The aim of this thesis is to design a conveyor belt readjustable to transport brown coal according to specific parameters. The introduction is focused on describing and dividing conveyor belts and characterizing their individual parts. The main part of the thesis is a description of selected components and design solutions, a functional computation carried out in accordance with the standard ČSN ISO 5048 and further an analysis of transported material's properties. The drafting documentation is attached to the thesis.

This thesis is about the monitoring of testing station downtimes at the DS/ETC (Diesel Systems / Engineering Testing Center) Bosh Diesel s.r.o. department in Jihlava. The goal of the monitoring is to get a record and an immediate warning for each machine downtime. The testing engineers are able to edit downtime reports and to create statistics and the Pareto analysis based on the reports. In the beginning of the thesis there are generally described the ETC department and the SCADA system. The monitoring system is designed and implemented based on the requirements of the ETC department. SMS messages sent via a GSM module what is connected directly to the server are used for immediate downtime warning. The test engineers have the graphic user interface what they can use to edit downtime reports. Statistics are generated individually based on the adjustable data filter. The department can focus primary on the finding out the reasons of the downtimes what leads to the biggest reduction of the test machine downtimes.

Thesis aims to design suitable technology for biogas treatment so that its output can be used as a fully equivalent fuel for vehicles. First part introduces reader into an area of biogas treatment. Second part describes in detail chosen method, technology of membrain separation. In third part, current conditions in Czech republic were discussed. Fourth part adresses the aplication of membrane technology into existing biogas station via side-standing reaserch container. The end of the thesis is focused on selection and proper desing of blower, which will be transporting raw biogas from biogas fermenters into research container.

The thesis deals with the issue of removing carbon dioxide from biogas using membrane separation. Addresses the impact of the implementation of a small research facility at the existing operation of the biogas plant. Assessment of the impact on traffic is solved in terms of technical and economic.

This Diploma thesis is a project documentation of a fire station building. It is about a spacious building that contains space and equipment needed for working of the fire station of professional and voluntary firefighters. The construction is situated at the edge of the town Pacov in Vysočina region. Downstairs there are placed garages for firefighters ‘vehicles, technical areas and a changing room. Upstairs there are offices, a gym, and rooms for firefighters. The building has a rectangular floor plan with a flat vegetation roof. The building is made of calcareous sandstone blocks with contact insulation.

The diploma thesis deals with the assessment of the existing condition of the sewerage system and the proposal of measures for disposal of sewage in the village Prasklice. Submits a proposal for three options for improving the condition of the drainage and resolve the disposal of sewage. Option 1. consists in the design of new separate system and reconstruction of existing stormwater, the original combined system. To this option, including the proposal of the central sewage treatment plant. Option 2. includes the design of the pumping station for the diversion of sewage effluent to wastewater treatment plant that is proposed in the next village Pačlavice. Option 3. describes the reconstruction of the existing combined system and design of the central sewage treatment plant. The individual proposed technological solutions to the drainage and treatment of waste, is created overview of the economic performance. The object is to determine what the least economically demanding variant and show how subsidies can be used. Economically least demanding option was evaluated option 3. From an operational point of view it is most advantageous to variant 1., which will prevent future operating costs. The diploma thesis brings the village Prasklice a convenient solution for sewerage and sewage disposal in the village.

The aim of my diploma thesis is a design of fire station. The object is designed to be fire station type C and it is for fire brigade. The object is designed in Czech Budweis. The building has two above ground floor. The structural system of building is wall system and reinfroced concrete frame. The roof is warm flat roof. The facade is ventilated with cladding and sandwich facade panel. Drawing part processed in a computer program ArchiCAD.

This thesis deals with plumbing in the hotel. The theoretical part is devoted to pumping tech-nology and the internal pressure of the water mains in high buildings. The work presents different variants of a possible solution in a given speciality. Project part solves sanitary equipment installation in the variant selected in the given building.

2 ABSTRACT The thesis deals with ethics-relevant thinking and attitudes of workers at animal rescue stations, with the way they perceive nature as a phenomenon, and aims at discovering the various reasons that lead to the workers' choice for their job. Animal rescue stations are an example of protection of nature via voluntary work; thus, discovering the attitudes of workers at these facilities might lead to better understanding of their motivations for this job. The theoretical part of the thesis consists of three chapters. The first chapter introduces concepts of environmental ethics focused on ethical behaviour of humans towards animals. The second chapter discusses the approach to nature, presented in the book Contested Natures by Phil Macnaghten and John Urry, together with that of environmental psychology. The last chapter is focused on animal rescue stations themselves and their activities. The practical part of the work presents a research on the topics above that took place at animal rescue stations and was done by interviewing their staff. The data acquired from these interviews are set in a theoretical framework, accordingly elaborated on and further categorized. The diploma thesis focused on study of the reconstruction of the railway station Rájec-Jestřebí. During the reconstruction it is necessary to solve the increase of speed in the main tracks to 160 km/h, full peronization of the station and modification of the railway substructure with drainage.
