Special attention of the application part of the thesis is paid to the conditions fulfilling of which is demanded by the building companies before a loan agreement is signed. Thus the text of the thesis should give its readers knowledge of which obligations the particular building companies demand to be fulfilled before signing a loan agreement, and how these conditions differ in various building companies.

This thesis deals with the issue of extra performences, ie. constructional procurement contracts amendments. The main objektive was to compare the legislativ of extra performances in the Czech Republic and Germany and to study the influence of both legislations on the practice in the construction industry. There have been solved causes why the extra performances are needed and their legitimacy, as well as the consequences which are result from the imperfection of the legislative in both countries. There are also analyzed the cancelled perfomances and the question of edgibility against the extra performances. Finally there are sumarized some recommendations for both countries to improve their legal basis in this area.

The aim of the dissertation is to evaluate the effect of the building modifications on the usual and determined price of the multipurpose building. The pricing will be made before building modifications to 2016 and after construction adjustments to 2017. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical part. The content of the theoretical part is a description of the concepts and valuation methods used in the diploma thesis. In the practical part is made description of the site and immovables before and after the building modifications. Subsequently the calculation is performed using valuation methods. At the end of the thesis, a comparison is made between the usual and determined prices of real estate and the evaluation of the factors influencing the prices.

The first part of this work classifies the municipality and its entities following with a general description of municipality economy, classification of investments and their division according to the related criterion. A second part of the thesis introduces a specific village Černožice and its plans for investments. A practical part talks about a specific project „Vybudování stavebních parcel Čáslavka“ where all technical details, estimation of a price, underground utilities, following the sale, possible financial resources for the project and cash flow are described. Eventually, the conclusion of this work describes an economic analysis of the project as a whole.

The aim of my diploma thesis is a plan of a multifunctional house. The proposed building is designed in low-energy norm. The shape arrangement is an irregular rectangle, covered by two flat roofs. One of the roofs serves as a terrace. It is a five-storey building. Half of the ground floor serves as offices and the other half as an utility space for the flats above. The other four floors are for housing. Aforementioned building is located in Třebíč, in the area Na kopcích, on Modřínová street, plot No.1039/7. Vertical and horizontal construction are designed from POROTHERM building system. The building is based on a concrete foundation slab.

I have paid special attention to construction period where panel hoses were build which had fundamental influence to this area.

The diploma thesis deals with measurement of the interior of a parish building and its close surroundings in Čučice. Necessary steps for creating the thematic map and the building documentation are described in this thesis. First the preparatory work was made, which means that ground reconnaissance was made and required equipment and tools were chosen. In the next part the measurements, which include the construction of an auxiliary measuring network, the measurement of the detailed and control points, are described. After the measurement work, the office work followed, the coordinates and the heights of the auxiliary and detailed points were specified. The accuracy of the map according to ČSN 01 3410 was tested. Finally a thematic map in scale 1: 500 and the building drawings in scale 1:50: 1st floor plan, 2nd floor plan, longitudinal and cross-section were created.
