Práce mapuje a hodnotí podmínky pro rozvoj cestovního ruchu v Českém středohoří. Zejména přírodní a kulturně-historické atraktivity, ubytovací a stravovací služby, dopravní a doplňkovou infrastrukturu a propagaci regionu. Dále se zabývá využitím potenciálu pro cestovní ruch a návštěvností oblasti.

Práce popisuje vývoj cestovního ruchu v Jihočeském kraji ? mapuje nejzajímavější atraktivity a lokality této oblasti, analyzuje vybavenost regionu infrastrukturou cestovního ruchu, popisuje minulý a současný stav cestovního ruchu v Jihočeském kraji. Závěrem práce hodnotí využití potenciálu kraje pro cestovní ruch a navrhuje opatření pro zlepšení situace. Jedna kapitola řeší možnosti získání finančních podpor na realizaci projektů v oblasti cestovního ruchu.

This thesis evaluates the use of grant funds from various grant schemes for transnational, national, regional and local level in relation to support the development of tourism. The chosen problem area for the evaluation is the micro-region Horňácko. Review of the literature explains the concepts related to the evaluation of strategic documents, programs, projects, contemporary approaches and documentation as well as methods for the evaluation. The thesis also analyzes the main strategic documents related to the development of the monitored area through which the importace of development is confirmed. Especially in the area of tourism there is a potential area specific for such development. There are also included characteristics of the area, history and explanation of the specific municipalities. The usage of financial aids for the development of tourism is evaluated in the analysis of realized projects. Various projects in the field of tourism development in Horňácko are specialy evaluated with objectives of strategic documents and the usage of potential in the area. In the evaluation we find essential persistent problems which are confirmed by the content of the new LAG strategy for the next programming period from 2014 to 2020. There are researched further possibilities of financial aid for new programming period from several sources availible on different levels in the framework of ascertined facts.

Main objective of the thesis is an analysis of tourism on Písecko from the perspective of the tourism market. On the basis of the status of the prepare to upgrade the tourism product, including its placing on the market. An important part of the preparation of the project of the tourism product in the selected area.

My graduation thesis is aimed at the definition of the examined tourist destination Tábor, precisely the Chýnov, and to do analysis of the offers and demand of tourism in selected area. Then determine the impact of tourism on local development, to define the multiplier of tourism for the area and determine the impact of tourism on the budget of municipalities. An output of the thesis are small measures which point to development of the tourism in Chýnov. One of them is an environmental package for a city, or a proposal of own green symbol with a picture of a bat.

Práce mapuje na základě zásadních dokumentů strategii EU v oblasti cestovního ruchu a její priority a pátrá po tom, zda a jak se tyto priority odrážejí v českých koncepčních dokumentech. Zkoumá současný stav situace, zabývá se pouze dokumenty aktuálními. Práce dochází k závěru, že české koncepční dokumenty v zásadě v souladu s prioritami EU jsou a být musí. Vycházejí totiž ze stejných cílů obecného hospodářského vývoje, jak je stanovují nadřazené strategické dokumenty. Odlišná míra důrazu na jednotlivé priority je dána jejich aplikací na konkrétní podmínky země. Bezprostřední vliv strategických dokumentů EU na české koncepční materiály objektivně prokázat nelze.
