Mechanismus pro ovládání vstupu do kompresorové skříně / Intake Control Mechanism of Compressor Housing

Bartoníček, Richard January 2018 (has links)
The thesis pursues a design of mechanism for controlling the amount of air sucked by a turbocharger compressor. In the first part, there is a brief description of a turbocharger and its characteristics, in the second part the usual regulation methodologies are presented. Third, the main part describes the creation of the mechanism from concept drafts and their comparison, through the kinematic and force analysis of control parts, to the complete packaging a connection to the compressor housing. The fourth part is dedicated to the mechanism analysis in the terms of ability to perform as required.

Výroba válcovaného profilu a její ověření pomocí numerické simulace / Production of Rolled Profile and Its Verification by Using Numerical Simulation

Sigmund, Lukáš January 2018 (has links)
The thesis deals with technology of hot-rolled profiles, describing total summary of principles and conditions this process is based on. There is a draft of a calibration of profile, the application of which is subsequently verified through a numerical simulation. Futher in the thesis also was verified the mechanical properties of applied construction steel S355J2 through the up-setting test and compared the results with the used material model in the simulation software Simufact Forming. Then, the test rolling of the calibrated profile was carried out. As a next step, the dimensions of the rolled bars were compared with the results of the simulation, on the basis of which the applicability and suitability of the simulation in the future development of other profiles was verified and evaluated.

Návrh pracoviště s průmyslovým robotem / Design of a Robotic Cell

Majer, Tomáš January 2018 (has links)
This diploma thesis deals with design of a robotized workplace for welding truss structures. First, the target construction that the work focuses on is shown. Then the functions of the entire workplace are designed, including the procedures for activities and the gross displacement of the used components and their layout. The next chapter itemize specific robots and components. This, along with the solution of safety and ergonomics, makes the layout of the entire workplace more precise. Everything is completed by creating a simulation model in Siemens Tecnomatix Process Simulate, where all the welding operations are simulated.

Možnosti uplatnění numerických simulací v technologii vytavitelného modelu / Possibilities of using numerical simulations in investment casting technology

Čagánek, Radim January 2018 (has links)
The diploma thesis deals with the possibilities of using numerical simulation in investment casting technology. The first chapter of practical part deals with the use of simulations in the design of gating system for the shape-complex casting. At the same time, the practical part verified the accuracy of the simulation by test castings on which the X- ray inspection was performed. The results showed that the occurrence of internal defects predicted by simulation corresponded to the locations in the test casts. Next part of the thesis describes improvement of the use of liquid metal (so called “yield”) by numerical simulations. Two specific castings were chosen to perform simulation of current and newly designed variant of the gating system.

Vliv keramických filtrů na proudění kovu ve vtokových soustavách / Influence of ceramic filtrers on metal streaming in running systems

Vymyslický, Jakub January 2018 (has links)
This thesis deals with influence of ceramic filters on metal streaming in running systems. The purpose of this thesis is to investigate the influence of porosity, thickness of ceramic filters and also viscocity of molten metal on mold filling. Hydraulic resistance of ceramic filters and possibility of its use in numeric simulation is also tested. At the beginning of the thesis there is theoretic analysis of filtration which inlcudes inclusions in cast irons, filtration matters, gatting systems design, hydraulic resistance and numeric simulation. The second experimental part of this thesis is focused on measuring shedding of molten grey cast iron and ductile iron through gatting systems with filters which are labelled VUKOPOR S. The experimental part then deals with evaluation of experiments results, calculation of hydraulic resistance and numeric simulation with the use of measured data.

Systém odpružení a tlumení motocyklu / Motorcycle Springing and Damping System

Filka, Tomáš January 2019 (has links)
This thesis consists of theoretical overview about motorcycle chassis and suspension systems as well as information about springs and dampers. It is also focused on practical usage of multibody simulation for motorcycle suspension testing which leads to the development of series of virtual riding tests built within MSC Adams View software environment. Then the results are further discussed together with suggestions for future improvement of this model.

Predikce mechanických vlastností odlitků z litiny s lupínkovým grafitem pomocí numerické simulace / Prediction of mechanical properties of lamelar iron castings by means of numerical simulation

Filipek, Szymon January 2019 (has links)
The aim of this thesis was to assess the degree of conformity between the mechanical properties evaluated by numerical simulation in software MAGMA5 and the measured values of hardness and ultimate tensile strength of lamellar graphite iron castings. The theoretical part of this thesis deals with the classification of cast iron, structural components of lamellar graphite iron, and the factors defining the resulting mechanical properties of the material. The practical part presents an attempt to find empirical dependencies between input parameters and results evaluated by simulation software. At the end, an analysis of the correlation between reality and simulation software is performed.

Analýza měřených dynamických stavů motocyklů / Analysis of measured dynamic states of motorcycles

Tobiáš, Martin January 2019 (has links)
This thesis, within a long-term project at the Institute of automotive engineering at FME BUT, aspires to prepare a motorcycle for analysis of its dynamic riding behavior. A multi-body model of a motorcycle is created based on the measured parameters and a system for measuring driving conditions is designed. The necessary motorcycle parameters were measured using a 3D scanner and through experiments aided by computer technology and CAD software. This laid the foundation for the follow-up research and development work.

Porovnání modelů najížděcích tras systémové elektrárny v programech MODES a PSCAD / Model comparison of restoration paths for a system power station in MODES and PSCAD

Peterka, Michal January 2019 (has links)
The thesis deals with the comparison of two restoration paths in case of the black start in the MODES and PSCAD simulation programs. The aim was to compare the voltage waveforms in individual nodes and the system frequency. At the same time, simulations were compared with a real test. The route models in the MODES program were created earlier and the task was to create the same routes in the PSCAD program using the parameters available from the MODES program. The route models in the PSCAD environment included both the original and the new models of individual elements, which had to be assembled from function blocks. The results of the programs differed slightly, which was caused mainly by the differences of some elements that were used. In the thesis, all the necessary information was stated to make the simulations repeatable.

Simulace výrobní linky / Simulation of production line

Kutík, Jakub January 2019 (has links)
The aim of this thesis is to create a custom application to simulate production lines. The first part explains the main reasons, benefits and current trends in the field of virtual commissioning and describes several simulation tools and engineering tools from Siemens. The second part is devoted to a detailed description of features, capabilities and application interface of the PLCSIM Advanced simulation tool. The third part is devoted to design and realization of the custom simulation application, which can be used for create conveyor lines and validate user PLC program in cooperation with PLCSIM Advanced tool. This simulator was created using Unity3D game engine and C# programming language. In the last part of the thesis, a simple simulation task is created in the simulator and is tested using PLC program and visualization created in the TIA Portal engineering framework.
