Odehnalová, Romana January 2019 (has links)
Odehnalová, R. Analysis of mortgage loan interest rates. Diploma thesis. Brno: Mendel University in Brno, 2019. This diploma thesis examines the determinants of mortgage loan interest rates in years 2008 to 2018 and further investigates whether their development was influenced by Czech National Bank regulations. Variables that could affect the interest rate are divided into factors affecting the supply side and the demand side. Multivariate time series regression analysis was used to demonstrate the dependence. The results are in line with other studies that have shown that factors affecting the supply side have the greatest impact on the interest rate. The influence of regulations on interest rate development was also demonstrated.

Právní a sociální regulace toxikománie / Law and social regulation of drug addiction

Branšovská, Andrea January 2012 (has links)
The topic of my thesis is the legal and social regulation of drug addiction. The drugs phenomenon stays a global and constant societal problem. I started to be interested in drug issue shortly after revolution, after I attended my very first talk about drugs within the school education. The aim of my thesis was to map development and current situation of drug problems, especially drug scene state, national and European drug policy, analysis of legislation, and last but not least, prevention, treatment and subsequent rehabilitation of drug addicts in the Czech Republic and European Union countries. Czech Republic came closer to European countries with the introduction of new criminal legislation. However, despite all efforts of harmonization of the European Union differences between countries exist in the legal framework and specific procedures in the field of drug. Individual states have their own characteristics in the drugs field, and therefore we cannot generalize uniform procedures for all states. Nevertheless, sub-national practices could stand for inspiration for the Czech Republic in similar cases. This thesis consists of four main chapters, which are further divided into individual subsections. The first chapter contains a definition of drug addiction and the basic classification of drugs,...

Biologie, výskyt a metody regulace plevelů na trvalých travních porostech / Biology, presence and methods of weeds regulation on a land planted with permanent grasses.

ONDRÁK, Aleš January 2014 (has links)
This thesis is aimed at biology, presence and methods of weeds regulation on a land planted with permanent grasses. Lately, ruderal weed species have been spreading uncontrollably throughout the lawns. It is very difficult to control their occurrence and also very economically challenging. Therefore, the farms should focus more on the possibilities of preventing excessive weed infestation and they should also define and apply the cheapest and the most favorable precautions. On the grassland, which belongs to the ZD Třebelovice, were observed the most abundant weed species. The weeds which occurred the most were: Taraxacum Officinale, Rumex Obtusifolius L, Ranunculus Repens L., Geranium Pratense L., and Urtica dioica L. The influence of the individual hay cuts on the occurrence of the chosen weed species was monitored. The influence of various herbicides was also the matter of observance. The componential task was to appraise the achieved effect after applying chosen herbicides on the weed species.

These rules define enviroment of banks' business. When evaluating legal settings in the Czech Republic, differences between the settings and theoretical solutions must be involved. Conclutions relevant to the efficiency of bank regulation system may be set on the basis of this comparision.

Role hudby v emoční regulaci / The Role of Music in Emotion Regulation

Jirásková, Veronika January 2019 (has links)
The thesis presents the concept of emotion regulation in connection with music and its listening. It deals with the theoretical definition of emotions and in the context of emotion regulation supports the process model following the theory of appraisal. For further description we choose reappraisal strategy, with which is also worked in this research study in the Emotion Regulation Questionnaire (ERQ), which analyses 215 responses from 215 respondents by collecting online study data and finding that three variables predict this strategy, namely discharge (VE), entertainment (Z) and revival (R) of the used questionnaire Music in Mood Regulation (MMR). Furthermore, a negative correlation was found in the strategy of suppression with life satisfaction and a positive correlation of reappraisal with life satisfaction. The thesis by its research outcomes supports connection of ER concept together with mood regulation by music.

Analýzy provázející tvorbu práva na příkladu regulace nových jevů v tzv. sdílené ekonomice / Analyses accompanying creation of law on the example of regulation of new phenomena, the so-called shared economy

Blažek, Jan January 2019 (has links)
Analyses accompanying creation of law on the example of regulation of new phenomena, the so-called shared economy Abstrakt v anglickém jazyce This thesis deals with analyzes preceeding the parliamentary phase of the legislative process on the example of the modern phenomenon, the shared economy. In the case of regulation of a shared economy, the legislator faces a difficult task of regulating yet unregulated, and in such cases, there is a risk that in the event of an incorrect analysis, the regulation may be unfunctional and thus unnecessary. The author chose two analyzes for his thesis, namely analysis of regulatory impact assessment and related explanatory report. The topic becomes more important when we consider that today's era is called the age of legislation. In some ways, it also offers an alternative view of improving the quality of regulation (usually laws), because although the legislator is trying in every way to improve the quality of the Czech legal system, it focuses entirely on the legislative process in the chambers of the Parliament, or adopts new adjustments for the greater transparency of the legislative process. The thesis consists of an introduction, 6 chapters and a conclusion. The chapters are subdivided into subchapters. In the first and second chapter, the author defines the...

Regulace emocí v perspektivě vývoje, zdraví a kultury jedince / Emotion regulation in the perspective of development, health and culture of an individual

Poláčková Šolcová, Iva January 2012 (has links)
This thesis deals with the emotion regulation. The author presents a theoretical concept of emotion regulation and deals with the theoretical development of emotion regulation across the human lifespan. In the empirical part, the author presents three papers. The first deals with the emotion regulation in relation to the health of the individual. The study shows that unhealthy individuals suppress significantly more emotions and affective phenomena compared to healthy individuals. The second study deals with the display rules of basic emotions in a sample of Czech undergraduate students. The last paper is a cross-cultural survey comparing the frequency of emotions experienced by its participants and the emotion regulation strategies in the group of Czech and Slovak undergraduate students. Emotion regulation in this study appears to be a significant factor of cultural differences: Slovak participants access open and authentic expression of emotions significantly more often than the Czech participants. The presented thesis is a contribution to the existing understanding of emotion regulation with regard to the development, health and culture of the individual.
