A Educação como um todo, trata-se da transferência do conhecimento científico acumulado na história humana e transmitido pela prática da Educação. Assim, é onde e quando o indivíduo dispõe do acesso ao conhecimento convencional embasado no aprendizado da leitura, da escrita, do cálculo. Dependendo de métodos educacionais utilizados, a Educação não transmite ao aluno questionamentos a respeito de obrigações e deveres obtidos na sociedade em que vive, assim, transmite apenas o conhecimento sistematizado. A Instituição Prisional, partindo de uma visão social como um todo ou simplesmente "de fora para dentro", é resultado do atual acúmulo de necessidades sociais. Os Governos Federais e Estaduais, a Justiça Penal, o Sistema Penitenciário, com auxílio da imprensa, transmitem informações sobre a população carcerária, prática criminal evidente, modelos dos regimes corretivos, custo financeiro para manutenção dos prisioneiros, rebeliões. Nesta dissertação, além da visão "de fora para dentro", é priorizada uma outra visão, a dos próprios detentos, buscando compreender o entendimento da prática educativa na prisão exigida pela Lei de Execução Penal e raramente divulgada. Para se aproximar da compreensão são buscadas as opiniões dos alunos presidiários a respeito da Educação que lhes é oferecida na Prisão, ou seja, trata-se da tentativa de encontrar uma visão "de dentro para fora" da Educação na Prisão. Motodologicamente, tais opiniões são conquistadas e analisadas a partir de depoimentos, entrevistas semi-estruturadas, questionários respondidos formalmente e observação sistemática amparada segundo os parâmetros pedagógicos. / Abstract: The social formation is the product of political, economic, cultural, religious, familiar, educational and medicinal interferences, which becomes different means of knowledge. The objective of this study was to evaluate the static balance of elderly people active, before and after treatment with Global Postural Re-education. This research is characterized experimental method of investigation. Twenty one elderly people (21 women) were randomised to two different groups from Group of Studies of Third Age - GETI, of Center for Health Sciences and Sports, the University of the State of Santa Catarina: (A) eleven elderly women were submitted to the global postural re-education program; and to the GETI program of activities; and (B) ten elderly women it was submitted only to the GETI program of activities. At baseline the subjects were screened for balance measurements with the Chattecx Balance System. These measurements were repeat immediately after the intervention, which it was last 10 weeks, with weekly sessions, forty minutes of duration. For the balance of functional assessment of older experimental and control groups, was applied to the Berg Balance Scale (BBS). The Analysis of Variance 2x3 (groups x measurements) was used, with level of significance of p 0,05. The experimental group showed a COPx significantly lower (p=0,05) than in the control group at final in the condition of eyes open. The condition of eyes closed, there was significant difference (p=0,04) in COPy between assessments of final experimental groups and control. The control group showed significant increase in variable High Posterior Displacement of COP in both the eyes open condition (p=0,01), and in the eyes closed (p=0,01). The control group showed significant difference in variable High COP displacement to the right, in the final assessment in relation to initial on the condition of eyes open (p=0,01). And, on the condition of eyes closed (p=0,01). The results of this study suggest that the RPG has served to improve the balance of the elderly, as evidenced by analysis of variables COPx, COPy and Maximum Posterior Displacement of COP and Right, in which the experimental group showed significantly lower values in the final evaluation in comparison to the control group, showing less oscillation and thus better balance. Thus, the results suggest that the technique of RPG effect on the static balance of active seniors. / As alterações posturais presentes nos idosos atuam como forma predisponente de incapacidades que provocam alterações na qualidade de vida. O objetivo deste estudo foi avaliar o equilíbrio estático de idosos ativos, antes e após tratamento com Reeducação Postural Global. Esta pesquisa é caracterizada por ser do tipo experimental, randomizada. A amostra foi composta por 21 idosos escolhidos aleatoriamente no Grupo de Estudos da Terceira Idade - GETI, da Universidade do Estado de Santa Catarina, os quais foram divididos em dois grupos: o grupo experimental, composto por 11 idosos que foram submetidos ao tratamento com Reeducação Postural Global e ao programa de atividades do GETI; e, o grupo controle, composto por 10 idosos, que foram submetidos apenas ao programa de atividades do GETI. O tratamento experimental consistiu na aplicação do método Reeducação Postural Global (RPG), com sessões semanais, com 40minutos de duração, por 10 semanas. A coleta de dados do equilíbrio dos idosos, antes e após o tratamento, foi realizada através da plataforma de equilíbrio Chattecx Balance System®, do Laboratório de Biomecânica do Centro de Ciências da Saúde e do Esporte - CEFID, da Universidade do Estado de Santa Catarina UDESC. Para avaliação funcional do equilíbrio dos idosos dos grupos experimental e controle, foi aplicada a Escala de Equilíbrio de Berg (EEB). Foi utilizada a Análise de Variância 2x3 (grupos x medidas) para o tratamento estatístico, com nível de significância de p 0,05. O grupo experimental mostrou um COPx significativamente menor (p=0,05), do que no grupo controle na avaliação final na condição de olhos abertos. Na condição de olhos fechados, houve diferença significativa (p=0,04) no COPy entre as avaliações finais dos grupos experimental e controle. O grupo controle apresentou aumento significativo da variável Máximo Deslocamento do COP Posterior, tanto na condição de olhos abertos (p=0,01), quanto na de olhos fechados (p=0,01). O grupo controle apresentou diferença significativa na variável Máximo Deslocamento do COP para direita, na avaliação final em relação à inicial, na condição de olhos abertos (p=0,01). Assim como, na condição de olhos fechados (p=0,01). Os resultados do presente estudo sugerem que a RPG atuou de forma a melhorar o equilíbrio dos idosos, evidenciado através da análise das variáveis COPx, COPy e Máximo Deslocamento do COP Posterior e para Direita, nas quais o grupo experimental mostrou valores significativamente menores na avaliação final, em comparação ao grupo controle, evidenciando menor oscilação e, portanto, melhor equilíbrio. Dessa forma, os resultados sugerem que a técnica de RPG produziu efeitos sobre o equilíbrio estático de idosos ativos.

Trata-se então de uma disfunção mecânica em que alterações na biomecânica da bacia pélvica podem estar associadas à modificação deste mecanismo. Atualmente tem-se valorizado e vem-se aplicando o tratamento fisioterapêutico nesta afecção, como o treinamento dos músculos do assoalho pélvico, obtendo-se bons resultados a curto e médio prazos. Além disso, técnicas baseadas na abordagem global da paciente, que consideram aspectos da estrutura postural, estão ainda em fase de investigação. O trabalho aqui descrito constou da aplicação do tratamento da Reeducação Postural Global (RPG), trabalhando-se a reestruturação postural por meio do reequilíbrio do Sistema músculo esquelético (SME), alongamento das cadeias musculares e reequilíbrio dos eixos ósseos, num enfoque global. Objetivo: Avaliar os efeitos da RPG nas queixas de IUE e qualidade de vida em um grupo de mulheres incontinentes. Casuística e Método: Para o estudo, foram selecionadas 26 mulheres portadoras de queixa clínica de IUE, que foram submetidas ao tratamento da RPG. O tratamento constou de sessões semanais de 50 minutos num período de três meses e posteriormente de sessões quinzenais por mais três meses. O grupo foi acompanhado por seis meses após final do tratamento, sendo reavaliado no término do tratamento, no terceiro e sexto meses. A avaliação foi feita usando Questionário de Qualidade de Vida, diário miccional de três dias, Pad Use e Avaliação funcional do assoalho pélvico (AFA). No término do tratamento e no seguimento de seis meses, as pacientes também foram avaliadas por meio de escala analógica de satisfação. Resultados: Das 26 pacientes que iniciaram o programa, 25 concluíram o tratamento. No final deste quatro pacientes (16%) estavam curadas, 18 (72%) apresentaram melhora significativa e três (12%) não apresentaram melhora. No seguimento de seis meses, seis (24%) pacientes estavam curadas, 16 (64%) apresentaram melhora e três (12%) não apresentaram melhora. Diferenças significativas foram notadas no número de perdas (p<0.001), Pad Use (p<0.001) e AFA (p<0.001). Além disso, foi percebida melhora em todos os domínios do Questionário de Qualidade de Vida, especialmente em Percepção geral da saúde (p<0.005) e Impacto da incontinência (p<0.001) em todos os seguimentos da avaliação. Conclusão: A RPG induziu à melhora significativa dos sintomas de IUE e qualidade de vida no grupo de mulheres incontinentes estudado / Abstract: Stress Urinary Incontinence (SUI), is defined as a signal and/or a symptom connected to functional disorders of the urethra (sphincter) and/or blader and do not characterize a disease. It is, indeed a dysfunction where alterations in the pelvis biomechanics can be associated to a modification of this mechanism. Lately, physiotherapeutic treatments, as the training of the pelvic floor muscles, have been used and good results have been obtained in short and medium terms. Besides, techniques based on a global approach of the patient, which consider also aspects of the postural structure, are still under investigation. The work hereby described consisted of the application of the Global Postural Reeducation (GPR) treatment, in which the postural restructuring is worked through the reestablishment of the balance of the skeletal muscle system, stretching of the muscle chains and rebalance of the bone axis, in a global approach. Objective: Evaluate the effects of the GPR on Stress Urinary Incontinence and Life Quality in a group of incontinent women. Material and Methods: For this study, 26 women with SUI were selected, who underwent a GPR treatment. All patients were treated for six months using GPR, 50 minutes weekly sessions during three months and three more months of sessions every other week. The patients were evaluated before and after the treatment, and also at three and six months follow-up. Outcome measures were made using King's Health Questionnaire, three days voiding diary, Pad Use and Functional Evaluation of Pelvic Floor (FEPF). In the end of the treatment and after six months, the patient satisfaction was evaluated trough a standardized analogical visual scale. Results: Twenty-five patients were available for follow-up. At the end of the treatment there were four (16%) patients completely dry, 18 (72%) pesented significant improvement and three (12%) did not presented improvement. At six months follow-up there were six (24%) patients completely dry, 16 (64%) improved and three (12%) failures. Significant differences were noted in the number of leak episodes (p<0.001), Pad Use (p<0.001) and FEPF (p<0.001). Regarding the King's Health Questionnaire, improvement in all domains were observed, especially in General Perception of Health (p<0.005), leakage impact (p<0.001) in all the moments of evaluation. The diploma thesis is aimed at reeducation of mechanical knowledge in the area of fractions. Since every student has different needs and pace in his/her process of gaining knowledge, the reeducation is set into their private supplementary tutoring lessons. In the theoretical part, the basic concepts (how is the private supplementary tutoring understood in this thesis, which students are taken into consideration, and what is mechanical knowledge) are explained based on Czech and foreign literary sources, subsequently, the constructivist way of teaching, which is suitable for the reeducation of mechanical knowledge, is described. The second part of this thesis is constituted by the practical implementation of the theoretical findings into three case studies. Three students were diagnosed with mechanical knowledge in the area of fractions. Subsequently, their knowledge was being reeducated during their private supplementary tutoring lessons. The process of reeducation of each student is described in detail, moreover, a kind of manual describing what should not be avoided when dealing with this topic is included. The United States held almost 500,000 enemy combatants within her borders during World War II. Out of those 500,000 men, 380,000 were from Nazi Germany. Nazi POWs were confined to camps built near small rural towns in almost every state. It was not something that was well known to the American public. Even less known was the American Military's effort, through reeducation, to introduce Hitler's soldiers to a new political ideology-democracy. This thesis will explore how the reeducation program was formed; examine the people, both German and American, who participated in it, and make a determination on whether or not it was successful. While Special Projects did not completely win over the majority of the German POWs, it was my finding that for the Americans to have done nothing when faced with such a situation would have been foolish.

La compréhension du développement des habiletés numériques est un enjeu majeur pour guider les pratiques éducatives et rééducatives des jeunes enfants. Les résultats des enquêtes nationales et internationales sont unanimes à cet égard : le niveau moyen des élèves en mathématiques a chuté depuis 2003 (PISA, 2012). L’hypothèse la plus avancée à l’heure actuelle est celle d’un déficit des correspondances entre les codes numériques et le « sens des nombres » (Dehaene, 1997). Le « sens du nombre » est contenu dans la représentation analogique et non verbale des nombres. Dans le présent travail, nous cherchons à démontrer que l’estimation numérique permet ainsi d’exercer les correspondances entre les codes afin de donner du sens aux représentations symboliques écrites et orales. Malgré l’importance accordée aujourd’hui au processus d’estimation, son rôle dans les apprentissages doit encore être précisé afin d’orienter et de mieux guider les pratiques (ré)éducatives (Dehaene et Cohen, 2001 ; Von Aster et Shalev 2007). A travers trois études expérimentales, nous explorons ainsi le rôle de l’estimation numérique dans les apprentissages d’un point de vue éducatif (auprès d’enfants scolarisés en CP) et d’un point de vue rééducatif (dans le syndrome génétique de la trisomie 21). L’acquisition des différentes représentations et des relations complexes qui s’établissent entre-elles est également analysée et discutée pour mieux préciser les modèles de traitements du nombres et du calcul actuels. Les résultats obtenus corroborent ainsi une hypothèse de spiralité des apprentissages symboliques. / Understanding the development of numerical abilities is a major issue to guide educative and reeducative practices in mathematics in young children. National and international investigations has demonstrated that the mathematical skills of students has decrease since 2003 (PISA, 2012). Nowadays, weak capacities to map numerical representations and therefore a defective « number sense » (Dehaene, 1997 ; 2001) is the most supported hypothesis. The « number sense » is contained into the analogical and non-verbal representation of number. In this work, we consider that numerical estimation is a good way to exercise this mapping and give sense to verbal and written numerical symbols. Indeed, the role of numerical estimation needs to be specified in order to lead the (re)educative practices (Dehaene, 1997 ; 2001 ; Von Aster et Shalev). During three experimental studies, we explore the role of numerical estimation, in an educative and reeducative way in children in first year and children with down’s syndrom. The acquisition of numerical representations and the complex relations they have are also explored and discussed through a spirality hypothesis in order to better specify actual models of number treatment.
