Změny kompozice těla v průběhu laktace u kojících žen / Body composition changes during lactation in breastfeeding women

Flanderová, Dana January 2021 (has links)
The aim of the work was to evaluate significant changes in body composition in Czech breastfeeding women during lactation and to confront them with the already available results of other similar studies. For this purpose, 10 female participants of the longitudinal study were selected. Body composition was determined by bioimpedance spectroscopy with a Fresenius Body Composition Monitor. Furthermore, anthropometric methods were used to evaluate the basic body parameters and compare their dependent loss with the values measured by BCM. The measurement was repeated in four periods - 3 weeks, 3 months, 6, and 9 months after delivery. During the observed period, an overall decrease in median weight of 4,2 kg was observed in lactating women. The median weight 9 months postpartum was still 1,2 kg greater than the median weight before pregnancy. No statistically significant differences in body composition were found during lactation. Human milk volume correlated positively with age of women (p = 0,0404; r = 0,3386), negatively with calf circumference (p = 0,0313; r = -0,3545), chin skinfold (p = 0,0198; r = -0,3816), triceps skinfold (p = 0,0905; r = -0,3302), LTI (p = 0,0216; r = -0,3767) and Cm (p = 0,0490; r = -0,3260). Correlations were also found between milk volume and some values needed to calculate...

Námitky v územním a stavebním řízení / Objections in planning permission proceedings and building permit proceedings

Mourek, Karel January 2021 (has links)
Objections in planning permission proceeding and building permit proceeding Abstract The thesis focuses on objections as a key institute by which participants can defend their rights in the planning permission proceedings and building permit proceedings - the objections. The aim of the thesis is to map this institute both in terms of its procedural use and in terms of the facts that the participants in the proceedings apply in these objections. The author of the thesis does so due to the fact that no professional literature deals directly with this topic. The thesis is divided into several parts. The first part briefly describes the basic principles and mechanisms of planning permission proceeding and building permit proceeding, which are key for a proper understanding of the meaning of objections. The second part briefly describes the history of objections in the legislation from the second half of the nineteenth century to the present and the third part explains the concept of objections from the perspective of administrative law and construction law. The main content of the thesis is then in the fourth and fifth part. In these parts, the institute of objections is described first in the planning permission proceedings and then in the building permit proceedings. It describes in detail who is entitled to...

Stavba v krajině - Winery / Architecture in landscape - Winery

Klimešová, Naďa January 2009 (has links)
What’s a building in the landscape like? It’s not indifferent. It uses but doesn’t abuse. It doesn’t compete. It is not indifferent The theme of the project is the road – as progress, as an element of composition. It starts among the vineyards and ends with a view of the hills of Pálava, the dominant feature of the landscape. In the middle, the road is enclosed by houses and passes through a large frame which creates a picture of the landscape that changes with time. Henceforth, the building is not just a building; it is also a frame through which we see an endless number of pictures. It uses but doesn’t abuse The buildings of the winery and of the wine research institute are designed according to the principles of sustainability and are as environmentally friendly as possible. Built with wooden panels on a barren plot of land, they make use of waste water. Does not compete The buildings are located amid the vineyards with a view of the Pálava hills. From the distance, they appear to blend with the landscape thanks to the climbing vines on the outside walls.

Zásada superficies solo cedit / Principle of superficies solo cedit

Vrána, Tomáš January 2015 (has links)
This thesis is focused on the superficies solo cedit principle which was already known in Roman law and which expresses the rule that the surface yields to the ground. As a result of this rule, everything that is built on the land and that grows up naturally there belongs to the owner of the land. The aim of the thesis is to describe origin and historical development of the superficies solo cedit principle, subsequently to present its current expression in the legal order of the Czech Republic and to identify its problems, and, finally, to point out the effects of the restoration of the superficies solo cedit on the Czech legal system. The thesis is divided into seven separate chapters. Chapter One describes the expression and development of the superficies solo cedit principle in the Roman law. Chapter Two particularly deals with the ABGB Code from 1811 which was valid in the area of today's Czech Republic until 1950 and which significantly influenced the current Czech Civil Code. This chapter also includes analysis of provisions dealing with superficies solo principle and other relating terms, some of which were an inspiration for current Czech legislation. Third chapter explains the reasons for abandoning of superficies solo cedit principle in Civil Code No. 141/1950 Coll. and its consequences....

Superficiální zásada / Superficies síolo cedit principle

Sita, Martin January 2015 (has links)
This thesis focuses on the "superficies solo cedit" principle, known since the times of the Ancient Rome and further adopted in civil law codexes, and according to which buildings are considered a part of the land on which they are built. The "superficies solo cedit" now becomes - after more than sixty years - a part of Czech law again thanks to the Section 506 of the NCC. This thesis divided into two main sections. The first section deals with historical aspects of the above principle through a timeline. In this section the Author explores the causes of the above principle in the Roman-law, investigates the regulation contained in the in the Austrian ABGB and looks at the efforts to implement the above principle into Czech private law in the period following the First World War. This section also covers the era following the Second World War when the efforts to implement the above principle came to a halt thank to Communist's successful rise to power and subsequent ideological changes resulting in complete abandonment of the above principle in Czech law. The Civil Code from 1964 for example completely lacked the above principle. This has been changed by the adoption of the New Civil Code 2014 ("NCC") which expressly references itself to the tradition of the Austrian ABGB from 1811. The Second...

Právní režim pozemků určených k výstavbě / Legal regime of mining - related land

Parnaiová, Alexandra January 2016 (has links)
The topic of my work is assigned outstandingly broadly and provides many possible directions of where to aim the work. During my research I focused on aspects that are usually handled mainly by private constructors, during constructions of smaller extends. In first chapter I tried to define the terms, which I was going to be working with further in my thesis, primarily from the reason that their usage in Czech law is unsystematic and sometimes even confusing. In second chapter I characterised private law entitlement to build with the focus on the ownership of the land and old-new institute of emphyteusis, which was reinstated into Czech law by the Civil Code form 2012. The third chapter deals with the regulation of construction lands in public law beginning with the land use planning up to the verification of basic conditions after completion. Fourth chapter focuses on the cadastre, about the principles used on its operation and on proceedings related to it. Last, fifth chapter briefly describes taxation of the lands especially targeting the property tax.

Šťásková, Kamila January 2017 (has links)
The main aim of this diploma thesis is to analyze the legal regulation of contract of work in construction industry, especially the regulation contained in the Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code. I also focused on main changes connected with passing the new Civil Code and I clarified the essence of some new legal institutions. This thesis is divided into 9 chapters; some of them are further divided into minor sections. Besides that the thesis includes Content, Index of Abbreviations and Bibliography. First chapter focuses on setting the aim of this thesis and then the historical context of contract of work, its development from the antiquity to concurrence. Contemporary regulation of contract for work is being compared to the contract of purchase and I describe the essentials of contract for work, in particular contracting parties, their rights and duties and the subject of work. In the fourth chapter I focus on the finalization and disposition of the work, according to the Civil Code the work is finished only if it is proven that it can be used for its purpose. Next I analyze the price of the work and options that can be agreed by the contract parties in terms of the price and the payments. Regarding the price I also describe retentive price, penalties and the institute of price cut in the next...

Ondra, Martin January 2018 (has links)
Construction of buildings and their alterations Abstract This master's thesis is concerned with the analysis of the primary regulation of realization of structures and their alternations, which is a part of the public construction law. The topic of this thesis is up-to-date because of adoption of the second major amendment to the Building Act. The proclaimed goal of this amendment is a simplification and an acceleration of the processes and procedures. The main goal of this thesis is to identify problems associated with the current legal regulation of realization of general structures and their alternations, which, in selected cases, is followed by the effort to find their solution de lege ferenda. The secondary goal of this thesis is a critique of the second major amendment to the Building Act from 2017 and the identification of what problems it has brought including the assessment of whether is actually fulfilling its stated goal. The master's thesis is composed of six chapters. Chapter one deals with the sources of law and the fragmentation of implementing statues.
