The diploma thesis describes the design of sacred buildings, where wood is the dominant carrier material. Two possible variants are suggested, one of them is selected for further processing and the second one remains only a draft. Attention is given to the design of suitable roofing. The supporting roof structure consists three-articulated beams of glued laminated timber. The theme of the roof is also engaged in research, which focuses on modern wooden churches.

This diploma thesis is focused on the survey of the current state of the object and on proposal of possible restoration and protection of timbered buildings in the village Zděchov. The result is the creation of the proposed renewal, possible variants and extent of the interventions to structures. In the building construction was carried out technical survey, the evaluation will be used to draft measures and reconstruction. These results are processed for each component of the object. Evaluation in terms of heat-insulation properties of existing structures and a proposal of possible insulation with respect to the condensation of water vapor was done in program Teplo 2014. Subsequently, different variants of measure are suggested and the budgets are developed for individual variations.

The thesis is focused on the project of the renovation of the log house, which is situated in Jeseniky Mountains, exactly in the village of Zulova. A first part of the thesis is a collection of all the available information about structural modifications, which were conducted during the use of the building. The object was gauged and the drawing documentation was drawn up also. Next sub-target of the thesis is the recognition of present condition of wooden elements, including their description and characterization of their range. All the detected facts were outlined into the drawing documentation and complemented with photos of real form. All the previous sub-targets of the thesis lead onward to the main target, which is to create the concept of the log house renovation, that will be conformed with requirements of The National Heritage Institute

Thesis contains draft of loghouse. Project documentation is made for realization of loghouse recreational object type, which is placet Nera Hamerske lake. The draft is designed to follow valid regulations and related standards. For the respektive separate standing building, designed in the thesis, is chosen a suitable piece of land which the building is equipped according to standrads ČSN 73 4301- The distances between buildings. The loghouse is installed into the grand (for wooden building) by unconventional way of establishment underground od reinforced concrete bored piles, because its located near water area. Disposition of this work is dealt in accordance with valid hygienic regulations and standards following requests of future user of recreational object. At designed building is solving critical deatils resulting from the structural design and actual characteristics of wood. Emphasis is placed on details, which ensure right function of wood building as for example installation of the window in loghouse contruction or insulation of plinth.

The ant building activity of the nest represents an important phenomenon, influencing ambient environment. If we want to know, which factors are affecting this process, we will describe its details. This paper aims to detrmine the factors which influence nest building activity, by an experiment using the species of Lasius niger (L.) in the artifical formicaria.

PRINCIPLE OF SUPERFICIES SOLO CEDIT This thesis focuses on the superficies solo cedit principle, which can be translated as "the surface yields to the ground". The principle originated in Roman law and is projected into legal systems of most of the European democratic countries until today. According to this principle, everything firmly attached to the ground or grown on the land is component part of the land. Therefore, plants and structures are considered as typical component parts of the tract of land. The owner of the tract of land simultaneously and automatically owns its component parts. All dispositions regarding the tract of land must include the component parts, as component parts are not separate objects of law. This thesis deals with the evolution and regulation of the superficies solo cedit principle in Roman law, as well as in legal orders valid on the Czech territory until now. The main focus is on the analysis and comparison of previous legal regulations and currently valid civil law, represented by Act No. 89/2012 Sb., Civil Code. This diploma thesis deals with project management focusing on business development in company Continental Automotive Czech Republic s. r. o., plant Trutnov, with goal the aim of designing a suitable methodology for improving the proces of managing concruction projects. It focuses on a study one specific project. In this thesis are elaborated theoretical background, the analysis of current project management and the proposal of the methodology for the improvement of the management of the construction projects.

The aim of the diploma thesis is to contribute to solve current problems in controlling in the civil engineering firm. I put main accent on using right instrument of controlling for specific company. Diploma thesis analyzes controlling proces in company OHL ŽS, a.s. In introduction is defined the concept of controlling and its theoretical principles. In other parts of the diploma thesis is described current sutuation of controlling in the company. In concrete example are showed proposals of possible improvement in the controlling of buildings, mainly in realization part of the building.

This thesis aims at clarifying the relationship between the value of the plot and the optimization, modernization or construction of a new line structure, especially a large scale line structure such as a railway or a road. This thesis was written in order to determine more precisely the total amount for the purchase, rental, and setting-up of easements on the plots affected by the construction. Upon calculating the budget price all the factors affecting the value of the plot are not emphasized now. Thus, the aim is to match the budget price as closely as possible with the financial resources which were actually spent. In most cases these structures fall under the category of “structures in the public interest”, and so they comply with respective legal regulations. What is essential is the database of affected plots whose value changes depending on the change of their use, character, and attractiveness based on the respective legal regulations. The thesis attempts at obtaining as much information as possible on the behaviour of the plot owner and construction investor from a large database of affected plots, and to cover the development of the value affected by the construction both in positive and negative terms.

This thesis deals with the elaboration of the documentation for the relatization timbered building. Timbered building was designed as a single-storey one object with residential attic. For the construction of the walls was used the composition of two frame walls of the BSH prisms, filled with thermal insulation. There was used thermo-technical analysis for roof, floor and timbered wall. The work was focused on the present and historical ways of the construction of timbered buildings. The work contains drawings of architectural-building solution supplemented with production drawings and technical descriptions of the timbered wall and the structural parts of the timbered construction.
