Main intention of the thesis is to name and explain budgeting methods of building constructions with main focus on creating budget for water management and engineering structures. The practical part presents itemized budgets for a wastewater treatment plant and a bicycle trail. After that the price determined of the itemized budget is compared to the price determined by budget indicator.

The aim of this thesis is to introduce the given topic " Cost analysis of the building and their coverage" and to show an analyze of selected the life cycle phases on a specific example. The paper also solved ways of financing options especially financing via grants. At the end of work I deal with the recommendations of choosing a suitable grant title for the financing of new construction or reconstruction nursery schools.

In this thesis, the main objective is to determine the price of selected construction project during its life cycle and assess operational costs. As a selected object is a family town house built in 1982 as a building type okal. The theoretical part is devoted to professional concepts and detailed information regarding the lifecycle, durability, budget, and wear-related issues. The practical part includes an itemized budget and the actual award of a selected object by using the software on valuation. The resulting values of individual valuation methods are then compared and graphically displayed. Furthermore I judge the actual operating costs incurred during the period.

The topic of the diploma thesis is the legal principle superficies solo cedit and its return into the Czech law. The main aim of this thesis was to give a comprehensive view of this issue, especially how the return of the principle has changed land law relations. The first part of the thesis describe the division of the law to private law and public law. The first part is followed by the historical excursion which describes how the principle originated and how and whether it was part of the legal order in the past. The next chapters of the thesis are the main part of the work and describes the principle in todays law. Firstly the incorporation of the principle into the Civil Code is described and then individual paragraphs governing the principle follows. The definition of the basic terms as land, construction and temporary construction which are used by Civil Code but not described in it are the topic of next chapter. Next, relatively extensive chapter named line constructions describes exceptions to the principle. 5 English abstract The introduction of the thesis represents a profound research of current knowledge and survey results to date about the geodynamic tectonic boundary development of the Teplá- Barrandien unit/Moldanubian senzu stricto and the Královský Hvozd unit in the Šumava Mountains. It also describes in detail lithology of the Královský Hvozd unit and historical as well as contemporary opinions of the tectonometamorphic development of the Královský Hvozd unit and adjacent Moldanubian unit and Teplá-Barrandien unit. The research part of the thesis brings results of the analysis of the Královský Hvozd unit tectonic development in relation with the tectonic development of broader surrounding area. The research combines field structural data, detailed microstructure data acquired from collected samples and results of studying deformation mechanisms on orthogneiss samples from the Královský Hvozd unit using the EBSD (Electron Back Scattered Diffraction) performed on partly recrystalised quartz aggregates. The research output is a construction of a tectonic development model of the Královský Hvozd unit and the adjacent area. The subject of the present thesis is the architectural aspect of healthcare facilities with a focus on the work of the architects František Čermák and Gustav Paul. The initial part outlines the general classification and development of the building system of these facilities - ranging from the "pavilion" type to the extensive hospital blocks - illustrated by examples. The next part describes types of hospitals and their designs, especially after 1948. It includes a brief overview of both Czech and foreign projects that are of significance. The subsequent part introduces the life and oeuvre of the architects František Čermák and Gustav Paul, detailing several particular projects and realizations. Among those chosen for further elaboration are the projects of the Municipal Infectious Diseases Hospital in Bratislava, Clinical and Foundation Hospital in Zagreb, Tuberculosis Sanatorium in Vyšné Hágy and the Hospital in Prague-Motol; and further their realizations including the Sanatorium in Vráž u Písku, Provisional Hospital in Prague-Motol, completion of the main pavilion of the Hospital in Litomyšl and finally the Hospital in Chrudim.

<p>ABSTRACT</p><p>Citizendialogue in the District of Rasbo</p><p>A Case Study in the Municipality of Uppsala</p><p>Author: Camilla Östlund</p><p>Supervisor: Stig Montin</p><p>The essay is written inside the scope of Örebro Universitys evaluation of the new organisation in the municipality of Uppsala.</p><p>The purpose of this essay is to study the citizendialogue in the district of Rasbo. This will be done partly by an examination of how the participants themselves</p><p>perceive citizendialogue. Their descriptions are put in relation to deliberative democracy and its critics amongst other. Partly by study how those involved have choosen to put it into practice. The opponents of the reorganization chose to start a non-profit association, Rasbo in co-operation, to carry on local mobilization and it will be compared with other similar groups. The municipality of Uppsala arranged a citizens forum in the district of Rasbo and the essay will examine how the participants experienced it.</p><p>The study is based upon a total of 19 semistructured interviews with politicians and officials in the municipality of Uppsala and also working members of Rasbo in co-operation.</p><p>The overall result of the analysis is that the politicians and the officials as well as the members of the association support the form of actions that endorse the representative system and look att citizendialogue as a tool to regenerate it and make it better. Rasbo in co-operation has almost everything in common with similar groups including a contradictory view on politics. The association has the important requirements for local mobilization, dedicated people, a positive collective identity and a constructive relation to the municipality. The participants of the citizens forum liked the way the forum was arranged and enjoyed the evening. But there was some problem between the unicipality and the association in connection with the preliminaries before the event. The first part of the thesis focuses on describing the potential and most commonly utilized technical solutions, including technological equipment, for the specified type of building. This is supplemented with detailed information regarding the appropriate legislative conditions for such buildings. The second part focuses on the design solution itself and includes technical schemes and drawings.

This thesis is aiming on designing of project documentation within the extent of the building Act. This documentation describes the building of family house with external and internal wheelchair access and operational arrangements related to these needs. One of the goals is also familiarization with the building Act as well as with Decree on general technical requirements for the construction. Wheelchair accessibility is wide and complicated subject, where are the requirements for the construction strictly given, therefore the Decree 398/2009 Sb. about the general technical requirements establishing the use of barrier-free buildings has become the starting basis. The building must comply with technical and architectural demands to allow the disabled persons normal usage of the construction.

In terms of its contents, the Dissertation is focused on the mapping of vernacular architecture monuments in various areas of the South Bohemian Region. The introductory theoretical part begins with an overview of the historical development of rural buildings, materials used and structural elements of the buildings, and then it describes basic regional types of vernacular architecture in the territory of the Czech Republic. This is followed by a description of the methods of collection, processing, and evaluation of data necessary for the creation of the final, practical part of the Dissertation. This part maps all the most interesting buildings from the architectonic point of view which are situated in the area of six selected South Bohemian communities chosen in accordance with the field study performed earlier, namely in Kojákovice, Blansko, Dobrá, Borová Lada, Krašovice, Ounuz.
