This study analyzed and evaluate the locating structures according to the building Act. The theoretical part comprises the building Act, forms of the territorial decisions with their detailed structure, general requirements of plots use and zoning permit process. In the practical section, examples about the placing of building with subsequent evaluation are included. Objectives and the result of the work are summarized in the end of this dissertation.

The building is designed in a combined monolithic reinforced concrete and brick support system. The building consists of three above (3.NP partial) and one underground floor. The mass of the building is designed as a single integrated unit. Plan of the building is rectangular. The thesis includes documnetation in the range of requirements for building management, assessment in terms of building physics building and fire safety of the building.

Diploma thesis deals with an evaluation of indirect costs as a competitive factor in the construction industry. Notions like construction market, construction company, costs, their structuring and the way of their calculation, then competition, competitive advantage and competitiveness are theoretically defined in the first part of the thesis. The second part of the thesis deals with an evaluation of the questionnaire survey and the guided interviews. The questionnaire survey results and the results of guided interviews are compared and subsequently, recommendations are determined at the end of the thesis.

In the first theoretical part it deals with brownfields, redevelopment of geological environment and construction and demolition waste. In this passage the various concepts, their division, the legislative side of things and generally their problems are explained. The second part is practical, it analyzes the cost associated with the revitalization of abandoned buildings for the possibility of reuse of land. For these purposes the representative brownfield is created and it is set in different environment. In conclusion all important findings are summarized.

(in English): This thesis solves the fundamental questions in research on castles and factual example in the form of Týřov. It deals with the history and architectural development of the castle, including a discussion of the origin of architectural traditions, which in previous works considered for the import of French architecture. A substantial part is dealing with the castle in the landscape, where the emphasis is on natural conditions, which give structural form of the castle. Another aspect that has been solved in this work is to establish a castle on the local infrastructure and major traffic junctions, or obstacles (fords, etc.), Including a link to the village maids and raw materials. In the studio castles are often accentuated features of the castle. In addressing this issue we must address its structural form, infrastructure, facilities, raw material and inventory of the castle, which reports on the social status of its inhabitants. The last part is the processing of the selected file material. This process yielded pottery dating the 13th century, which still missing in the region. The processed material is also evidenced by the daily life of the inhabitants of the castle.

1 Final inspection approval of construction programme de lege lata, de lege ferenda Abstract This master thesis aims on providing a comprehensive overview of an issue regarding the final inspection approval of construction programme and identification of errors associated with the current legal regulation of final inspection approval by Act No. 225/2017 Coll., and providing de lege ferenda proposals and answering question, whether the process is actually being simplified and accelerated, as declared the explanatory memorandum to the amendment to the Building Act No. 225/2017 Coll. compared to the state before. The master's thesis is composed of six chapters. Chapter one aims on legal sources governing the issue of construction law. The most important legislation concerning the issue is listed. Second chapter determines basic concepts contained in the Building Act associated with final inspection approval, which are necessary for understanding of this master thesis content.
