Repelentní účinky silic vybraných rostlinných druhů

Mašláňová, Hana January 2019 (has links)
The summer season is accompanied by an increased incidence of diptera in livestock farming. The insect is a vector of many diseases and in high frequencies reduce milk and meat production. Significant economic losses in cattle breeding are mainly caused by cosmopolitan synanthropic and synbovine species Musca domestica, Stomoxys calcitrans and Haematobia irritatans. An alternative way of controlling insects without negative affecting health and the environment is the application of the herbal preparations containing repellent essential oils. Formulated mixture of essential oils Mentha x piperita, Pelargonium sp. and Nepeta cataria and essential oils Cymbopogon citratus, Cymbopogon nardus and Eucalyptus globulus were able to repel insects for 6 hours with 87% and 73% efficacy on cattle.

Vlivy působící na množství somatických buněk v mléce holštýnských krav ve vybraném chovu

Hájková, Kamila January 2017 (has links)
The aim of this thesis was to assess and evaluate various influences on somatic cell count of Holstein cows milk in a selected dairy farm. Five years (2012-2016) of monitoring animal recordings was used as a basis for studying and finding indicators that affect of somatic cells count. Milk yield, fat and protein content were also analyzed from data taken from animal recordings. We studied effects of the month, the year, the number of lactation and the milk yield. Mean values and other statistical indicators of milk compounds (minimum, maximum, coefficiet of variation, standard deviation) were determined and then compared with the other months and years. The results show that milk yield, number of lactation, month of the year effects somatic cell count. Weak correlation was found for influence the fat and protein content on somatic cell count.

Maršálková, Lucie January 2017 (has links)
The aim of the thesis "The Economic Context of Dairy Production in a Specific Enterprise" is to analyze cattle breeding in a selected farm. The thesis deals with the analysis of an agrarian sector, the breakdown of a commodity chain of milk and the prices development within a commodity chain. It also deals with breeding of milking cattle in the Czech Republic and it describes indicators that affect the breeding. The economic analysis of milking cattle breeding in a selected company was created for the years 2012-2016. The analysis deals with the testing the quantity of the produced milk, its quality and purchase prices. In addition, the herd turnover is considered and all the costs and incomes of the breeding are analyzed. Despite the fact that the average milk yield increased in the company in the monitored period and the milk reached excellent values of fats and proteins, the breeding of milking cattle was loss-making, even after the subsidies were figured in.

Surmová, Lucie January 2017 (has links)
The aim of this diploma thesis, which focuses on free boxing, was to compare cow's life experiences and evaluate the results of this change in housing. The introductory part introduces the concepts of milk, bovine health, disease prevention and, last but not least, the concept of welfare when changing housing. In the practical part, the impact of changes in cows' accommodation, especially on 1st and 2nd lactation, was assessed. When comparing the results, the higher milk production was, the lower the milk constituents. The impact of the new technology can be assessed as favorable on the basis of the results, which is to be seen as an overall improvement in the level of cattle breeding in the holding. During ethological monitoring of cows it was found that more time spent in the box than with old stabling technology. New housing can be considered better for animal welfare.

Ekonomická analýza produkce mléka u dvou užitkových typů skotu

DAŇHELOVÁ, Lenka January 2016 (has links)
The aim of thesis was to conduct evaluation of milk yield and fertility indicators of Czech Flecvieh cattle and Holstein cattle breed which were kept in chosen agriculture company and to determinate a possible difference of milk production costs between individual productive types of the cattle. Data used to create this thesis was from agriculture company STAGRA, spol. s r.o. which breeds dairy cattle. According to specified thesis goals dairy performance indicators (kilograms of milk, % and kg of fat, % and kg of proteins) and fertility indicators (first calving age, calving interval duration) were assessed separately in Heřmaneč cowshed (H2 Holstein cows, 210 pcs.) and Skrýchov cowshed (H1 Holstein cows, 24 pcs. And C1 Czech Fleckvieh cows, 59 pcs.). Milk performance and fertility indicators were evaluated for control year 2014/2015. Cost items of dairy cattle breeding were obtained from accouting of the calendar year 2014. Due to operational reasons only two cowsheds were observed Heřmaneč with Holstein breed (H2) husbandry and Skrýchov were Czech Fleckvieh cows (C1) were dominant. Data files were processed by relevant statistical methods. It was found that H2 group dairy cows reached the highest milk yield (10 395.17 kg) with average calving interval of 369 days. On the other hand Czech Fleckvieh cows reached the highest protein (3.64 %) and fat (4.16 %) content in milk. H1 group dairy cows reached lowest calving age (25 month and 18 days). The milk production cost comparison within observed productive types showed that costs per 1 l of milk were higher in the Skrýchov cowshed, on the contrary feeding day costs were higher in Heřmaneč cowshed.

Vliv vybraných faktorů na masnou užitkovost býků zjišťovanou ve stanici kontroly výkrmnosti skotu Želeč / Influence of selected factors on the fattening capacity and carcass values of bulls in the control station Želeč

PUFR, Josef January 2014 (has links)
Cattle breeding is one of the part of traditional Czech agriculture. It is a vital part of economy consisting of two main branches - milk and beef production. Beef is one of the main products of cattle breeding sometimes provided by fattening of heifers, cows and bulls. Producing meat with the highest quality with low costs is the main goal of fattening the cattles. I have tested the influence of selected fators on the fattening capacity and carcass values of Czech Fleckvieh bulls in the control station as well as the economic requirements of the fattening period. I have compared the test period of 530 ? 10 days with period of 610 ? 10 days of fattening using the old and new technology of supplementation. Further fattening was provided by results of growing Charolais, Limousin and Czech Fleckvies x Simmental bulls. The results suggest that the increase of the period of fattening for 80 days had a positive effect on carcass yield (p < 0.001), assigning in the classification according to SEUROP and profitability of farming. The positiv relationships between breeding value of fathers and carcass yield of their sons was observed. Finally, the positive influence of new technology of fattening on the classification acording to SEUROP was shown.

Kreativitetens språkdräkt : En jämförande studie av begreppet kreativitet i 1996 och 2009 års kulturpropositioner / The linguistic costume of creativity : A comparative study of the concept of creativity in the 1996- and 2009 culture propositions

Myrvik, Angelica January 2017 (has links)
The purpose of this study is to describe, analyse and compare the use of the concept creativity in 1996- and 2009 culture propositions. Various aspects of creativity have been investigated using the methods of idea analysis and conceptual history. The result is presented on the basis of three issues that concern: what linguistic space creativity is given as a word; who is considered creative and; what function creativity has in cultural policy. Creativity has clearly gone from being a descriptive word to standing as its own concept in noun form, but in the sense of artistic renewal, the term is very present in both propositions. Most people are considered as having creative potential, but young adults and professional artists are the most prominent groups in the material. Artistic renewal is increasingly motivated by market interests, although other softer values are represented.
