Porovnání ceny dopravní stavby se skutečně vynaloženými náklady v různém stupni rozestavěnosti / Comparing the Price of a Transportation Structure and the Actual Costs Incurred in Various Stages of Construction

Nezbeda, Jiří January 2017 (has links)
This diploma thesis deals with the calculation of the cost of the building work in order to create the price, which at the stage of the contract becomes a selling price, and the costs are fixed as a budget. The subject of this work is to monitor the development of costs in time so that the cost does not exceed the budget and the construction did not get into the negative result. Then set the price by its own methods (item budget, calculation according to budget indicators) and compare the prices and costs thus obtained from different phases of construction between each other and determine the differences. In this work is monitored and compared the cost of a construction contract and its costs in the construction stages. In the practical part,is used the method of direct comparison of cost and price values over time, in the form of different outputs from the controlling program and outputs from compiled item budget and the calculation of the construction. Analyzing the differences between these costs and their evolution over time by more detailed examination of item budgets and cost calculations, they determine the origin of these deviations. In conclusion, is proposed measures for a particular transport structure whitch was handled by the author as"master and co-ordinator of the construction".

Zemětřesení Mw 9.0 Tohoku-Oki z 11.3.2011 v kontextu tektonické stavby oblasti Honshu a dlouhodobé zemětřesné činnosti / Structural control of the 2011 Mw 9.0 Tohoku-Oki earthquake and its relation to the overall seismicity of Honshu

Haislová, Radka January 2016 (has links)
The 2011 March 11 Tohoku-Oki earthquake with moment magnitude of 9.0 east of Honshu, Japan, has been the fourth strongest event in the era of instrumental seismology. This thesis is focussed on a detailed analysis of earthquake distribution in time and space in the broader area of Honshu during the time interval of fifty years (1964 - 2013), and on correlation of seismological data with tectonic structure and surface morphology, including the sea floor. The aim of the thesis is not to predict the earthquake retroactively but to put its occurrence into the context of the long-term development of seismicity, to identity differences in the seismic response to the process of plate tectonics prior, during and after the Tohoku-Oki earthquake and to delimitate the tectonic causes of areal limitation of the extent of the aftershock series. The space-time analysis of the development of earthquake occurrence utilized relocated hypocentral parameters primarily identified by the International Seismological Centre (so called EHB data), focal mechanisms of the Global Centroid Moment Tensor Solution programme, surface morphology and bathymetry data, and eruptive history database of active volcanoes. A series of epicentral maps and vertical sections of focal zones were construced for the analysis of seismic...

Vývoj arkádové centrály v sakrální architektuře a její význam v rámci průnikové barokní architektury / Evolution of the arcade central in sacral architecture and its importance in the penetration baroque Architecture

Galia, Milan January 2018 (has links)
Evolution of the arcade center in sacral architecture and its importance in the penetration baroque Architecture Anotace: The topic of my diploma thesis will be a central unit, whose main architectural motif is a series of arcades. As such, it is specific to the Baroque architecture and I believe that it forms the core of so-called penetrating architecture. After describing the genesis of this type in the Middle Ages and the Renaissance, I will try to introduce the meaning of the arcade headquarters within the baroque architecture of southern Germany (especially Bavaria and Frank) and Bohemia - in the areas they have adopted and creatively developed the ideas of complex and penetrating plan layouts. The aim of the thesis is to try to create a different perspective on the formation of the radical Baroque architecture in the Central European space. Keywords: baroque, architecture, space, arcade, building, penetration

Zásada superficies solo cedit / Principle of superficies solo cedit

Janíčková, Lucie January 2020 (has links)
This diploma thesis deals with the principle of superficies solo cedit, whose roots go back to Roman law. The principle, which can be translated as "the surface gives way to the ground", expresses the rule according to which the land includes everything that arises on it, whether in a natural or artificial way. In the history of the Czech lands, the principle was applied under the General Civil Code from 1811 until the adoption of the Civil Code of 1950. On the contrary, this Code applied the opposite principle and thus introduced separate ownership of land and buildings. The principle returned to our legal system with the adoption of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., The Civil Code. The aim of this thesis is to present the principle in a historical context, to give an explanation of its current form and to specify the problems that arose with the adoption of the principle of superficies. The diploma thesis is divided into four main chapters. The introductory part deals with the historical development of the principle. First, it provides an interpretation of Roman law, in which some important sources of Roman law are discussed. Within the interpretation of the legal history of the Czech lands, attention is focused mainly on the General Civil Code of 1811, which was the first to introduce the application of the...
