The thesis is focused on the evaluation of the development potential of brownfields in the Vysočina Region. The evaluation is based on the method od prioritization. The first part contains the theoretical foundations of brownfields and a list of methods that deal with the evaluation of the development potential. The seconf part is focused on analyzing the situation of brownfields of the study area. In the third part the summary indicator is made, which is composed of two dimensions, the potential development of municipalities in whose territory the brownfields and the potential development of brownfield sites. Results of the work are shown in the cartogram. The results are specific recommendations that brownfields should be regenerated primarily in the investigated area.

SUMMARY The first chapter of my dissertation is set on the problematics of greenery in villages and cities and characterization of activities that are realized in the project The common solution in the care of the native landscape where the inventarization of trees in the region of the Union of the Novoborsko villages is processed, with the utilization of standard metodics of technical state meassuring of trees, analysis of the state of vegetation zones and the singular trees with the use of ISAT metodics and measurements. With the measurements acquired in this project was founded the project: Regeneration of the greenery in the Union of the Novoborsko villages. The aim of this work is comparison of real prizes in individual arrangements with the prizes of transparent open competitions. The work contains summary of prizes of these arrangements in the individual villages and cities in the Union. In the next stage are the main section of open competitions and the output acquired from the prize offers of individual companies involved in these competitions. The last stage of this work contain outputs and the realization of next stages of the The common solution in care of the greenery project and the preparation of the Regeneration of the greenery in the Union of the Novoborsko villages project. The outputs shows common and widely known truth that the projected prizes of the projects are way off in comparsion with the offered prizes of companies which partakes in the open competitions . This work proved that final prize of the starting prizes in the competitive tendering is significantly lowered in the end. Specifically saying, the prize of the winning prizes is lowered for about a third for the whole project, but even equally in the partial prizes of the items. After comparsion analysis of prius, using the application of prizes listed in the ÚRS price lists in combination with real prizes of arboristic companies it gives us a common rules how to prepare a request for grants linked with projects of the solutions in the care of greenery.Practical and theoretical skills of the realized project Regeneration of the greenery in the Union of the Novoborsko villages were used. In my opinion the main aim of these outputs can be in the usage of the realization and the preparation of the projects linked with the care of the greenery and woody plants that villages and towns in Liberec region make, because the situation is similar like in the Union of the Novoborsko villages. I believe that this work may improve the not so good state of greenery and the better budget making of small villages.

This Master's Thesis focuses on problems of so called brownfields and possibilities of their usage. It contains the explication of the term and options of brownfields classification. It acquaints with institutions engaging with brownfields problems. It also refers to suitable subsidy programmes that allow to obtain revitalisation benefits for these localities. The goal of this Master's Thesis is to provide basic manual for owners of these localities how to proceed with the conversion process. It illustrates finished conversions and the possibilities of their new usage. In the practical part it describes project in progress of brownfield regeneration of Světovar in Pilsen within the project preparation Pilsen - European Capital of Culture 2015.

The aim of the study is an assessment of forest soil compaction caused by wheeled logging technology and the soil ability to regenerate into the original conditions. The method is based on assumption that multiple passage significantly affects the rate of compaction and that the compaction occurs not only on striproads, but reaches deeper into the stand. After the operation the soil has an ability to return into the original condition thanks to natural processes. The return level assessment is done using a range of laboratory tests and a number of devices, respectively. Each of the device works on different principle which sets the limitation of usage and the study ambition is also an evaluation, which kind of device is applicable for soil compaction assessment. The results of the study displays that the soil compaction reaches more than 1 m deep into the stand side of the striproad. The regeneration ability of the soil into the original condition is visible after 5 years after the operation and on sandy soils can reach about 50%. For assessment of the soil compaction and soil recovery could be used in limited applicability deflectometer, penetrometer, laboratory tests of Kopecky metal rings and CO2 gauge, respectively. Since the limitation of each method or device, the assumption of the study is different devices combination during evaluation process.

Důvody vzniku brownfieldů a současná situace v České republice se zaměřením především na nástroje řešení, příslušné instituce a jejich programy a související legislativu. Příklady některých realizovaných projektů. Stručný návrh strategie, včetně institucionálního zajištění a výčtu některých možností, jak předcházet vzniku nových brownfieldů.

The aim of the thesis is to create methodological papers that will serve to teach or practice massage. There is outlined the history and the beginning of the word massage. There are deseribed the masseur touches, their technique and indications. The suitability and unsuitability of massage, effects, effects on the human body. It lists and uses of funds and equipment for sports massage. Based on the literature and captured images are developed methodology sheets for your convenience and are accompanied by photographs. The leaves have been tested in practice, a masseur in the fitness center.

Title Analysis and Prevention of the Most Common Injuries Among the Players of Futsal FIFA in the Czech Republic. Objectives The aim of this thesis is to introduce one of the dynamically developing modifications of Football - futsal FIFA, assess injuries and point out the importance of using preventive measures. Methods In this thesis, it is used the method of research available to Czech and foreign sources and the method of written questioning - non-standardized questionnaires. This method is used to analyse the most common injuries, injury prevention measures and to obtain information about existing experience of players with physiotherapy. This questionnaire was distributed to the 27 clubs playing futsal 1st, 2nd and lower league competition. A total of 400 players were approached, the data were processed by 236 players (59% return). For data analysis software was used Microsoft Excel® for Mac, 2011. Results It was injured 136 of the 236 surveyed players in season 2015/2016. It corresponds to 42% incidence of injuries. Data obtained from non-standardized questionnaire survey shows that the most common injury to players in the FIFA Futsal Czech Republic is the area of the lower extremity (66 %). Tato diplomová práce se věnuje problematice brownfields. Definuje pojem brownfields a popisuje jeho jednotlivé typy. Dále se zabývá trendy, které tuto problematiku doprovází a zkoumá možné přístupy k řešení brownfields. Součástí je analýza přístupů vybraných zemí k řešení tohoto tématu. Vzhledem k příležitosti čerpání finančních prostředků EU v programovacím období 2007 - 2013, která je České republice přislíbena, analyzuje též možnosti jejich částečného využití v oblasti regenerace brownfields. Poslední část se věnuje rozboru 4 případových studií s nástinem jejich řešení.
