This thesis deals with notifying and permitting structures. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the current legal regulation of regimes for the realization of structures, including outlining changes in connection with the amendment to the Act No. 183/2006 Coll., on Town and Country Planning and Building Code (Building Act), as amended, and to compare notification and permission regimes from both substantive and procedural law. The thesis is divided into an introductory chapter, eight chapters and a conclusion. The introductory chapter covers an introduction to the realization of structures and its position within building law. The first chapter provides a historical excursion into the legal development of building law and describes applicable legal regulation of building law in the Czech Republic. The second chapter deals with the selected fundamental concepts essential to the realization of structures. The third chapter concentrates on the organization of public administration in the area of notifying and permitting structures. The purpose of the fourth chapter is to provide an overview of the regimes for the realization of structures and their brief summary. BUILDING SAVINGS - LEGAL AND ECONOMICAL ISSUES, ABSTRACT The aim of this work is to familiarize the reader in details with the issue of building savings. The work describes the basic principles and the system of building savings, problematic of building savings from the point of view of the building societies and also provides useful advices to the potential participants of the building savings. It also deals with the key jurisprudence and considers the form of this financial product in the future. In the first chapter, historical process of the building savings in England, Germany and Czech Republic is described, and principle of the self-help building societies is explained. Second chapter presents introduction to problems of the building savings, basic principle is explained and the legal regulations are described here. Attention is also paid to one of the key terms of the building savings, which is the state support of building savings and its effect on profitability and existence of the building savings. The building societies, as highly specialized financial institutions, are described in the following chapter. This diploma thesis deals with the effects of the economic crisis in the construction industry in the Czech Republic during the years from 2002 to 2012. The aim is to verify the impact of the economic crisis on selected indicators in construction sector. The analysis is focused on the number of construction contracts, the number of building permits, the number of approved housing constructions , but also on employment and average wages in the construction industry. For selected models, the predictions of future observations in the years 2013 and 2014 are made. In conclusion, the recommendations for the development of this sector is formulated.

This Master’s thesis focuses on a financial management of construction order in the context of a group of companies. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part covers all aspects of this topic, which is to describe a construction company, construction order, financial planning of construction company, financial management of construction order, and further is to define group of companies (association of companies), its contract and authorities. The practical part focuses on financial management of real construction order, which has been realized by group of construction companies. Firstly, the thesis defines costs and revenues of association of companies in detail which are related to real construction order. The practical part is further divided into three variants. First variant determines profit and loss of group of companies and its individual participants for the given period. The next two variants display designed specific model situations and their result is also to determine profit and loss of group of companies and its individual participants. The main goal of the thesis is to compare all variants together and evaluation along with comments.

Conversion of costs from Ukraine currency (UAH) to CZK was made with an actual currency course. The consequence of the work is analysis and evaluation of difference of construction costs.

The purpose of my thesis is to describe the bank product building savings, especially to focuse on legal and economical problems. The thesis is composed of seven chapters, each of them dealing with different aspects of building savings. Chapter One mentions the history of buildings savings, its origin and development. Chapter Two includes a list of the relevant Czech legislation, which is connected with Czech system of building savings. Chapter Three is introductory and defines basic terminology used in the thesis, as the savings phase, the loan phase, bridging loans or regular loans. Chapter Four focuses on the building savings bank as the special banks, whose business activities are restricted. Chapter Five describes the savings phase of the building savings, primarily the contract. The subchapters point out closing, changing and terminating the contracts and presents participants in building savings. Chapter Six deals with the problems of loan providing and closing the loan contracts. Because the purpose of the existence of building savings is to finance housing for as many people as possible, especially by providing loans, the main part of the thesis focuses right on the loans. The main aim of the thesis is to provide explanation of the legal status of the neighbours in the procedures under the Building Act while working with the contemporary literature and the established practice of the courts. The first part of the thesis is devoted to a description of basic concepts. The first chapter explains the concept of structure and plot. The second chapter is describing the concept of neighbour and the evolution of the concept in detail to provide the best means of understanding the possible problems of the concept's interpretations. The final chapter of the first part explores the means of neighbour's defence against interferences of his rights connected with his real estate with special attention to the essentials of objections, as these are the main mean of said defence, while the factual content of the objections is explained in later chapters within the boundaries of individual procedures. The second part is divided into four chapters each dedicated to a certain field of procedures under the Building Act while focusing the neighbour's point of view.
