lima, which has an average travel time of 82 minutes. This makes it one of the cities with the least efficient transportation system in the region. The congestion in the city of Lima is due to the disorder in the roads that generate a great number of vehicles that circulate in them; Besides, of the worst urban planning represented by commercial zones that were developed without projection, prohibited stops and parking that are generated due to the bad practice of the drivers, disobedience towards the traffic signals, among others. These factors are considered as the main causes of vehicle delays, reaching up to 100 seconds/vehicle within the analyzed intersection. Therefore, this paper evaluates and propose a solution to one of the main roads in Cercado de Lima, which presents the factors described above. Employing the microsimulation with the Vissim 9 program, it is sought to represent the vehicular traffic with the observed conditions, besides applying the geometric redesign as proposed improvement, the analysis that is obtained reduces up to 69.08% of the current vehicular delay reaching 31 seconds/vehicle. Ensuring an improvement in the quality of service at the intersection. / Tesis
