The topic of the master`s thesis solves nursery school with longue in Hlušovice. It is 2-storey building. The building designed with ceramic bricks Porotherm and prestressed hollow core slab. Not walkable flat roof. The entire building is based on a concrete strip footings and no basement.

This PhD thesis analyzes the current, by experts in minimum benchmark solved condition of valuation of damaged, unlicensed and unauthorized buildings, it defines the problematic status of the individual administrative areas where the expert report is the decisive evidence and it recommends suitable method of valuation of these buildings, so as to minimize the risk of bringing faulty expert opinion. The paper not only explains the basic concepts identified in the relevant legislation, but also systematically analyzes the possible ways of determining the usual price of mentioned buildings. Derived ways of valuation methods are validated on examples and evaluated. On the basis of this verification there is a recommended procedure to determine the usual price of these types of buildings, ie. the expert standard.

The aim of my graduation thesis is to evaluate the realization of building order from perspective of investor and supplier. I will use there principles, procedures and methods of project management which will be subsequently applied into practical project for building of apartment house.

In this thesis is carried out a research about sustainable development and construction. Based on Czech and foreign literature is compiled a detailed process describing the conditions for a successful design of buildings according to sustainable principles. The final outcome is a design of a house, which is executed by the above procedure which tries to incorporate all the given requirements.

The aim of this thesis named "So called black construction and their legal fate" is to provide a complex view on issues concerning black constructions in accordance with new trends in the Czech construction law. The new trends in the Czech construction law relates especially to the concept amendment of the Building Act made by Act No. 350/2012 Coll., on amendment of Planning and Building Regulation (Building Act), as amended. The further aim of this thesis is to trace the problematic issues concerning black constructions and try to suggest the solutions of these problematic issues de lege ferenda. The principle of a protection of an ownership is being compared against the principle of a public interest in the first chapter. These principles clash against each other in the issue and disputes related to black constructions. The following second chapter is dedicated to the definition of a construction in the legal manner. In the third chapter are being presented legal titles of a construction right. The next chapter deals with the process of the discharge and dissolution of a construction right and genesis of a black construction. The fifth part is dedicated to the definition of a black construction and the differentiation of the black construction from an illegal building in the manner of civil law...

The investigated models were applied to three different planetary problems. Firstly we applied dynamic compensation model to explain today large-scale gravity and topography fields of Venus and investigate its mantle viscosity structure. The results seem to support not only models with constant viscosity structure but also a model with a stiff lithosphere and a gradual increase of viscosity toward a core. In the second paper several crust compensation models were employed to estimate the density of the Martian southern highlands crust. Since the used methods depends differently on crustal density changes, we were able to provide some constraints on the maximum density of the studied region. The task of the thesis is to develop the necessary technical documentation for the implementation of the wooden house. In the first part is made a general overview on the construction of wooden buildings and design of consturction layers. Furthermore, we present data describing of using the rainwater in buildings, construction of green roofs and there is also outlined the problems of static structural analysis. The main part of the work is focused on making the documentation of a particular house, especially the election of the structural design. Design of wall layers, ceiling layers and detailed solutions. The conclusion is devoted to a summary and evaluation of the theases. Thesis is accompanied by the production house documentation solved. In the attached is a static protocol dokument of house and roof.

The intention of this thesis is to design and develop the necessary technical documentation for a wooden restaurant with occasional music production. The restaurant is divided into a smoking section and a non-smoking section, in which there would be the room for the occasional musical production. The restaurant is located on the outskirts of Kopřivnice on a gentle slope and is partially embedded in it. The underground part of the building is made up of a suitable masonry material. The skeleton of BSH prisms forms the bearing structure of super terrestrial part of the restaurant. The peripheral shell of the building is non-bearing. The majority of it will be glassed with isolating triple-glass and in addition with diffusely closed wall construction system. The building is provided with the flat vegetation roof. This thesis deals with the evaluation of the technical state of wooden support structures of water mill in Leskovec near Březová (Opava district). The purpose of this research was to determine the range of the abiotic and biotic damage to each of the major elements of a timber floors and roof structures. The scope of damage was determined by sensual and instrumental methods (Arborsonic Decay Detector and Resistograph 4453). The measurement results were recorded and compared with values indicated in literature sources. It was enabled to create overall technical condition report of the mill by evaluating gathered data. The report led afterwards to suggestion of remediation measures. Structural wood elements of the water mill will be preserved in a satisfactory condition by implementing these remediation measuers
