Bakgrunden till denna studie har sin start då utbildningen till specialpedagog påbörjades på Högskolan i Kristianstad. Redan under den första terminen blir det specialpedagogiska uppdragets komplexitet tydligt och vilken påverkan interaktionen mellan rektorer, lärare och specialpedagoger har på utformningen och innehållet av det specialpedagogiska uppdraget. Tidigare forskning och rapporter kring det specialpedagogiska uppdraget bekräftar svårigheterna och utmaningarna att som specialpedagog arbeta enligt examensordningen. Istället för att ytterligare bekräfta dessa svårigheter är studiens syfte att lyfta fram var rektorer, lärare och specialpedagoger uppfattar att det specialpedagogiska arbetet blir till en gemensam framgångsfaktor. Via en enkät tillsammans med missivbrev kontaktades 25 rektorer, 25 lärare samt 25 specialpedagoger verksamma inom en större utbildningsorganisation i Sverige. I enkäten finns 7 påståenden att besvara utifrån en skala från 0 - 5 samt ange hur väl detta återspeglas i deras nuvarande verksamhet. 35 besvarade enkäten vilken utgör empirin för denna studies innehåll och resultat. Utifrån resultaten framkommer det att såväl rektorer, lärare och specialpedagoger är eniga inom flera områden där de anser att innehållet i det specialpedagogiska uppdraget blir en framgångsfaktor. I speglingen av deras nuvarande verksamhet återfinns inte framgångsfaktorn i motsvarande grad. En slutsats som kan dras utifrån denna studies resultat är att det inom verksamheterna behöver medvetandegöras om när, var och hur de upplever att det specialpedagogiska arbetet är en framgångsfaktor och tillsammans verka för att dessa framgångsfaktorer blir synliga och aktiva i verksamheten. / The background to this study begun when the education of the special educator began at the University of Kristianstad. Already during the first semester, the complexity of the special education mission becomes clear and what influence the interaction between principals, teachers and special educators has on the design and content of the special education mission. Previous research and reports on the special education mission confirm the difficulties and challenges to work as a special educator according to the degree scheme. Instead of further confirming these difficulties, the purpose of the study is to highlight where the principals, teachers and special educators perceive that the special education work becomes a common success factor. Via a questionnaire together with a letter of formal notice, 25 principals, 25 teachers and 25 specialists were contacted in a major educational organization in Sweden. In the questionnaire there are 7 statements to answer based on a scale of 0-5 and indicate how well this is reflected in their current business. 35 answered the questionnaire which constitutes the empirical content and results of this study. Based on the results, it appears that both principals, teachers and special educators agree in several areas where they consider the content of the special education mission to be a success factor. In the reflection of their current activities, the success factor is not equivalent. A conclusion that can be drawn from the results of this study is that the activities within the business need to be aware of when, where and how they feel that the special education work is a success factor and work together to ensure that these success factors become visible and active in the business.
