The diploma thesis deals with the process of management and organization It briefly describes the project and project management. It analyzes the international construction market in the Balkans states namely Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovin and Macedonia. In particular the construction company OHL ŽS, a.s. documentation and analyzes of the contract. It represents a construction company OHL ŽS, a.s.

The dissertation consist of two parts a theoretical and practical. The theoretical part includes facts from shollars targeting on characteristic of stock, division, function, managing and basic idicators of stock Evaluation of the Financial Situation in the Construction Company shows and uses methods and tools leading to examination of financial situation of this company. Essence of financial analysis is evaluation of present-state and past development on the base of financial statement analysis. In the end of my dissertation I will bring some suggestions and recommendations which could improve the current situation in the realm of managing of stock.

The objective of thesis is to design and evaluate suitable foundation pit and in the establishment of multi-functional building on the street Smetanova 19 in Brno. The part of this thesis is also to describe the technological process of implementing the designed constructions and the preparation of relevant design documentation.

The aim of this thesis is the first part to gather theoretical and methodological knowledge about sources of funding in their own home and family planning personal finances. In the second part are then used to build the knowledge model situations three types of funding for each property separately. Produced models are primarily based on a comparison of the total financial cost and burden on the family budget. Consequently, the aim of using these evaluation and based on other findings in the final stage to propose recommendations that option purchase their own property will be best for the family.

The diploma thesis on the topic Kindergarten is processed in the form of project documentation for the implementation of the building. The building is designed to plot 12288 in the cadastral Vsetín. It is a new kindergarten with two floors. The building is brick, It is covered by single-layer flat roof. The building contains three classes for a total of 75 children, also has its own kitchen and pottery.

My diploma work is focused in evolution land price on dependence input landscape preparedness. My investigation was made in three locations. The locations will be used for production, commerce and housing. I assested what cause the diference and price trends.

This thesis deals with evaluation of the impact of town and country planning on the administrative land price and the market land price in cadastral area Medlánky in the corporate town of Brno. By a case study it is simulated that the selected plot is an agricultural land, a land designated for building-up according to ground plan and finally a building land. The land prices are determined by the applicable valuation rules and by market price at each step. The influence of land networking on the final land price is solved as a part of this thesis. Based on the obtained results it is evaluated, how the various stages of planning affect the price of land and what is the difference due.

This thesis describes main problems in the valuation of building land. The thesis defines the basic concepts and methods of valuation, it describes the situation in the real estate market in the Czech Republic, especially in the area Šlapanice and surroundings. The central part is the valuation of the ten plots, comparison of selected methods of valuation and thein subsequent evaluation.

The objective of my master's thesis is comparison of selected methods of valuation of building land-type real estate in the locality of Třinec and its surroundings. My thesis is focused on properties, built up with houses on each of the lots , on which the construction of a house is planned. Both groups of these properties have been estimated by the methods and historical prices have been compared and analyzed.The integral part of the master's thesis is the evaluation of the individual methods of estimation,according to the pre-determined criteria.

The Thesis "Analysis of Technical Requirements for Buildings with focus on Building Physics" deals with the solution of masonry and monolithic residential buildings in terms of building physic requirements primarily listed in Decree No.268/2009 Coll and in Czech technical standards.
