Analýza povodně na Sázavě v únoru 1909 / Analysis of flood on Sázava River in February 1909Jelínková, Karolína January 2019 (has links)
This Diploma Thesis deal with complex assessment of spring flood in 1909. In the theoretical part there are described types of floods. It focuses on rain-on-snow events together with melting of the snow and ice phenomena on streams. It also describe hydraulic models and especially in detail AquaLog model and its individual parts. The flood in 2006 which is compared to the event in 1909 is also described in more detail. In the historical archive there were found informations about flood in 1909 and because of them we know its area range. Next the flooding waves in Czech Republic were analized. The AquaLog model was used for basin of the river Sazava. Flooding waves were simulated for 9 stations in the whole basin using this model.

Luminiscenční vlastnosti fosforů ve vysoce výkonných LED aplikacích / Luminescence properties of phosphors for highpower LED applicationsRejman, Martin January 2016 (has links)
For selected YAG:Ce sample the temperature dependent absorbtion and emission spectra were measured and used to simulate white LED behavior. Various CIE-xy dependencies were observed. Sample surface scaterring parameters were calibrated using a custom-made automated goniospektrometer, which provided measured data with fine accuracy. Finally, the measured data were used to construct a Geant4 simulation to optimize two light devices for output intensity and target CIE-xy coordinates. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)

Multiagentní modelování a jeho využití v sociologii / Agent-Based Modelling and Its Use in SociologyKudrnáčová, Michaela January 2019 (has links)
Master thesis elaborates on agent-based modelling (ABM, computer simulation method) founded on the concept of analytical sociology and its use in empirical sociology. The use is demonstrated by creation of a model based on the principal of environmental sociology studying the influence of social factors on the environment. Thesis works with the empirical- theoretical concept New ecological paradigm (NEP) measuring the values and opinions on the environment. The origin of the paper was motivated by the absence of the projects combining the method of empirically calibrated agent-based modelling and sociological grounds, particularly in the Czech context, but also abroad. Based on the environmental module of Czech data ISSP 2010 and research question "How parameters of social network influence the willingness to sort waste?" model was created and analyzed. Relationship between both types of agents (sorting and not sorting waste during the whole simulation) and their neighbourhood was found. The higher the number of neighbours, the more agents with this particular type of behaviour. The likelihood of bond creation with long-distance agent at the expence of bond abolition with close neighbour was without any influence on the number of non/sorting agents. It seems the agents tend to replicate behaviour...

Studium a simulace odezvy křemíkového detektoru / Silicon detector response and its simulationMartausová, Lýdia January 2021 (has links)
The ATLAS experiment is currently undergoing a modernization, called the ATLAS Upgrade. Nowadays, simulations are an important part of planning new detectors and their modernization. They help us optimize their design before production and later verify the results obtained from the experiment. This work is focused on the simulation of edge eects on a silicon strip detector using a framework Allpix2 . In the beginning, we had no information, that any edge eects or even any irregular eects, is possible to simulate in Allpix2 . We rst veried that in the case of a simple irregular electric eld. We had at our disposal measurements performed at the Institute of Particle and Nuclear Physics, with which we compared the simulation. The signal obtained from the edge strip has dierent behaviour and is wider than the other strips. Therefore, we extended the electric eld of the edge strip in the simulation and modied it in various ways. 1

K teorii narativní počítačové hry / On the theory of narrative computer gameOlšan, Jan January 2013 (has links)
On the theory of narrative computer game Bc. Jan Olšan Diplomová práce Univerzita karlova v praze, Fakulta humanitních studií, Katedra elektronické kultury a sémiotiky Vedoucí práce: Mgr. Jakub Češka, Ph.D. Praha 2013 Abstract The paper focuses on computer games that include narrative content (that is, such games that tell a story). Its goal is to reveal a theoretic delineation of the nature and inner working of narrative computer game as a specific (art) form, such that would broaden understanding of its properties, possibilities it opens and also to present a basic sort of a definition for it. This basic nature of the subject is discovered in the way the "agent - game situation" coupling is being formed. This coupling is present in both game and narrative, and being a common base, it facilitates integration of both forms into a new one, in this way: the player of the game becomes the agent, controlling the story's protagonist; and the narrative, constituted by the story plot and the conflict it includes and which the player faces, becomes the game situation. This integration produces a new, homogeneous form, from which both the simulation and the narrative parts of narrative computer game can be deduced. In this way it is shown that the apparent contradictory discrepancy between these two parts and the...

Funkční testování komponent s integrovaným CAN rozhranímPospíšil, Jakub January 2017 (has links)
This work provides a preview of CAN network network issues, network elements, their functions and interaction. It describes the principle of generating and sending messages, the structure of the network, the types of information transmitted. Work focuses on testing CAN components, especially instrument panels. The thesis defines the structure of the overall validation of the newly implemented instrument panel into the tractor, which consists of a sequence of partial tests performed both in laboratory and in the tractor. Laboratory tests are performed as a sequence of hardware and software combinations of states that can occur in operation. A critical point for objective laboratory validation is the creation of simulators that can induce real-life situations which would otherwise be expensive and difficult to achieve in real-life.

Porovnanie programových produktov pre simuláciu a možnosti ich využitia / Comparison of simulation programs and their applicationKrupa, Martin January 2009 (has links)
Abstract (eng): This diploma paper compares available software for simulations. These are MATLAB, WITNESS, SIMUL8, SIMPROCESS and CRYSTAL BALL. In the first part, the dynamic simulations are explained, its methodic, purpose, areas of implementation and after that it describes the simulation of Monte Carlo type. These are the basic types of simulations used by programs mentioned in this paper. After a short introduction follows detailed description of the system requirements, user interface and the principles of working with these programs, that contains also a definition of basic function blocks. This paper also describes another important information like price, available licenses and in the attachment the pictures of the programs interface. The next part of my paper is based on analyze of observed articles, which concern this special area of interest. I try to describe the usage of this software on a market, area of application or eventually a type of simulation. The information from data assimilation are ordered in transparent tables and visualized on a graphs and diagrams. At the end is the final summary, which I believe will be beneficiary for the readers.

Fyzikální simulace v grafické scéně / Physical Simulation in Graphics SceneJavorka, Marián January 2011 (has links)
This master's thesis deals with physical simulation of cars. Program is implemented in C++ using OpenSceneGraph and Bullet libraries, which are shortly introduced. The application is implemented as simple racing game for one or two players. Using a simple menu, the user can select a car and the weather, which dramatically affects the handling characteristics of vehicles. Setting weather to random is one of the options leading to a dynamic weather changes during the game. The application takes into account collisions among cars and collisions with the terrain and bars on a racing circuit.
