Vývoj regulace a dohledu nad českým finančním trhem

Petrušová, Martina January 2008 (has links)
Koncepce regulace a dohledu ovlivňuje nejen profil účastníků finančního trhu, ale zejména charakter jejich jednání. Variant, jak ji institucionálně uchopit, potom existuje celá řada. Ať už je dané uspořádání jakékoli, musí reflektovat jednak výchozí parametry finančního systému, jednak aktuální tržní dění. V podmínkách České republiky usiluje o zdraví, stabilitu, účinnost, transparentnost a bezpečnost finančního prostředí Česká národní banka, v jejímž rámci byl výkon veškerých regulatorně-dohledových aktivit soustředěn k 1. dubnu 2006.

Doping - pohledem ekonomie / Private vs. public regulation of doping with focus on anabolic steroids

Petrisko, Lukáš January 2009 (has links)
My diploma thesis deals with doping and is specially focused on anabolic steroids. It was written in response to § 288 Criminal code, which newly describes production and other handling with hormonal effect as a delict in order to reduce the number of users, both among proffesional and among recreational sportsmen. It shows that sport federations have enough instruments to be able to face doping and that the newly adopted legal ragulation has a negative impact on human health, which is inconsistent with the reasons for which it was adopted.

Regulace cen roamingu / The Roaming Regulation

Koblihová, Veronika January 2011 (has links)
This diploma thesis examines the issue of the roaming regulation. The goal was to find out whether it had been necessary to regulate roaming prices at the EU level and what consequences it has and will have for individuals in the market - especially consumers, mobile operators, politicians, and also for the single European market. The basic hypothesis is that the roaming regulation will ultimately lead to a reduction in consumer utility, and therefore there is no substantial improvement to the single European market. The first part describes current developments in the roaming regulation and presents arguments for and against regulation. The second part then discusses the presented arguments. The impact on various market players is examined using the available data.

Regulace počtu parkovacích stání u rodinných domů a její dopady / Regulace počtu parkovacích stání u rodinných domů a její dopady

Malinová, Kateřina January 2012 (has links)
The development of the car transport has contributed to better mobility and also to more traffic on roads and more on-street parking. Governments reacted to this by creating a state regulation specifically the requirement of a minimum number of parking spaces to each new building. This policy may have some positive effects such as improving traffic flow of public roads and better security, but also brings additional costs for owners of new buildings. The goal of this thesis is to analyze the differences in an approach of Czech municipalities to this regulation and an impact discussion. I have chosen as a method of my research a combination of a controlled interview with representatives of five randomly selected Building Authorities in the Czech Republic and an electronic questionnaire with closed and open questions for the broader sample of municipalities in the Czech Republic. The analysis came to the conclusion that an application form of the minimum parking requirements policy for new buildings may vary significantly for each municipality and some differences exist in costs for owners of family houses because some of them are constrained to build paved and garage parking and the others have only their site next to the house.

Právní regulace a zdanění mechanismů s hazardními prvky v počítačových hrách / Legal regulation and taxation of gambling mechanisms in video games

Přibyl, Michal January 2020 (has links)
Legal regulation and taxation of gambling mechanisms in video games Abstract In connection with the development and spread of information technologies to most households, new questions arise regarding their legal regulation. The old legal norms cannot keep pace with this development, and therefore a new phenomenon may emerge, which at first glance seems to have been neglected by law. This work explores one of these phenomena of information technology, namely Loot boxes, as a new, modern form of gambling targeted at minors and other vulnerable groups. Some Member States of the European Union, in particular Belgium and the Netherlands, have already reacted correctly to Loot boxes and banned the operation of some Loot boxes on their territory. Other countries, such as the United States, have been talking about regulation for a long time, but it has not yet happened. Loot boxes are internally divided into several types, and for some we cannot talk about gambling. In particular, these are cases where the possibility of buying a Loot box for money or the possibility of selling acquired virtual items for money, or a similar value that can be expressed in money, is completely missing. In my reasonable opinion, some Loot boxes are essentially a game of chance. Despite claims by Loot box operators, many researches...

Vliv regulace hroznů na kvalitativní parametry u odrůdy Erilon

Mančík, Zdislav January 2017 (has links)
This thesis has been drawn up at Mendel University in Brno, Faculty of Horticulture in Lednice, Moravia, at the Institute of Viticulture and Winemaking. The experiment was performed at a vineyard in the Mendeleum area in 2016. In my thesis I dealt with possibilities of the regulation of grape quantity, namely the Erilon variety, and impact of such operation on the quality of the grapes. It was found out that there was a statistically significant impact of the grape regulation quantity on yield of one plant, size of bunch of grapes and assimilable nitrogen content. In its literary part, the thesis was concerned with composition of the berries and qualitative characteristics of the grapes, variety description and today´s possible options of the grape quantity regulation. In its experimental part, the thesis focused on description of used analytical methods and an experiment on a white must grape Erilon variety was carried out. The regulation of the grape quantity was evaluated with respect to two options the results of which were then evaluated and compared with one another. Furthermore, a comparison with results of other authors was performed. After evaluation of the experiment results and climatic conditions of the year 2016 it can be stated that the regulation of the grape quantity by means of thinning (flower cluster thinning/cluster thinning) has a positive effect on the quality of grapes and that such method can be recommended for annual performance. In conclusion it can be said that some of the abovedescribed options of the grape quantity regulation has become an integral part of today´s modern viticulture regarding mainly.
