Deformačně-napěťová analýza elastomerových komponent flexibilní spojky / Stress-strain analysis of elastomer components of flexible couplingLáštic, Daniel January 2019 (has links)
The diploma thesis deals with computational modelling of stress-strain states in elastomeric components of a flexible coupling. The first part of the thesis is dedicated to research about usage and designs of flexible coupling and about fatigue of elastomers. The second part of the thesis concerns creation of the computational model. The model of material is determined based on uniaxial tension test of a specimen produced from a real elastomer component. The results are presented in the form of comparison of two designs of elastomer component with respect to fatigue behaviour based on a maximum principal strain range. The results of computational modelling in the viewpoint of crack initiation site are in good agreement with the results from the component used in operation and dif-ferences between the two designs are negligible. The quantitative difference of the two designs is 15 %.

The diploma thesis deals with finding suitable process parameters for the production of molding segment by SLM technology. It consists of a combination of structures, shells, thin slats and bulk parts. The tested material is maraging steel 300. The research part deals with the problem of choice of suitable process parameters, such as laser power and speed, hatch distance and thickness of the built layer. The achievable mechanical properties of the parts and the choice of the suitable structure were also examined. In the thesis were found suitable process parameters for printing of bulk parts and structures.

Analýza ST-T segmentů v signálech EKG se zaměřením na alternace vlny T / ST-T segments analysis of ECG signals with focusing on T-wave alternanceTannenberg, Milan January 2009 (has links)
The Cardiovascular diseases may evocated the high percentual risk of sudden cardiac death in whole world. In several western countries is the number of death higher then number of cancer death. In this time is used a lot of methods for prediction of sudden cardiac death with focus on ECG T-wave alternance. The aim of the theses was to do stronger relation and cooperation with Internal Cardiac Clinic of Faculty Hospital Brno Bohunice on the risk analysis of sudden cardiac death. Secondly, we met the methods used for detection and quantification of simulated TWA. Last but not least was necessary to find TWA detection methods improvement and process the data on real signals obtained from Faculty Hospital Brno Bohunice. First part of the Thesis is focused on summary of pathologic artifacts in ECG signal, which are important for sudden cardiac risk stratification. There are described further known detection and quantification methods for TWA analysis. An interesting part for clinical practice is analysis of TWA trend in time and looking for the best method, which is able to catch and track the short TWA trend changes. Second part describes the new methods improvements, which were tested with interesting outputs. Further, there was developed method for TWA presence statement probability evaluation.

Lávka přes Berounku / Footbridge across the BerounkaZlatuška, Karel January 2016 (has links)
The diploma thesis deals with design of plan – curved footbridge over Berounka river near the town of Čivice. Three different options were developed. First option includes a single – beam prestressed integral construction with haunches. The second option includes suspension footbridge construction, where the bridge deck is suspended at one side. In the third option the main span is built from concrete segments. Those are suspended on a pair of steel arches. The access ramps are cast – in – place, and they are supported by round steel piers. This variant was finally chosen as the best one and it was further processed. The construction was analyzed with Scia Engineer 2015 software, considering the construction process. The footbridge was loaded with dead loads and live loads including traffic and thermal actions. The internal forces were calculated and the construction was assess to the serviceability and ultimate limit states. In terms of serviceability, stress in concrete sections and deformations were checked. In terms of the ultimate limit state, the ultimate load capacities were calculated. The steel arches and piers were checked for possibility of loss of stability by buckling. The loss of stability was also checked by the software. Finally the dynamic behaviour of the construction was assessed, especially the harmonic excitation response. Then the construction plan and the drawings were made. The drawings include overview drawings and detailed drawings.

Document Version Management Using an Adapted Segment TreeSosna, Dieter 12 July 2019 (has links)
We describe a data structure and algorithms based on segment
trees. They are used to manage different versions of a document and
to reconstruct the version which was valid at a given time in the
past or to get the most recent version. Difficulties arise because it
is not known when a version will be replaced by a newer one. Thus
unbounded time intervals are to be handled. The data structure also
supports the retrieval of the history of a document.

Resilientes Traffic Engineering durch Segment Routing unter Berücksichtigung Realistischer Praxisanforderungen / Resilient Traffic Engineering with Segment Routing Considering Real-World ConstraintsSchüller, Timmy 16 December 2020 (has links)

The Sky is Not the Limit : Research Opportunities in Suborbital FlightsJonsson, Anna January 2015 (has links)
This report investigates research opportunities in manned suborbital flights and gives future recommendations for relevant parties to seize such opportunities. The objective is to make a summary of the current state and elaborate on possible future steps to take. The study uses a research- and analysis-based approach, with stakeholder interviews being an important contribution to the analysis, as well as open-source mate-rials such as market analyses and research papers. Emerging suborbital flight vehicle developers are studied, as well as the future demand for suborbital flights. Major space research areas are investigated in terms of current experiments conducted, platforms used for experiments and their drivers and drawbacks, and future goals and dreams. The demand for suborbital flights is expected to grow up to 40% in coming years, out of which space research will account for 24%. Key characteristics of currently used platforms are microgravity time and level, payload capacity, flight and re-flight opportunities, launch flex-ibility and cost. The cost per kg of payload for suborbital flights is a competitive k€0.5-5. Suborbital flights can fill a gap in research in biology, physiology and human research, astrobiology/exobiolgy, atmo-spheric physics, space technology, and education. There are also fu-ture opportunities for satellite launch, with a growing demand for small-satellite launches. Future recommendations for Sweden are to develop institutional support for suborbital flights on an EU level, and to initi-ate collaborations for a suborbital flights program with a vehicle concept that provides better microgravity time and level than parabolic flights, and offers the possibility to have a human operator.
