The diploma thesis deals with the formation of a constructive-technological project for the building of the Central Fire Station in Hradec Králové - 1. Phase. The building consists of five floors and one underground. The aim of the thesis is to choose and process suitable solution of the building in terms of financial, time and technical requirements based on the project documentation provided by the designer. The thesis deals with the time and financial plan of the construction, the design of the main machines and mechanisms, the planning of the material supply and its transport routes, the design of the construction site equipment, the technological regulations, the control and testing plan for the monolithic and steel constructions of the building and the time schedule of the building with the technological norm.

The aim of this diploma´s thesis is the construction and technological salutions to rough construction building municipal sports hall in Kuřim. The content of this work is technological execution, solution to site equipment, design of machanical assemblies sonnected with transport links, checking and test plans, line budget, schedule, calculation of construction, building timetable, safety and protection of enviroment.

The subject of this diploma thesis is the building construction project of Residence Dlouha in Olomouc. It is an apartment building with two to four floors and a basement with garages. The diploma thesis contains a time and finance schedule, a site equipment project and technological procedure of a cast-in-place reinforced concrete floor and a green roof including a quality control. Moreover, a set of machines, usage options of a tower crane or a mobile crane and usage options of a mobile pump or a concrete container have been processed for this building. During the building process it is cared about work safety and environment protection.

This diploma thesis solves the construction and technological project of the production hall with an administrative building in the Vsetín industrial zone Bobrky I. This building technology project contains a technical report on the building technological project, the cordination situation with wider transport routes, the time and financial plan of the construction, the study of the implementation of the main technological stages, project of building site equipment, selection of main building machines and mechanisms, time plan of rough construction of solved objects, plan of material resources for rough building of objects, technological regulation for pilot, including heads. Control and test plan for the pilot, including heads, safety measures for the construction and items of the budget of the objects.

This diploma thesis deals with construction and technological project of apartment building in Brno – Slatina, Kigginsova street. Thesis focus on technological phase of monolithic rough superstructure and masonry work. For this phases were processed technogical specifications and controlling ad testing schedules. Within this thesis was also compiled technical report, solution of transport roads, technical report and drawings of site equipmet. For main object was compiled itemized budget, which was foundation for completing time schedule. In diploma thesis are further processed safety requirements and chosen construction details.

The content of the diploma thesis is a building-technological project of the new building of residential buildings Rozhledna in Chrudim. The thesis contains technological regulations for a rough bottom structure and a rough top structure. Technological regulations are complemented by design of machine assembly, site facilities and control and test plans. Work safety, construction risk assessment, time schedule of main objects, object time and financial plan and budget of main buildings are also solved. An important part is the comparison of the parallel, gradual, current construction and the design of the thermal insulation system of the curtain wall.

Theme of the diploma thesis is realisation of an administrative building in the area of Czech Technological Park Brno. Thesis contains of technical report of the technological project, situation of a place near the building site, the plan of traffic, for the objects time and financial plan, proposal of the main mechanisms, time schedule and partial time schedule for monolithic constructions. In the theses is also project of a construction site. In the thesis there also is a project of a construction site and also a monolithic constructions control and test plan. Then there is an Itemized budget for the building and a bill of quantities. Proposal of an area road constructed by the object is made as a specialization.

The purpose will be an optimal design of construction progress with regard to finance and time. For this phase were processed the site equipment with the design of the lifting strap, the transport routes and the machine assembly. In addition, an item budget, which was followed by a detailed schedule. Based on these documents was created a balance of machines and workers. For monolithic constructions were developed a technological regulation and a control and test plan. Furthermore, the calculation of the decanting time and the design of the formwork turnover, supplemented by its drawing. In the diploma thesis is elaborated a plan for safety and health protection in the workplace and selected design details.
