Bezdětnost a její aspekty ve vybraných zemích Evropy / Childlessness and its aspects in selected European countries

Žemberová, Karolína January 2014 (has links)
This thesis addresses childlessness and its aspects in selected European countries: Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Bulgaria, Estonia, the Netherlands, Sweden and Norway. The aim of this work is to discover whether there are differences between capitalist and post-socialist countries when it comes to the development of childlessness and fertility. The tools are: the analysis of fertility, the average age of mothers at childbirth and analysis of childlessness using both transversal and longitudinal indicators. The indicators used in the analysis were of the first and second category. Another aim of this thesis is to find out whether there are differences between the attitudes, opinions and values when it comes to approach to the family, the division of gender roles and children between childless respondents and respondents with children. The differentiation between sex and age groups through the use of three matrices with questions from three surveys (European Values Study, Eurobarometer and ISSP) are also investigated. The factor analysis and the method of principal components are used to reduce the number of variables. The results of the factor analysis are indexed and the indexes are then used to reveal how the differences manifest themselves in the monitored groups of respondents. The main result of...

Vliv abiotických a biotických faktorů na polymorfismus barvy květů u \kur{Dactylorhiza sambucina} (Orchidaceae) / The effect of abiotic and biotic factors on corolla colour polymorphism in \kur{Dactylorhiza sambucina} (Orchidaceae)

KREMLOVÁ, Markéta January 2010 (has links)
The European rewardless orchid Dactylorhiza sambucina commonly produces yellow- and purple-flowered individuals in frequencies that in different populations range from balanced to very unbalanced ones (we can find even monochromatic populations). I studied an effect of abiotic factors (soil pH, hydrolimits, slope and altitude of the locality), biotic factors (weight and viability of the seeds obtained from crossing between and within morphs) and the size of the populations on corolla colour of two morphs in European populations (the Czech Republic, Italy, Austria, Germany, France).

Zhodnocení populační politiky Číny / Evaluation of China's population policy

Jodlová, Adéla January 2020 (has links)
Evaluation of China's population policy Abstract This thesis discusses China's population policy and its aim is to evaluate various programs and analyze their effectiveness. The methodological part describes the base of data and indicators by which the influence of population policy can be measured. The literary review is followed by an analytical part that deals with the development of fertility in the context of population policies, postponing marriage and changing reproductive plans, which are crucial for future policy development. The effectiveness of these programs in China is assessed by comparing the effectiveness of policies in Vietnam and Japan, as well as using selected indicators. An integral part of the thesis is an analysis of the consequences of policies and an outline of possible future development. Based on the results of the analysis, China's population policy has been effective as it has achieved its goal of reducing fertility. On the other hand, the one-child policy has caused many negative consequences, which the new universal two-child policy introduced in 2016 aims to reduce. Key words: population policy, one-child policy, universal two-child policy, reproduction plans, effectiveness of programs, negative consequences

Právo na potomky a přeshraniční poskytování reproduktivní péče / Right to Have Children and Cross-border Reproductive Care

Roubíčková, Nikol January 2017 (has links)
and Key words Title - Right to Have Children and Cross-border Reproductive Care Key words - cross-border reproductive care, reproductive tourism, assisted reproduction, access to reproductive care, causes of cross-border reproductive care, consequences of cross-border reproductive care, law evasion, right to procreate, right to have children Abstract - Children give a meaning to man's life. In today's world where more than 10 % of women suffer from infertility, assisted reproduction treatment (hereinafter referred to as "ART") occupies an important place. The topic of human reproduction is particularly delicate. There is no consensus on which ART methods are ethically acceptable and to whom ART should be provided. Therefore each and every state holds its own position in these matters. Difference among legal approaches results in patients seeking desirable treatment abroad. According to available data, most of the ART recipients travel abroad in order to evade legal barriers in their state of origin. Although in the most cases the ART abroad does not constitute any difficulties, in some cases problems may arise in connection with the treatment. States may try to prevent patients from traveling abroad in order to obtain the ART. They may try to protect themselves by refusing giving effect to legal...

Taxonomy and variability of selected Sorbus taxa

LEPŠÍ, Martin January 2017 (has links)
This thesis is a biosystematic study focusing on the taxonomy and variability of selected taxa of the genus Sorbus, one of the most diverse and taxonomically complicated plant groups in Europe. Classical and modern biosystematic methods - comparative study, chromosome counting, analysis of nuclear microsatellite markers, flow cytometry, and traditional multivariate and outline morphometric analyses were used to assess the morphological, karyological and genetic variability of the genus. The final synthesis of these approaches led to the description of several new taxa (species, hybrids and a subgenus) and the correction of several taxonomic misinterpretations. To reveal ongoing evolutionary processes responsible for the generation of the observed variability, the reproductive modes of 42 Sorbus taxa were examined using flow-cytometric seed and pollen screens. Apart from revealing major trends, the study estimates the frequency of rare events and provides several novel conclusions that are relevant both specifically to Sorbus/Rosaceae and to apomixis in general.

Stanovení výše ekonomického nájemného rodinného domu v Brně / Determining the amount of economic rent for single-family house in Brno

Kubásek, Petr January 2016 (has links)
The objective of the thesis is to determine the economic rent amount for a family house located in Brno. The concept “economic rent” refers to the amount of payment that brings adequate profit to the landlord. First, all the factors are identified that compose cost rent, i.e. the rent of mere providing and maintaining a property. The main variable is represented by the reproduction value of a dwelling. For the purposes of this thesis, the reproduction value is determined using the cost method (in agreement with the evaluation regulation). Second, the capitalization rate is determined so that an adequate profit could be calculated. The following two methods are employed: the surcharge method and the method of comparison with the financial market. The thesis presents seven alternatives of an economic rent, depending on the interest rates. Lastly, the calculation of the rate of return is performed, along with a correctness test of the calculation of the economic rent amount.
