Zvláštnosti výslechu dětí / The Specifics of Interrogation of ChildrenTrojnová, Marie January 2021 (has links)
The Specifics of Interrogation of Children Abstract The diploma thesis focuses on the specifisc of interrogation of children. According to the thesis, children are persons under the age of eighteen. It is imaginary divided into three parts, because this topic can be viewed from the perspective of criminal law, criminalistics and psychology. It is divided into seven chapters. The thesis is based on specialized literature, professional newspaper articles, Czech courts case law, current legislation, internet resources and materials, which were provided on the request by the relevant institutions. The goal of this thesis is to provide available scientific knowledges on this topic and their synthesis in a logical unit. The legal regulation of the interrogation of children is subjected to critical analysis. It is highlighted in questionable issues and there are possible ways for solving them. In the thesis are first defined the basic concepts (an interrogation, a statement, a child). Their knowledge is necessary for understanding the following text. There are introduced various perspectives of interrogation. After that there are general characteristics of the development periods of the child and a brief description of psychological processes applying in phases of statement. Following with summary of these...

Efektivní využití omezeného herního prostoru / Effective Use of Limited Game SpaceBrestič, Tomáš January 2018 (has links)
Current generation of consumer electronics products for virtual reality (VR) allows to track user motion in physical play area which can be converted into a corresponding change of their position in a virtual environment. There are, however, some potential pitfalls with using this approach as the main method of user motion in the virtual space. Therefore, vast majority of contemporary applications is based on different methods that do not take advantage of the available play area and the possibilities of the input devices in their entirity. The main goal of this thesis is to propose and demonstrate a feasible way of implementation allowing the use of available physical space and to try to evaluate whether basing the user motion in an application on the described approach can result in an increase of user interest, attract more users and offer them better experience, and whether it therefore can be profitable in spite of all the related disadvantages.

Inteligentní jednací místnost ovládaná hlasem / Intelligent Meeting Room Controlled by VoiceBauer, Jan January 2018 (has links)
The aim of the thesis is to design and create system for intelligent room controlled by voice. The solution is based on Phonexia Speech Engine developed by Phonexia. The system runs on Raspberry Pi. The core functionality of the system is implemented in Python. The resulting solution is certainly interesting and with some updates may become intelligent assistant for meettings.

Penzion "Losinka" / Boarding house "Losinka"Ryšánková, Nikola January 2020 (has links)
The diploma thesis deals with the design of a multi-storey boarding house with a restaurant and an apartment for the boarding house manager in Velké Losi-ny. The building has two floors and one underground floor. The building is intended for accommodation of persons, for recreation, catering in a restaurant and for living in one accommodation unit. There will be 15 accommodation rooms with a capacity of 38 persons, massages in 1S and a restaurant with kitchen in the 1st floor. Air-conditioning units will be designed in the kitchen and restaurant. The main entrance to the boarding house is from the north side, the entrance to the restaurant is oriented to the southeast, the entrance to the household and the housing unit on the south-east side. Apart from the entrance to the accommodation unit, all entrances are accessible by wheelchair access. The house has a regular rectangular letter shape and is behind the roof pitched gable roof. The roof construction consists of wooden trusses. Residential rooms are oriented to the southwest and southeast. The building is built of ceramic blocks on the above-ground floor and concrete blocks lost in the bed on the underground floor. The horizontal structures consist of reinforced concrete cross-reinforced and one-side reinforced ceiling slabs. The project was developed using the educational version of the computer program AutoCad and Archicad. Emphasis was placed on the layout, architectural appearance, static requirements and safety of use.

Vliv akustiky prostředí na úspěšnost rozpoznávače řeči / Impact of Environment Acoustics on Speech Recognition AccuracyPaliesek, Jakub January 2021 (has links)
This diploma thesis deals with impact of room acoustics on automatic speech recognition (ASR) accuracy. Experiments were evaluated on speech corpus LibriSpeech and database of impulse responses and noise called ReverbDB. Used ASRs were based on Mini LibriSpeech recipe for Kaldi. First it was examined how well can ASR learn to transcribe in selected environments by using the same acoustic conditions during training and testing. Next, experiments were carried out with modifications of ASR architecture in order to achieve better robustness against new conditions by using methods for adapation to room acoustics - r-vectors and i-vectors. It was shown that recently proposed method of r-vectors is beneficial even when using real impulse responses for data augmentation.
