This diploma thesis deals with the topic of sexuality of handicapped persons and its realization. Its main aim is to chase the general view of this theme, which is still taboo in our society. The theoretical part is divided into four chapters. It specifically defines handicapped persons, their sexuality and specific needs of people with different types of disabilities. It slightly describes the work of social service facilities with the theme of sexuality. Moreover, it is concerned with project "Right of Sex" and sexual assistance as one possibility of realizing the sexuality of people with disabilities. The practical part is realized through quantitative and qualitative research. There were fourteen respondents that were further dividend into three groups. First group was composed by people with disabilities, second by sexual assistants and to the last belonged experts engaged to this topic. This research identified respondent's opinion and view concerning the theme of the sexuality of handicapped persons and sexual assistance.

The Master's Thesis deals with the theme of coming-of-age in American literature. The aim of the theoretical part is to provide theoretical framework and the subsequent examination of common narrative strategies and themes characteristic of this specific genre. We will focus more closely on the three key themes of identity, sexuality and death. In the practical part of this thesis these main themes and their use will be examined in selected novels of American literature; Sylvia Plath's The Bell Jar and Jeffrey Eugenides The Virgin Suicides.

This dissertation called Sociology of the Body and Its Use in Teaching at Primary Schools generally concernes with the sociology of the body, the sexual behavior, especially from a sociological point of view. The text focuses on the history of sexuality, the current concept of sexual behavior and sexual education. The qualifying work is completed with a practical part interviews with sex education teachers, who mainly answer the question about their view of teaching this subject.

Objectives: As part of the research issue, we tracked six sub-objectives of the research. The first objective of the research was to describe the sexual behavior of marihuana users in selected areas of sexuality based on data obtained from the questionnaire survey. The presented research was aimed at heterosexual men who regularly use marihuana at a frequency of once a week to daily. The second objective was to find a link between the frequency of marihuana use and selected areas of sexuality. The third objective of our work was to find a link between the length of marihuana use and selected areas of sexuality. The fourth objective of the research was to find a link between the influence of the use of other psychoactive substances on marihuana users in selected areas of sexuality. The fifth objective of our work was to find out the links between tobacco use in a marihuana user group and selected areas of sexuality. The sixth objective was to find a link between the use of marihuana and erectile function, respectively dysfunctions, according to The International Index of Erectile Function (IIEF-5). The mode of reproduction can greatly influence the demography and the evolutionary success of the taxon. In the case of autonomous asexual formation seeds are apomictic taxa fully independent of pollinators and compatible partners. For sexual taxa with strict autoincompatibility it is the opposite, i.e. sexual taxa need pollinators and compatible partners for birth of offspring. Therefore, in marginal population and for more extreme situation with lower pollinating activity will have apomictic taxa a higher level of reproductive assurance than sexual taxa vascular plants. This hypothesis was tested in natural populations of apomictic and sexual taxa. In the diploma thesis we therefore investigate the method mode of reproduction and reproductive assurance of 52 taxa of the genus Hieracium s. str. (family Asteraceae) in Europe. Of these, 12 were diploid sexually diploid taxa and 42 polyploid apomictic reproductive taxa. From these taxa we harvested seeds from fully developed capitulum and we determined the potential (total number of seeds in the capitulum) and the realized (the percentage of well-developed seeds at the capitulum). The aim of this thesis was to analyse the reception of the Fifty Shades book trilogy and a film adaptation of its first part from the perspective of a female audience - both women who like the books and/or the film and women who do not like them. The thesis sought to describe the fundamental ways of the reception of the Fifty Shades phenomenon and to connect them to media and public discourse about the trilogy. The research questions were particularly focused on women's motivations to reading the books and/or watching the film, their approach to and evaluation of the trilogy. A part of the thesis was also a comparison of the two groups of female readers and viewers regarding the questions mentioned above and a connection of those questions with media and public discourse about Fifty Shades. During the conducted research 13 individual semistructured interviews with female readers and viewers of Fifty Shades have been done. The gained data were analysed by using the grounded theory method (particularly in vivo coding and axial coding). The outcome of the analysis is a description of two different ways of reception and interpretation of Fifty Shades which show persisting ambiguity of romantic fictions for women. This thesis studies problematics of healthy partners of physically handicapped people, more precisely of people after spinal cord injury. The theoretical part is focused on the relationship satisfaction of these couples. It is structured into relationship areas which should be a potential source of conflicts and which can influence less or more the relationship satisfaction. These areas were selected on the basis of literature focusing on partner and marital couples. The empirical part was created in cooperation with organizations providing services to people after spinal injury where quantitative data were collected to measure levels of satisfaction of partners in relationship with people after spinal cord injury also levels of intimacy and commitment in these relationships. The data obtained are compared with the comparative group of respondents from the general population. Introduction: Burnout syndrome is a topical issue in the world and in the Czech Republic, not only in the healt sector. The diploma thesis is focused on finding the conection between burnout syndrome and sexuality of general nurses in emergency care. I chose the topic for my diploma thesis because it is close to me and I work in emergency care myself. In addition, the topic is not very well explored, and the research data will contribute to an international study examining the imapct od burnout syndrome on human health. This study in the Czech Republic is under the guidance of PhDr. Šárky Dynákové, Ph.D. and doc. PhDr. Jana Kožnara, CSc. Methodology: Data collection for research was conducted using two anonymous questionnaires. The first questionnaire focused on burnout syndrome using the Czech version of the Shirom-Melamed scale (Shirom, Melamed, 2006 In Ptáček, 2013). The second questionnaire examined the sexual function of a woman according to Mellan in Kratochvíl, S. (1999).
