The aim of my thesis is the financial assessment of selected construction company through financial analysis. The theoretical part includes characterization of construction company, financial statements and a description of the financial analysis and its methods. The practical part evaluates the economical situation of company through financial analysis. The financial analysis is prepared for methods of analysis of summary indicators, horizontal and vertical analysis and analysis of ratiometric indicators.

The master’s thesis is about qualification prerequisities of submitter of public orders on construction works. The first four theoretic chapters discuss the submitters and kinds of public contract. There are analyzed particular selection procedures including open simplified underlimited procedure and small-range contracts, which are related to the second part of the master’s thesis. After that there is presented practical part. The main point of this work is to determine which of the qualification prerequisities are for submitter of public orders the most important. Consequently there is recommended which of the qualification prerequisities is convenient to use. The master’s thesis inculdes prices‘ development of public contracts on construction works in the sphere of traffic in years 2009 – 2011.

Master`s thesis solves technological processes rehabilitation of masonry reconstruction historically protected building. Describes the restoration of masonry using the electroosmotic system and by using helical reinforcement masonry of reinforcement, then it is also in this master`s thesis time and financial plan, site facilities and complementary features.

This thesis deals with the foundation of multifunctional building in Karlovy Vary. The aim of this thesis is to design a safe, economical and functional solutions for sheeting underground floors of the building and design of foundation structures.

The task is focused on creating public tender`s price propositions by the contender. These findings are from my own personal experience as I was involved in the creation of this particular price proposition. At the time of publication of this tender I worked in a construction company INSKY spol. s r.o. which is mentioned in this thesis. I described the terms which you may encounter during assignment, the progress and the finalization of the contract of the public tender.

The thesis "changes over housing finance" deals with changes that may occur in the course of financing credit products. Discusses the different types of changes and their impacts. The theoretical part deals with the current banking market in the Czech Republic, stating the mortgage loans and building savings, performance of individual housing finance products and their comparison. The practical part deals with the actual changes in the course of the housing finance model cases.

This master's thesis follows up a theme of budgeting for valuation of public construction contracts. It examines in details how to draw up a budget and optimize it to the concrete public construction contract. The thesis is structured in three fundamental chapters. The opening chapter describes theoretical grounds of public construction contracts from the contractor's point of view. Also basic methods how to draw up a budget are described in the first chapter. The second chapter covers a description of a systematic approach how to draw up a cost effective budget, throughout structural cost saving activities. In the third chapter the systematic approach is put in place on concrete public construction contract. The goal of the thesis is to draw up a competitive budget which won't be rejected from the competition for its exceptionally low price at the same time.

The subject of this thesis is evaluation of financial health and financial performance of construction company. Theoretical part of this thesis defines the concept of financial performance, financial health of the company, accounting sheets and explains methods of financial analysis. Practical part focuses on application of chosen methods of financial analysis to specific construction company. Based on the results of analysis the evaluation of financial situation is conducted and model for continuous evaluation of financial performance and financial health is created.

The thesis is focused on alternative solutions development project. The thesis defines a construction contract, the construction phase of financing. It also describes the types of developers, contractual relationships between the parties to development projects and methods of construction. In the practical part of this work is focused on solving a particular variant of a development project.

The aim of my thesis was to identify sources of funding to selected public works and interconnect the impact of financing public construction order for manage-ment of the municipality. In the theoretical part are explained basic concepts relat-ed to public contract and the possibilities of its financing. In the practical part is characterizes specific public works, financed by using funding from the EU and its impact on the economy of the municipality.
